I had a great experience with Vienna Aluminum Inc. They came out quickly to measure custom glass for a transom replacement. On time and professional for measurements and install. Highly recommend.

Rudest people who yell at customers. This company does the patio door repair for majority of my building in falls church. When I called them to come and redo the weather stripping they came and saw the place and then said they can’t do my house because patio is small and they have no space to take the door out. A week or so later when o took the door out, with minimal effort, I called and asked given I can take the door out would he reconsider doing the service for my unit. He got confrontational, threatened me saying come and see him in person if I ya e issues with him and said I refuse to do service on your unit. Given this company is one of the few who works on there building, it leaves me in a bind and I have no idea why he is so rude. I e never even met this guy.Horrible customer service.

Store was not actually open during listed hours despite contact ahead of time telling them I was going to be there that afternoon.

Jeff and Cheri were super responsive, as was Jerry and Paul, who came out to the house. I had 2 screen doors and a missing window screen custom made, along with 2 odd size screens rescreened. They did a great job and the entire job was very cost-effective. They came out and measured to make sure that what they sold me was accurate. The screens were ready on-time and were in place within a week. Highly recommend them for any of your screen needs.

I had a good experience with this company. I did find the communication part a little odd but I was also on a tight deadline so that might have made it harder. I ordered a full set of windows and screens for my condo in DC. They were installed and when they screens werent quite right, they got them fixed and replaced. The windows look great and I am quite happy.

The guys at Vienna Aluminum replaced 10 window screens at my house and built 2 sliding patio doors (slightly non-standard sizes so pre-manufactured sold at Home Depot would not fit). They were punctual, efficient, and cost effective. I highly recommend them for your screen replacement work!

The technicians that came out to do the walk through of my windows that needed small hardware replacements were nice and seemed to know there stuff. I was told the day of the walk through that it should only take a couple days to get my quote on the hardware and labor. 2 weeks later I called 2 days in a row and in order to get the secretary to tell me that they could not obtain the hardware and were going to decline my job. I asked why it took 2 weeks to tell me that, and she gave me a handful of excuses. All in all I am not too pleased with the service that they attempted to provide.

Took a piece of vanity mirror glass in to have cut down after being turned down by a few places. Jeff took care of me right away with a smile. Highly recommend these guys for anything! They are great.
