I ship from this location every day and not once have I ever had a problem. The staff is very kind and very helpful every time. Thank you for making the shipping part of of business easy. Great job!

I have NEVER had a satisfactory transaction at this location, there is always some problem. This time employees had their masks hanging off their chins, did not know how to use the postage scale and kept trying to reload alternating with banging on the scales pan. People grumbled as the line grew. One man left to drive down to Pittsboro to get his mail sent out. The rest of us were told to come back later. They wouldnt help me even though I had a flat rate piece to mail. I will do my best never to come back.

I just took my car there for a car wash, now my car smells like used stale water ( fishy smell). After $12 for the Ultimate wash, My car looks the same after coming out that it did when it went in.

Post office WILL NOT give you a receipt. They say they are too busy. Not just once but this is the policy of management. You like lost mail?

Do not expect to have things sent on time from here. Do not expect help when they are not. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT spend the money here. Spent money 2 times to overnight things. “Hasn’t been picked up” is the message I received from the post office almost 5 days later. Charged me $26 to use this service and told me they can’t help me with a refund or anything.

If you take a prepaid package to the USPS post office in this place and you need the receipt, go somewhere else, they refuse to give you the receipt to proof that you send something, they dont even scan the package, they just throw them in the mail room. I went once an there was a big issue going on with a customer, because this people did not scan her mail and they lost it, since them, I always ask for my receipt, but lately, they posted a sign saying that the dont provide receipt for pre paid packages, is this legal? Last time I went (AND IT IS GOING TO BE MY LAST TIME) I took two Packages with very big FRAGILE sticker, after 20 minutes arguing with this anger employee, manager or Owner, not sure, with not mask on He grab my packages and slammed in the scale and gave me the receipt. Not need to say that I am going to complaint to USPS and every single org. I am still waiting to see if those packages arrived damaged. Anyway, I hope I save you some time if you need to ship something from there.And this messages is for the owner, dont even bother to reply with your automatic bla, bla, bla and take actions with your employees

Only plus is that it is close by. I asked for a certificate of mailing, but they claimed that it was different now, that there was no form, and all I needed was the receipt. Later found out that they just dont know what it is. Just like in the past, most of them have no idea of this, and I have had to explain it to them and eventually, one person is called who knew about it. On this occasion, another issue there is the attitude of the personnel - one guy had his mask hanging off one ear, and reluctantly put it on when I commented that he should be wearing it. I only go there when I have to. they are an official USPS substation even if they are in a gas station, they need to do much, much better, or USPS should find another location!

Always my favorite when I need gas or car related services! Must try for your next fill!

I entered the Eagle gas station store on 15/501 this morning around 10am. If you value your health during this pandemic, avoiid entering this store. I went in to use the postal service. The postal clerk wore a mask and was friendly and helpful. The other clerk at the main counter was not wearing a mask. I sked him why he was not wearing a mask and reminded him it was mandatory. With a smart alec attitude he responded that masks are too uncomfortable to wear all the time and walked away. I should have asked him if he thought a ventilator was more comfortable... Ill not be going to this store any time soon.

I patronized this store a lot. Now, though, I no longer go there--clerks often wear no masks, and many customers as well are disregarding the Governors COVID regulations. Too bad, since its very convenient.

Good gas station with contract post office and car wash. Employees friendly and helpful. Tends to get pretty busy at peak times, but I can usually find a free pump or parking space no matter what. Also, the womens bathroom has always been clean whenever Ive used it, so bonus points!

This location is inside the gas station. Usually a line. Service can be slow. Otherwise, no complaints. Also, they are open until 7:00 not 5:00 like the details say.

Great Service at Eagles.

This morning I prepaid for gas and went out to pump and it went over what I paid. I quickly stopped the pump and replace the nozzle and the screen said see cashier for change so I went in to let the cashier know I had only prepaid 5$ and it went over. He said I owed him the 40¢, but I didnt have the change and forgot my debit card at home so I was unable to pay. He quickly got very defensive telling me I stole gas and that I had told him the wrong amount when checking out. I gave him a single bill 5$. I told him he must have entered the wrong number and he then threatened to call the cops on me for stealing gas. I kept trying to tell him he made a mistake and the pump shouldve stopped at the 5$ I paid for in advance and he decided to go back on his previous comment and tell me it was my fault because at this gas station the pumps dont stop automatically on prepays. Which clearly was a lie. I go here regularly to wash my car and fill up, but I will not be returning.

Perfectly serviceable gas station on the edge of a rural area. It has a satellite post office and a burger king. It also has a carwash.

Avoid this location at all costs, you have been warned, one person working inside a gas station.

The employees (USPS satellite and gas station) would not wear masks despite the state mandate. There are no cleaning supplies, no touch pay and employees do not clean handles and touch pads. The place is filthy.

Convienient location. Post office. Burger king. Car wash.
