When I went into Audibel to pick up my hearing aid that had been repaired we found that it still wasn’t working properly. Dennis the hearing aid specialist spent two hours reprogramming loaner hearing aids for me on the day that his son had graduated from law school and he had no actual appointments. I appreciate him spending his time setting the hearing aids up for me. He is a dedicated employee.
Very professional and helpful. Thank you for meeting with me today.
Allen was extremely helpful during my visit, explaining in detail about whats going on with my ears.He made some adjustments to my hearing aids which seem to have helped me hear better. He also took the time to explain everything .
Just went to Audibel after the best part of a year of hibernating at home from COVID .Very clean office and very good service. They adjusted my hearing aids, upgraded their program, gave me a new hearing test. It’s always a pleasure going there.
They really cared about my needs. I had an appointment and they called me four days before appoiment to go in to get me get taken care of. I give them a 100% rating. This means a lot to me.Thank you Audio Bell.
Very helpful. Cleaned my hearing aids; checked my ears, and referred me to an appropriate specialist for ear wax removal.
Best thing I have done for myself in years!Thorough testing; multiple instrument options; no cost trial; easy payment plan when purchased.Easy scheduling of appts for adjustments. And, a thoroughly positive improvement in my quality of life thanks to my Audibel hearing aids.
Awesome experience! The staff treats me with respect and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like Im the most important patient they have. Raven Floyd is professional and accommodating. If not with another patient she always comes out to say hello calling me by name. Her knowledge of hearing aids is superb. Michelle compliments Raven perfectly always greeting me warmly and my name. The office is clean and inviting with coffee and water available. Thank you for caring.
My Dad was in the hospital and one wasn’t working just walked in the office and Nicole was very helpful and took the time to clean and exam both hearing aids and got them both working right away. I really appreciated Nicole’s kindness to help me on short notice. Dad was so happy to be able to finally hear while in the hospital. Audible @ Southern Village has always been very k ind to my Dad who is now 98 years young!
My experience at Audibel Hearing Centers in Chapel Hill, NC was very satisfactory as compared to my experience in Northern Virginia..i was fitted for new hearing aids by Raven Floyd last December and have found them to work well and meet my needs for my very busy life style. What made this experience so different from that in Virginia was the time and attention that was given to the fitting and the settings through multiple follow-ups which helped me avoid discouragement when there was a glitch such as moisture and wax build-up and feed back .The office is easy to locate, free parking, and a pleasant and welcoming environment. All the testing equipment and electronics are new and updated. Raven is very knowledgeable and professional and caring with her patients.
Not only is the staff great but the entire experience from start to finish was very informative. I sugest everyone go get their hearing tested. And their doing this FOR FREE. The ease of operation was nice. A no pressure very informative appointment.
Front desk girl was very polite. Fun and cheerful personality, definitely a people person . Very thorough testing and affordable prices. Have referred family to this company and they have been very pleased with the devices and service.
The Team at Audibel at Southern Village are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They have really helped my parents - ages 86 and 88 with their hearing aids. Ravins knowledge is the best and Nicole is supremely helpful with getting my parents scheduled (even moving some customers around to squeeze them). Many thanks to the Audibel team at Souther Village
I have had 4 different individuals I have worked with over the past 10+ years and Ravin Floyd is, without exception, the best, most caring person I have had the pleasure of working with. She has spend a great deal of time troubleshooting my hearing aid issue and we are now on what appears to be the correct road to success.
Nicole and Ravin are both outstanding. Nicole makes you feel completely welcome and keeps the reception area immaculate, with very nice decor. The office has alway had coffee and cookies, which make you feel right at home. Ravin, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in great detail to make sure her client has a complete understanding of how to get the best out of their hearing aids. I am the spouse of her actual client, and she even takes the time to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend this office.
My experience started off on a good note. Nichole was very professional, cheerful, and helpful. Ravin was extremely helpful and obliging to my time frames. Upon receiving my first pair of aids I was told to try them out for a couple of weeks. During the test period my right aid kept coming loose. I returned to Autibel per Ravin to re examine the fit.She took another mold and sent it in...she was told we needed a deeper mold, that the others werent deep enough. She made a deeper mold and I was told that this had not been my fault and she would call me when the new aid came in. It was quite some time before Nichole called. We set up an appointment and upon arrival it was then that I was told that Ravin no longer worked there and further discovered that the molds were still the back room and were never sent in. The man that took her place said I had tried them for too long and all they wanted was the $3,500 for the missing aid. ( which I was told I wouldnt be charged for)I no longer advise anyone to use Audible except to have your wallet emptied and to be lied to.Signed..another senior citizen being screwed over without the financial means to take them to court.
Great place I hear for ear testing. No pun intended
