Employees DONT WEAR MASKS HERE. This place doesnt care about your safety, and they cant even take back Amazon returns with QR code that scans from Amazon app. Just spare yourself the risk of catching DELTA and go to UPS Store or any other place. How disappointing, especially as other customers in store WERE wearing masks.

I have been using this Pakmail store for many years for all my domestic and international packing and shipping needs, copying, notary services and dropping off prepaid packages. They are efficient and knowledge and can give me options with fedex, UPS and USPS. Parking is convenient too. They are always willing to answer my questions and appreciate my business.

Employees refused to wear masks. I wanted to ship 3 packages and when I walked into the store, two employees were wearing face shields but no masks. I asked if they would put masks on in accordance with Chatham County ordinances and CDC guidelines. One employee put her mask on then took it off after the second said she would not wear a mask. When I asked for the store managers name both employees merely looked at me but did not say anything. I do not recommend this location and will not use their services in the future as their employees do not care about their customers or each others safety.

Needed to make copies, and found them closed at 5:30 when their sign says open till 6.No other signage. Has happened once before. Poor customer service.

This is an old-school place, works for convenience but the UPS Stores elsewhere are better. Case in point: the store was closed on Black Friday.... BUT they never showed it on their website - so a trip to Pak Mail turned into a complete waste of time. They can do better.

Pak Mail is terrible. They overcharge to the extreme, and the employees are reliably bad. Fortunately, Strays is 5 minutes down the road in Southern Village and you can actually get your mailing done there at much better prices and with a competent person. Do not go to Pak Mail, your time is too valuable and these employees are too awful and incompetent.

The employees were not wearing masks (only face shields) and one of them was coughing! :(

I used their services 5 or so years ago and the woman was very helpful. I recently moved back to this area, and decided to give them my business because of that good experience. Im done now. After shipping out of there 3 times in the past few months and experiencing, I dont know how to put it, grumpy?, annoyed?, snippy?, customer service, they can kiss my business goodbye. I always tried to be very polite and friendly. I would describe it as it felt like they didnt like their jobs. After the first negative experience this year, I chalked it up to the lady having a bad day... We all do. But after 2 additional unpleasant attitude experiences Im done. I love giving nice people my business and money. And if I find a business that is professional AND nice, they can count on me to spread their name around to locals. Suggestion: put a smile on your faces. Lighten things up a little. Or, find what you love to do and do that.

I have been using their services for many years and find them to be extremely efficient and helpful. Its nice that it has the same owner and staff as when they opened. Great place to do business with efficient assistance and kind people. Recommend their business highly.

Great place. The owner has been there since the store first opened and they are really good at their job. They try to get the best/affordable prices for you.

I had packages to ship via FedEx and USPS (international) and it was super easy and convenient to ship them all from Pak Mail. It is nice to have such a great local business, I will use them again.

Somebody wrote a bad review of this Pak Mail - IGNORE IT. Ive been running a mail-order business for about 20 years. This particular Pak Mail is by far the best source in the area for shipping & packing materials (the Pak Mail towards Durham pales by comparison -- and other shipping supplies stores are small & expensive by comparison). They know what they are doing, and their prices are excellent. The staff has been the same for years. They wont bowl you over with kindness, they just do their jobs well. This is the spot to go in the Chapel Hill/Durham area if you are a professional running a mail-order business.

I just stopped here to drop off prepaid packages at five minutes before 6 PM. The door was already locked even though they don’t close until 6 PM. I knocked and the lady looked at me and turned off the lights. Horrible customer service.

I recently went in to this store to send something via overnight. I was very disappointed by the customer service that I received. The two individuals working at that time seemed to not really want to be there and were not friendly. The male of the two was on a call with a customer and was also waiting on a customer. He became apparently annoyed with the individual on the phone and said he had to go as he had customers that he was helping. After he hung up, he said some people just dont have common sense. I guess I just look at customer service differently than some.

I had many large items to ship and they helped me meet all of my shipping needs. The prices were affordable and I was impressed with their service.

Rude, unhelpful and mocked my foreign accent. Happened twice now even when I spelt the word out clearly for her she still blamed my accent for her error. Every time I have been there I say good morning / afternoon to no response at all. I do not know how they still in business. Will never go back.

Employees are knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.

Ive been in there 3x and all 3x the staff were almost rude and behaved as though they were doing me a favor. Unacceptable. I will not be giving them my business ever again and I will not recommend them!

Ive used them dozens of times for various shipping needs. They arent super-friendly, but they have always been able to take care of my needs quickly and efficiently.
