Really great company. Highly knowledgeable staff. We had a new water softener installed and love it. Purchase and install was easy. Saturday specials on salt are a great deal as well.

My husband and I called this company at the beginning of July, 2021. They came on July 7th and installed a salt crystal water softener. The gentleman worked quickly, and left, but we didn’t test the water before he left. About a month later, we tested our water because hard water stains hadn’t changed, and it’s still hard. We checked the water crystals in the tank, and they are still there. We have been trying to get ahold of them for two or three weeks now, and NOBODY will answer our calls, or return them! This is such a disappointment- I had heard such good things about this company. I am so disappointed, and frustrated.

I have experienced exceptional service. Friendly people who answer the phones and so helpful with delivery. Installation a few years ago was excellent and a fair price.

Install process was very easy. They were very helpful throughout the process and continue to be that way. I’m there on Saturdays for the salt specials when I need more for the softener. They always help fill up the vehicle and are very pleasant.

I am a small business owner and looked for one to do business with for new softener system. Reviewed them in Nextdoor, good reviews. I scheduled an appointment and after a brief inspection of my old system, he agreed with me, it was junk. Did everything they said they would do and the install was done in less that an hour. As a small Residential General Contractor I inspected the install and ClearSoft did a fabulous job.I have also started using there Salt Delivery Service and I will recommend them to my customers & friends.

I discovered a service I wasnt aware of! I cant tell you how pleased I was to learn I could get someone to deliver salt, bring it in the house and PUT IT IN THE SOFTENER. At such a reasonable price!! I cant lift the bags and my husband had open heart surgery; obviously cant do it either. One worry off my mind. The person who delivered the salt was efficient, pleasant, helpful. Im so grateful.

I was recently in a pinch with a bad softener, and called ClearSoft Water needing to get a new unit installed same day. I called at 8 am when they opened, and was greeted by a super nice guy who said hed do everything he could to help. He called back 30 minutes later with a time to get the work done. Two guys came over at the scheduled time, were both super friendly, and installed the unit. Highly recommend!!!
