I cannot say enough good things about this place and how wonderful I was treated! I brought my car in to get the bumper fixed. (Minor dent and the paint was cracking and peeling off.) I spoke with Elliot and told him what I was looking to get fixed. He went through everything step by step with me. I was told I would be without my car for 3 to 4 days and I got it back in 2 days! Elliot and his crew did an an amazing job on my car and it looks brand new! Any questions I had Elliot took the time to answer them and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I am very happy I choose Caliber Collison Chaska location. Very satisfy with the professionalism of work they have done to my car and how wonderful I was treated and all the support they provided! I brought my car in to get the bumper fixed after an accident. Then on the day of receiving my CAR they ran into car engine seized issue on test drive which was not related to the accident. They quickly work with me to find the issue and contact my car dealer to inquire about the issue and they identify the engine recall on my model and done everything to support me to resolve this engine issue. Even they arranged to tow my car to the dealership.My car looks brand new after all the fix they made and the engine replacement. Thank you.

I needed a part for my window, I called Elliot and he was able to call around and get me a great deal on the part and had it prompt to the shop the same day! I called a few other places as well and their prices were more expensive and take a week or two to get it. Hands down Elliot and his team are the ones to go to! I had an awesome experience at Caliber! I was impressed with there customer service & knowledge. Had both of my bumpers replaced, car now looks brand new.

This was our second time using Caliber Collision for body work. Like the time before, their service and work was top notch. Tim kept me updated on a daily basis and got everything complete ahead of schedule. After picking up the vehicle, we had an issue a week later. Caliber resolved the issue in 12 hours. Tim offered to pick us up at our home and deep cleaned the car. He did not charge us for any of it, even though it was unclear as the fault of the issue. I always feel assured I will get trustworthy, fair, and thoughtful service.

We took my 2020 EcoSport in today after I scraped the left front fender on the garage wood frame. I was so upset about it all day. The nice young lady came outside and looked at it, then went and got some thinner and a rag. Within minutes my fender was back to new! I was so happy it was all gone! I had my bumper replaced at Caliber Collision in Chaska. They were quick, we had our vehicle back in less than 48 hrs, and when we picked it up it looked great! They had found some rust under our old bumper and we asked them to sand it down and paint it. You would never be able to tell anything was there. They did a fantastic job! When I got home after picking my truck up the back blinker and break light wasn’t working so I brought it back in thinking something was replaced right, not the case, my light was out and they replaced it for free! Great experience and highly recommend them!

I have been having automotive body work done at this building location since it was built about 15 years ago through multiple owners as the various companies get bought out. Normally that means the service tends to go down as the place becomes more corporate.Not in this case.The gang at Caliper is the most professional, helpful, friendly and easiest group to work with Ive ever worked with on car repairs. The front desk person not only remembered me weeks later but knew my car. They are willing to help with things outside the scope of repairs because they can. I cant recommend them strongly enough and Id give 10 stars if that was an option.

After a collision with a snowbank during a recent blizzard, we took our car to Caliber for repairs to the front bumper. The service and process was excellent! I hit a deer, and fairly extensive damage to the body of my car. The Caliber staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They kept me apprised of the repair status and additional work that needed to be done, and explained what was going to be done and why. The work was timely completed, and they even assisted me with a small, unrelated problem before I left at no cost to me. I was extremely impressed and would advise anyone who needs bodywork done on their vehicle to go to Caliber.

The short version...I had a small job request and was treated like a customer spending thousands.I was looking for a shop that would install headlight assemblies I purchased from a salvage yard. I would usually do such a job myself, but found it requires nearly dismantling the front end of the car. I thought maybe they wouldnt be interested in such a small job using my previously purchased salvage parts, but they readily accepted my request and had availability to do it the next day. I dropped my car off the night before, then waited nearby for my ride home. The staff had just closed up, saw me and asked if I needed a ride... that was very kind offer. I received thorough, professional, respectful customer service. They checked everything over to make sure my salvage parts were in good working order, and they replaced my side marker bulbs in the process when they found those were out. I had a great experience and Im happy to recommend Caliber Collision.

Brand new vehicle with less than 5000 miles was damaged when driving. Something flew up and damaged my front fender and broker my windshield. Was able to get right in to Caliber Collision and have it fixed in a matter of days. They even offered to get me a rental if I needed one! The general manager, Elliot, kept me informed every step of the way. He called daily and gave an update. He scheduled a walk through once the car was ready to come home. Brought vehicle in for a small fender bender. Talked with Elliot who thought it wasnt any where near as bad as I did, and that a good buffing might be all it took. After a quick cleaning he was able to buff it out while I waited. I was very surprised how much better it looked and didnt even need to paint like I was originally thinking. This is the 2nd time Ive gone here. The first time, my bosss wife backed into my Blue 2007 Rav4. She creased the drivers door, and the right front quarter panel. >< I didnt think it would ever look right, but when I got it back from these guys, I couldnt tell the accident was ever there.Fast forward to today. Im having one of those weeks where everything seems to be going wrong. My wifes 2014 4Runner, her pride and joy, is due for one of its scheduled maintenance trips. She needs to go into the office, so she took my Rav4 and left me her 4Runner. Well, I needed to use her truck for work (even though I typically work from home), so I opened the tailgate, put some stuff in the truck, realized I forgot something in the house, went in to get it, forgot the tailgate was open and hit the up button on the garage door opener as soon as I returned to the garage. Before I could even think, the garage door skated across the open tailgate leaving a whole bunch of scratches. I was freaking out. So I called these guys almost immediately to see if they could fix it. I also texted my wife, who was understandably pretty angry with me. When I showed up there, a younger gentleman (sorry, I forgot the name) came out and looked at it. He said it really wasnt as bad as it looked, and asked if Id mind if he took the truck and buffed it to see what he was looking at. Of course, I agreed. I wasnt waiting very long when he came back out of the building with my wifes truck and asked what do you think?. Im not even kidding, no scratches. No joke, this may have even saved my marriage.
