Needed to exchange my pillow. Was super easy process. They grabbed me another and I was on my way. Super friendly service!

My Pillow has too much stuffing and no memory (like memory foam would have). I have to use my hands every night to move the stuffing to create a well for my head. All my other pillows for the past 30 years have had a thinner section in the middle that was made that way, so I didnt have to create it every night, or are memory foam that retain their shape better. Some pillows that are comparable to My Pillow (as far as how they are stuffed) have zippers or other means to easily remove stuffing. They cost more, which is why I tried My Pillow. I wont buy another My Pillow.

Wife and I bought bought 2 My Pillows, different firmness, about 2 years ago from Costco, excellent price. We liked them so much we bought two more at a local large retailer. Average price each before tax = $24.77. We did not buy from My Pillow directly, however we do follow carefully their recommendations for continued care. These are by far the most comfortable and highest quality pillows we have every owned.I read some issues with dealing directly with My Pillow. That aside these are great pillows. These are the regular interior design, shredded poly foam, and not solid foam pillows.

I love the pillows and have several. I just recently bought the towels and they are great I love them. Also Im very glad and proud of Mike Lindell for standing up for the American people against this voter fraud.Ive watched the documentary absolute proof a number of times and told several people about it. I think Mike needs to sell DVDs since it appears to be very difficult to share any kind of showing of this with other people..

Mike heard it was my youngests 7th birthday and that he wanted to meet Mike. Mike came right out, spoke with us for a few minutes, gifted our birthday child with a travel pillow, autographed bobblehead and a cardboard cutout, and then he took some pictures with our family. It was awesome! The staff was so gracious to us, and it will be one of the most memorable days for years to come!

My wife bought these pillows 6 years ago and they are still going strong. They maintain there cushioning effect throughout the night and have not taken a set that down or other pillows take over time. I highly recommend these pillows.

Lumpy death for side sleepers like me, not moldable at all to my ear for pressure relief.Opened to see what was so lumpy...Filler is just the left over scraps from memory foam industry. Im guessing he was cracked out in an alley behind memory foam factory, took some of their scraps from the dumpster he slept in and made a pillow for the night and had the IDEA.Got to hand it to the crack head, good idea to take their trash throw it in a pillow case and sell it off to people for profit.

Easily one of the most disappointing purchases Ive made in recent years. Ordered two pillows. Followed instructions for the first and it came out of the dryer flat and lumpy. Reread them, followed them to a T for the second and it came out much the same. This is such a low-grade product compared to what you can buy from Ghost Pillow or Casper or Tempur-Pedic at almost the same prices. Customer service is not a strength either. Avoid.

I purchased 2 premium pillows. They are by far the best pillows I’ve ever had. When I fluff them up, they go back to shape in seconds. It’s seriously a miracle pillow. Love it!

We purchased a pillow and it was the worst constructed pillow have ever had. The stuffing inside is recycled foam and smelled terrible. When we tried to return it, the staff was really rude and unwilling to help us. STAY AWAY from this store and all of their products.MyPillow sucks. Dont buy one

Ordered a mypillow and it had a bite taken out of it with an enormous amount of orange spray tan like someones face was shoved into it.

WORST PILLOW EVER!!! Bought 2 pillows for $140 that had two miniature pillows with it. The 2 large pillows are of different consistency even though they were suppose to be the same. Tried to return them under their guarantee. By the time they got back to me they said it is past the allotted return window. Customer Service gets rude when you try to return. Even the dog wont sleep on it.Bought 2 Serta Down Alternative pillows from Walmart for $10 each that are an excellent sleep.AVOID MY PILLOW AT ALL COSTS! total rip off company.

I finally got the pillows. While we like the pillows the customer service stinks. I thought I wasnt going to get them at all. Customer service never answered my calls or emails, so Im glad we like the pillows. I wish wed purchased at Walmart instead of dealing with MyPillow. If not for the horrible customer service theyd get a 5 star. The customer service gets a 1 star.

I recently purchased a My Pillow Topper for a queen size bed. It raised the mattress up to high for my wife to get in. We wanted to return it, however, upon calling their call center I was informed that they cold not locate my order. I was asked how I ordered it and I told them directly through the My Pillow web site, not Amazon or eBay. So with them not being able to locate my order, for which I paid $200 plus, they are done with me. I took pictures of the product and the boxes it came in to send to the company, I received no response from the pictures. I will not get my money back nor will I purchase anything else from this company.

These pillows do not last. After a few months the pillows lost shape, becoming lumpy. Claims are made by the owner that the pillows help many health issues. I find that claim to be false. The pillows do not hold up long enough to help anything! Very disappointed . Wish I did not waste my hard earned money.

I had been using down pillows for at least 25 years and paying over $100/ea to replace them them every few years. I purchased a My Pillow about 3 years ago at Bed Bath and Beyond for about $50. It took a little getting used to but it did support my head better, like the commercials say. Then about 2 months ago, my wife ordered the My Pillow trifecta: 2 pillows, king-sized mattress topper and a set of Giza sheets... My wife likes her MP too and we both agree that the package deal was worth the $400.

Pillow sucks because it is way to thick. The filler is alright. Fixed it by putting it in a much larger pillow case

Invest in a new bed instead of purchasing the foam top. If you have a good bed you should not need an extra top. Also, not a fan of the foam pillow. Best pillow is at Factory Direct and highly recommend their Icomfort bed. I also purchased a bamboo mattress pad and bamboo sheets...spend your money wisely! Everyone deserves a good night sleep!

We are up to 6 my pillows ( RV,Home) and have had them for 2 or 3 years now. Their pillow is ok, over-rated in my opinion. I bought it mainly on the claim that it stays cool, but my head sweats on it as much as any other Ive used. It is comfortable and holds its shape well when sleeping, but so do other quality pillows.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The best customer service they famous for, what a joke. On hold for over an hour and then forced to leave a message which has yet to be returned more than an hour later. Dont wast your money on these people who obviously dont care about a customer. Terribly uncomfortable and causes pain in my neck and shoulders leading to poor sleep and headaches. You have to refluff these pillows multiple times through the night to get any support. Its just another low quality product from a scam artist. I switched to a pillow recommended by my chiropractor and have gotten significantly better sleep since.

I purchased two My Pillows at Ridgedale mall, and I have to say they are really not that comfortable or nice at all. Yeah they are great to lay with for a few minutes here and there, but I promise you that you will wake up with a sore neck and sweaty head. I am very disappointed in this product, I was really hoping to support and recommend a local business but I simply cannot do that with My Pillow.

My husband and I have had My Pillow for more than a decade now. It helped me with serious neck pain and headaches. It has made a big difference for me and my situation so we recommend to everyone. I arrived afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find the Factory open with avery pleasant receptionist that assisted me in buying two pillows. The pillows themselves are as advertised on the numerous television advertisements.

My experience with My Pillow was very upsetting as they have been advertising their pillow for over three years as two pillows for 100 dollars and recently their advertising as buy one get one free so in my mind it would be two pillows for 50 dollars (of course plus shipping and handling) so I called to order two of them, but I am told the price is two pillows for 79 dollars plus shipping and handling. When I questioned the young lady why is it 79 dollars for two if the price originally was 100 dollars for two, how is that buy one get one free? We went back-and-forth and she could not answer my question so she hung up on me. :(I was a little upset over how a big company could just have their workers hang up on a potential customer. I was going to order the pillows, but when she hung up on me I contacted the BBB because I was so angry. They did respond to the BBB, but they would not address the issue all they get saying is the pillows are 79 dollars. Now I am undecided if I want to buy these pillows. Has anyone had a similar experience? Again, I am not sure if I want to buy these pillows because if they will hang up on me while I am trying to buy a pillow then how will they treat me if I need to return it because I do not like them ?
