I had a Nordic Track Ski Machine that got so extremely loud that I had to move it to another room in my house when used it.. I called this company to insure the parts I wanted to order from this website and described what I thought I needed to make it much quieter. My self-diagnosis on what part(s) I thought I needed was different than the excellent advice I was given to stop the noise coming from several different places on my skiis. I took his advice, purchased the parts and followed his detailed instructions to replace the ordered parts and now my machine is silent. I can even use it while my family watches TV and there is no noise to distract them. This company knows the Nordic Track machines and gives a much better diagnosis on what is needed. In the future, I will be a repeat customer as his customer service is excellent.
