Aside from a very friendly staff, and a Manager in Donna who is very much up on her game, the service delivery so far has been abysmal. Like the other comments; the estimates given for vehicle completion are totally wrong. My vehicle has been with the shop for 3 weeks for a simple bumper replacement. Initial estimate was already given to the shop upon dropping off so they knew all the items needed replacement or repair. Not a great experience if you want detailed and good communication as well as quality work to be done. My vehicle was to be ready for pick up today, after waiting 3 weeks and I am now told that just at the last minute they found an issue, that was explicitly laid out at the beginning, it’s unreal. My vehicle is still in the shop so who even know the quality of the workmanship but I will not speak on that as I have not seen the car. Review will be revised if this all ends well, but as of now I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone.

They have no respect for customer time. Only go there if you can tolerate having your car sitting around for a month for a few hours minor repair.

After a small accident with my truck. I drove over to cherry hill Autobody to see what had to be done to repair my vehicle.. What a wonderful experience it was to work through the process of repair with the staff . They took the time to identify all the damage, parts and labor cost . Needless to say the shop gave me a guaranteed delivery date and came in a day early. I highly recommend cherry hill Autobody to my friends .. thank you again .Mr Ferrese

I’ll give this shop negative stars if I could!!! My Benz been there since the 16th of dec. to this day the 30th of Jan, they haven’t even finished ordering parts. First they told me they couldn’t mix the colors right so they had to fly out a specialist. Then after I get a call telling me they have to order another part. I ended up paying 600 for the rental that I had to take back. These people got over 11,000 dollars from my insurance to fix the body and my opinion it wasn’t that much damage, but the point is they received the money and I still have no car!!! These people are costing me a lot of money, as I already made 2 payment to my car without even having it!!!! At the same time I have a hole family which my wife goes to school and work, we drive my kids have school and I work and we trying to do all of this with one car.. I will never recommend anybody to EVER take your car there for repairs!!!! I’ll update the exact time I receive my vehicle

I brought my Mercedes here for repair because they are affiliated with Cherry Hill Motors where I leased the car from. I was told the repair should take about 16 working days...6 weeks later and my car is still not complete with no estimated date of completion. Zero communication unless I call them, plus the Insurance will not cover my rental car any longer because it has been too long. The worst service I have ever experienced.

If your goal to repair your car, you better know what the proplem is !

I took my WV into Cherry Hill Motors Body Shop to be repaired after an accident because they are affiliated with Cherry Hill WV dealer. Cherry Hills initial estimate stated they needed two days to make the repairs after the parts are delivered. It took them several days to order the parts. 11 days later my car was done, which was four days longer then what AllState would allow. As a result, I had to eat the cost of the car rental.
