Jay is an excellent mechanic and trustworthy. Going to him for many years when we were local and now traveling over 70 miles to him for car service. Dont trust anyone else in our current area.

We have 3 high mileage vehicles that Jay maintains for us and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the services he provides. Best car service in Cherry Hill! I have been going to Jay for over 10 years now after repeatedly getting ripped off by other garages in the area who were expensive and did not do good work. I found West Chapel through a recommendation and have been happy ever since. Jay does excellent work, nearly always my car is done same day, and he does it at affordable prices. Plus he knows your name when you walk in the door.

For the umpteenth time, I was disgusted with the poor service and constant costs with taking my car to the auto dealers service department. They charged top dollar for each lame attempt and didnt fix the issue. They dont really listen to you, they dont hear you, plus they give you wrong information on a regular basis. Luckily I picked West Chapel Auto out of the yellow pages, and ever since have had great service with a big genuine smile. If theres an issue that is difficult to resolve, Jay eventually finds the resolution, never gives up, and doesnt give you a bunch of bull. If you are reading this, believe me, give Jay an opportunity to work on your car, and you will be happy to have an honest, hard-working, person that you can trust, and will also share a few laughs with you.

The family has been taking their vehicles to West Chapel Auto for decades. The owner can be trusted to make the repairs that are needed.My car broke its shifter linkage. Jay could have told me to get a tow to his shop. But no, he drove out to my house, and popped the linkage into D and I was able to drive from Cinnaminson to his shop in Cherry Hill. Thats the kind of guy Jay is....

Left my motorcycle there when it broke down on Thanksgiving after I had just bought it, left the bike at his shop with a note attached to the key in the key box, read the sign that said they would be closed through the 28th so I called before 9am the 29th at which point he told me I now owe them $200 for impounding it because be didnt look for the key in the key box and that I am blind and stupid for thinking an auto repair shop would work on a motorcycle...wow! Call me stupid or naive but I know plenty of mechanics who work on both and what a lack of customer service/respect. Why have a key box if you dont check it for keys?!

The owner said he could fix my car. I left my car there and checked up periodically. He continuously said that he was getting to it over a three week span. I finally decided to check on the vehicle and found out that he had not touched the car. After three weeks!!! He changed his mind and said that he didnt want to work on it because once he looked at it he figured he didnt have enough time to dedicate to the problem. He wasted three weeks of my time, after continuously stringing me along.If you have time to waste and dont need your car back anytime soon go with this guy.Also, if you want to risk not getting your car repaired at all.
