Joe was the most helpful expert we’ve ever had. He took his time and really knows every detail about the mattresses. He knows all the science behind sleep studies and was really able to help us determine which fit was best for our styles.

I give you 10 stars out of ten. The worker ( Anthony Marchetti) that you have at the store we made a purchase, is very professional and friendly. He is the guy who you want to buy from! He is very educated in the product he sells. He was also very friendly with my son. He knows how to find the best way to get you interest in purchasing. We were very surprised with our sells worker performance from the beginning and to the end of our visit. We are very satisfied with his customer service! I came into the store with a budget and was totally expecting to be treated differently because of that, but the store manager treated me like any other customer and spent plenty of time detailing the process of matching a mattress to my needs. Very friendly service and a good selection!

I wish I could do zero stars. I ordered my mattress, mattress pad and pillow almost 4 weeks ago now. They told me they would ship it to my address a week ago. The mattress and mattress protector came without the pillow and I have been trying to contact them for the last week about obtaining my pillow. Just been getting the run around and “we’ll call you back” but never do. Worst mattress store I have ever done business with and trust me this will be the last time. Good day.

He was so professional and friendly and seemed to really care about my sisters situation that he helped me a great deal. Kept trying to sell me an overpriced mattresses after I firmly stated price point and told me my mattress and box spring would be there the next day without a doubt. Wasn’t there now have to wait even longer.

The sales agent, Eddie, is extremely friendly and professional. We walked into the store not knowing much about mattresses, but Eddie treated us with respect and being patient in explaining everything. Due to his kindness, we decided to purchase one of the hybrid mattress set. Saturday of last week, Eddie reached out to us (before the 120 days warranty period for exchange) asking if we were satisfied with the purchase and if we needed help with our current set. We did have a problem with the box spring being too high and Eddie was able to exchange for no additional fee (just a delivery charge for the delivery agent). Now our bed is perfect, we highly recommend the store and in particular, the sales agent, Eddie.

I told the salesman what I was looking for and in a short time we narrowed down my options. He wasnt pushy or trying to sell me something I didnt want. He let me look and try things out and even walked away for a while which I appreciated. I didnt feel pressured and he made a good deal for me. I LOVE my new bed. My back feels so much better.

I went to this store to find a mattress for my son. The lady working was very nice and answered any questions I had. I probably would have purchased a mattress from here at the time I was looking but the dead roaches and mouse droppings in the area of the open mattresses kept me from doing so. The people in the store were nice but the company is INCOMPETENT. I ordered a mattress and the delivery company they use was NO CALL NO SHOW. I called the store and they were ZERO help and referred me to their 800#. They gave me the standard line of oh sorry but our truck broke down. So, I started shopping around more and found a much better LOCAL company in Mattress Factory. OH BTW---mattress PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE
