I love this store. Its huge like a supermarket and the staff are normally versed with pairings and helpful. Ill always be a repeat customer.

This is one of my favorite liquor stores supermarket they have all wines liquor beer champagne mixers cups glasses cigars one of the largest selection Ive seen I always find what Im looking for and try new things

Very nice place with plenty of selections. Devon is the assistant manager and very helpful. I think they will be remodeling soon. So look for the new and improved Total Wine and More.

Needed a bottle of Pernod (anise flavor) for a recipe and they had a few in stock. Using their website it said itd be on the back wall and sure enough it was! Made it so much easier than aimless wandering. So many different selections in Total Wine, great store!

Went in with my younger brother so he didn’t have to go in alone and they refused to serve him because I didn’t have a wallet on me to show id even though he did. Showed them a picture of my ID and they still told us no and that he couldn’t come back. I never got trouble like this in pa and their stores are run by the state. This is why you stick to small family places like the far better benash liquors up the road.

I cant say enough compliments about Total Wine in Cherry Hill. Unfortunately procrastinating with my alcohol order for my upcoming wedding led to me needing last minute order. Without a scheduled appointment Sarah took care of me, no questions asked. She was knowledgeable, caring and stayed within my budget. Frank loaded my car and didnt let me lift a single box. Wonderful staff, thank you for making my wedding week a little less stressful. I will be sure to shop here more often and tell my family and friends.

I would have gave it a 5 considering my daughter and friends shop here for there pop up shop.. everyone but the Asian guy was friendly .my daughter who is 25 asked him at a question he acted as if he didnt hear her and almost didnt respond until I commented about how rude he was with her even asking a question and the way he responded. My daughter ignores those things I dont Ive done customer service for 20yrs and I would have never treated a customer the way he did. Considering we were the only African American people in there and someone else asked him a question and he was so attentive to them.. he acted as if we were bothering him or he was having a bad day. I say everyone is entitled to bad days but I also say if your in a bad mood STAY HOME

My favorite liquor store by far. I live 45 mins away but try to get there at least once a month. Their direct buy vodka and wines are awesome. If youre a red wine drinker then you must try Radius. Their #1 selling red wine exclusively sold through them. $11.00 and excellent.

Always pleasant experience from staff and cleanliness. Great selection. Only downside is it seems single beer options are going down greatly and they was a main reason I loved going to total wine. I love they huge selection of build your own 6 packs and on a year the stock of options to buy singly has nearly dropped in half.

We enjoy going to this location for our wine needs. We often are not able to get our Papi wine here which is our go to for reds. Very nice variety and we are most usually able to find substitutes when they dont have stock of our favorites. Nice to try out new wines at the taste testing area.

Total Wine has a great selection of spirits - one of the best in South Jersey. They also tend to have the lowest prices. But it absolutely feels like a wearhouse, with tall shelves between every isle.The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Ive seen a staff member pull in another staff member who may know more to better assist a customer. Ive also seen staff members suggest exclusively Total Wine Spirit Direct spirits, which just happen to make Total Wine the most money.When I see staff members suggest only Spirit Direct options, I grow suspicious. When I purchase and try those options, and find them sometimes lacking compared to similarly priced alternatives, I start to feel like the staff members are trained to push the Spirit Direct brands.Pricing on bottles is sometimes weird, with 1L bottles often costing significantly more per ml than 750ml bottles. And Ive seen some 375ml size bottles that cost 90% as much as the 750ml bottles - at that point, why wouldnt you pay 10% more for 100% more spirit?Still, the selection and prices cant be beat. And they have a pretty good beer selection too - including one of my favorites, Xingu Black Lager, one of the best black lagers Ive ever had.

Didn’t let my sister purchase her items just because I didn’t have my id but yet they let couple with a toddler inside the store make the purchase. Dumbest policy ever makes no sense. Maybe that’s why they’re are loosing sales. I don’t believe this it’s weird and I would not return back. They need to change their policy.

Only store Ive found to carry Founders KBS stout! This is a heavy on chocolate & coffee brew aged in bourbon barrels in an underground cave for one year! Delicious and only available in the spring. Its $22.95 for a 4 pack. I first discovered it 3 years ago at Bellos Gasto Pub in the Ironbound District of Newark. They provide a 6 oz glass for $8.

Drove here to buy my bottle of rare bourbon. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant. I did wander a bit before making my purchase and the store is well laid out and organized.

The best liquor store in the area, period! Lots of local wines, beer, and spirits as well as thousands, if not millions, of imports. They literally have EVERYTHING alcohol related and the prices cannot be beat. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly ! Melissa is fantastic (wine associate/floor sales), wine tastings with her are always a fun time, and Nannette is so sweet and caring (cashier) same with Nancy. I feel like family walking into this store and I love it.

From out of town, one of the few liquor stores open past 2100 hours (9pm). Great selection, would advise to get there earlier than later to give yourself ample time to browse. Clean store, fair prices, easy in and out.

I have been shopping at Total Wine in Cherry Hill for years and Ive always been able to find what I was looking for. They have a wonderful selection and great prices. On my last visit I was looking for something specific and I was given great customer assistance by Orest.

You will find what you are looking for here. Largest selection around of wine, beer and everything in between. I especially like the single beer aisle where you can make your own 6pk (or 12pk). Great place to get a gift for anyone on your list (over 21 of course). The store is very clean and well lit. Not a seedy liquor store at all. Plenty of helpful staff around to assist you with your shopping experience.

Ordered online and curbside pickup at store. Their app is easy to use. And their communication is great. You text when you get there. And they come right out. Very courteous staff.

Had a bourbon I couldnt find in Pennsylvania or Delaware and held it for me so I could come get it. Absolutely thrilled with that. Hopped in the car, put the Phillies game on and the family got to accompany Daddy to Cherry Hill to get his booze. LOL.

The employees were very helpful, and few different ones asked if I needed assistance. Very good selections, always my first choice on wine or other selections.

Best liquor store in the whole area always has something new to try’s me hard to find bottles of beer whiskey and wines

Dizzying selection of high quality wine, beer and liquor. You could easily spend hours roaming around the store. You know that Whole Foods saying, Whole paycheck? Similarly, if youre not careful, a trip to Total Wine could end up being Total paycheck. I love the variety and that there are a lot of organic options. If you buy bottles that are part of the Mix 6 Discount you can save a bit. If youre super thrifty, drive to Trader Joes in Princeton and check out their alcohol section. The variety is nowhere near as vast as Total Wine but impressive for a small store and so are the prices. You can even buy a decent bottle of organic wine for $4.99!

I swore I would never go back and I should have stuck to it. The place is a mess, shelves werent being restocked and the employees are rude. Steve continued to try and sell us on a more expensive wine (that we dont even drink) for a Bridal Shower my wife was planning. Dude didnt listen when we told him its not for us and this is what we were told the others liked. Another store member basically told my wife she had no palate when she asked for help finding the wine she liked. Cashier acted (like they always do here) like he was doing us a favor by checking us out. Im never going back and this time Im sticking to it!

This is my favourite store for wine, liquor, etc. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is on one occasion, the cashier complained to me about having to wear a mask. Then he added that it’s government over-reach and he was fed up with it. I then told him I personally know two people who died from COVID, which is true. He then grumbled something under his mask as I paid and left. I always avoid him when checking out now.

Customer service sucks at this place. A few months ago show up 5 minutes before closing and they would not let me to grab a wine bottle. Last night getting a case of beer and they charged me the wrong amount bc it was 4 six packs instead of the case. I spend hundreds every month here not any more I have one in my town and will gladly take my business to Taunton Liquors. Please not their staff said we would be charged the case price. Manager too lazy toDo the adjustment. 😡

Saw online that Cherry Hill Total Wine have stocks of 24 Casamigos Reposado Tequila. Went to the store to grab 6. None on shelf. Was told in stock at front. Went to the front to ask for some, but only limited to 2 per person stated the employee. But there were 2 of us. So I told him cant we get 4. Nope 2 per person is limit. Even though we are together. Didnt want to argue. So bought 2 bottles, case of truly, 2 boxes of margaritas pops, Corona Fresca, etc. Decided to go to Wegmans. They have 16 Casamigos Reposado and 12 Casamigos Anejo on shelf. Bought 4 of each. No limits in Wegmans. No more shopping at Total Wines.

Pretty disorganized. Signs and labels didnt match what was actually on the shelf. Plenty of 4 and 6 packs with beers missing out of them.Staff was very friendly though.

Overall this place can be a bit overwhelming to a new customer/drinker but with the amount of options available you really cant go wrong. If you ever need help looking for something or are interested in trying a new item the staff is very encouraging and helpful to get you the perfect gift for an anniversary or even just something for a night cap. Would definitely recommend a 10/10.

I love Total Wine because they have such a huge selection of liquor. I can always find what I am looking for. The customer service is wonderful and if they dont have what Im looking for on the shelf they will look it up and tell me if they have it in stock. They go above and beyond and thats why they are my go to for my liquor needs. Total Wine youre the best.

Nice selection of Bourbons and whiskey here. I picked up a bottle of the Dalmore 12 year. Reasonable prices across the board. Their website and phone app are very helpful too. You can create an acct to earn pts and coupons, order online or store pick up, and create lists of things you want. The place is huge, has some tasting areas set up for wine. Go in and walk around for a bit theres a lot to take in.

Big place, big selection. Not the greatest selection of beers and ciders in the area, but the wine inventory is endless. Always crowded, parking lot gets busy too, but they’re never low on the goods. Very friendly staff but they can be strict on IDs for anyone who looks even remotely young (I guess that means they are doing their jobs well then).

Stopped by Total Wine last night within an hour of closing. An employee, Jasmine (apologies if thats not how she spells her name) asked if I needed assistance choosing a wine as I probably looked lost. I initially said no, but then realized I really could use help. Im hosting a small wine-tasting for friends and wanted to expand upon what I would normally buy. She walked me around the store and helped me choose a sparking, a red, a red blend, and a white. She was so polite, friendly, offered great feedback, and was just all around pleasant. I appreciate her taking the time to help me get in and out, as I would have walked around aimlessly since the options are so immense. Totally recommend Total Wine and if Jasmine is working, scoping her out and letting her help you with your purchase!
