Nothing is better than a book. No Kindle. A good old fashioned Book.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Got what I needed.
Always amazing selections of books. Most people these days read online, myself included, but its more fun to go to a bookstore in person and be able to see and touch the books. Lets you judge the books by their covers. And by reading the blurbs on the back to really get you hooked. Something about a metallic sparkly special edition Dracula just really gets my gears going.
Have a great selection. Always have some good books on sale. Very clean. Like to go @Saturday morning. They open 1 hour before mall.
Great place. Knowledgeable staff. Have everything your looking for.
My Daughter love this place they always have the books that she wants to read 💜
My children loved it here! The staff is so accomdating and made my beginner readers feel very special.
I love buying new books here! The staff is just friendly and sweet too.
I havent been in years and it was so nice to be in great bookstore
Staff here are so so helpful and friendly. Have a great selection and a relaxed environment.
Was very happy with all the books I was able to purchase. Even found a few Dean Koontz that I missed reading. Great prices.
Very friendly staff, and very helpful! Cant ask for a better Barnes and Noble.
Staff was WONDERFUL & got what I needed & More - very pleased!
Such a big selection here. Always clean and just a nice atmosphere.
Nice big and clean. Great selection of Mangas
Absolutely love meandering through the aisles and picking up something for myself.
Staff was helpful and very nice. Store was organized and well kept. Easy to find things and staff was there to help when I couldnt find something I was looking for.
Great,. Clean many books options
Pre-ordered item was ready. Not creasing nor bending. Cost was high but was expectedCustomer service was good.
Love going to this Barnes & Noble on my days of working remotely. Customer service is excellent.
Typical B&N clean store with helpful staff.
Barnes & Noble is definitely the best bookstore! You can find a great variety of books, nice gifts, and enjoy a coffee or a nice moment to read in a peaceful and loving place. Funny story: when I was looking at some books very far from the spot in the picture that book fell and I was wondering to myself howd that happened since there was no one around 😱😄 perfect timing in this month of October with Halloween upon us. 😄🤣
Love the atmosphere, the selections, prices and staff.
The staff quickly helped me find the book I had come to buy.
Went with my daughter..is her favorite book store..
Still respectful of social distancing, but now allowing people to eat & drink in the cafe.
I miss the days of having many book stores to choose from but this b&n is a great one!
Love the layout and everything is easy to find
Very nice place clean and organized
I was hired and employed at Barnes & Noble. Throughout my employment with B&N I had experienced nothing short of ridicule and discrimination for my disability. At orientation i recieved a folder( as well as the 30 other employees) by the store manager who had hired me.upon opening the folder in blue ink on a sticky note it had read eyes. I am blind in my right eye. A few seconds later we were asked to pass our folders forward as our positions were not given. Afew moments went by and our folders were again redistributed. Upon opening my folder i had noticed i was not given a position. As everyone went off into groups either being hired as a bookseller or barista. I was the only one with no position. I then approached the store manager and asked where i belong. I was not given a position in my folder. The reply given was i guess you are a bookseller well figure it out later. Throughout my employment any time employees were given the opportunity to share with customers their favorite book and why. My picks were never showcased. I did not feel comfortable at Barns and Noble and was clearly not treated fairly or accepted because of my disability. These are only a few instances I experienced during my Employment with B&N.
The best thing cherry hill BN did was bringing back Len as store manager, never seen a more dedicated employee. He deserves the highest accolades.
Very clean, well-kept store. Had a bunch of magazines that I havent seen at other Barnes & Noble stores.
Very clean Barnes and Noble. Lots of open space as well. I enjoyed it.The Cafe wasn’t the best. Cookies were not very good as they usually are and my drink wasn’t made the best but that’s okay. If you really want Starbucks I would recommend going to the actual Starbucks that’s close by.
Helpful staff when help was a needed to locate books. Very knowledgeable about locations
Easy fast nice selection even had kids toys everything many sections look like am almost were bookstore
What can I say about Barnes & Noble? Love it, love browsing, a cup of coffee, but I have to say, its much nicer in non-covid times. As is life itself.
What to say, its a large bookstore with a coffee shop. Be aware in NJ they charge sales tax on magazines
My favorite book store. Lots of books, magazines etc.
Nice, clean restrooms, quiet, books all neatly in order.
I love Barnes and Noble! I can spend hours looking around and browsing the clearance tables. They also have unique greeting cards and gifts. I always leave with something. My last visit, the Associate seemed annoyed that I pulled her from the floor. She then asked me if I wanted a bag. It was pouring outside. Duh! Yes. Otherwise the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.
Always well stocked with best sellers and classics, and they always have very knowledgeable help available! They have magazines too.
Its an amazing store and they treat you like family
No place to sit and the selection of books on remodeling was very limited. Lots of duplicates but no real choices.
Love book stores. I just wish they more sale items. So much to look at and browse through at the store!
A little hectic to get to but they do a fantastic job socially distancing and we moved through the checkout line quickly.
Well stocked, helpful and very polite staff.
Me and My wife were just in this location looking to purchase some books being the fact it is a physical store we prefer to go that route rather than shop maybe through Amazon but now maybe well consider that as a better option since you cant even sit down in the store to compare two books to see what would be a better purchase for you without an employee coming out to you telling you you cant sit let alone my wife being pregnant isnt enough to indicate that is the reason she is sitting in the first place if things are going to be like this whats the point of even opening up your physical stores might as well just keep everything online or keep to the curbside pickup
I bought a Runners World magazine. I used to buy it and it was around $5.00. I went to pay for it and was 9.99! I still bought it but when I got in my car the B &N sticker was 9.99 but it was really $5.00, such greed. Took it back within 10 minutes and wouldn’t return my money OR give me store credit. The one at Cherry Hill State Park Sucks!
I never have a bad experience here. The people that work at Barnes & Noble are always courteous and very helpful. Today was no different.
Loads of great books 📚 .You can learn just about anything. It also has misc items such as electronic readersPuzzles, educational toys, journals and best of all ..Starbucks .
A good place to browse. A large stock.
In addition to being an avid reader I found Barnes & Noble to be very open easy to get around and had everything I wanted. The staff was very friendly and considering it was Christmas Eve I dont know if I could have been that helpful and friendly. I got everything I needed and checked out very quickly. It was a very good experience.
Decent size selection of books & magazines; store associates are very helpful & will go out of their way to see you need anything. only downside is the big open area in the middle that is apparently setup for the Nook, dont think it needs that much space. otherwise very good place to visit/shop.
Big and roomy with a lot of selection
My to go place for obviously books. Then cute planners and ofcourse gifts for my nieces and nephews. None other place if you want to give educational gifts to children.Amazing variety of bookmarks, pens, planners, folders, envelopes and what not.I can spend the whole day here.:)
Good selection of books and nice ambience. Staff are friendly, too.
Spacious, clean, organized. Not as large a selection as others in the area but great.
Great store; clean and neat and well stocked.
Love coming here and looking at the books. Always find something I like. I hope they never get put out of business by the big pig Amazon.
The closest bookstore in my hometown. Its the convenience for me
Good inventory. Odd layout with no sight lines of you are there with children
One of the last brick and mortar book chains is a dangerous store for me to browse. I can never leave without spending a ton of money and carrying a large amount of books and other items out. You actually get to touch the book instead of just viewing the first few pages as you do online shopping. They also have a large selection of magazines to look through. Lastly, you can have a beverage and snack at the in-house Starbucks coffee shop.
I love bookstores, period. B & N is expensive but a quiet, chill place to explore new titles, browse old ones, and even sit and write. I enjoy the Starbucks Cafe conveniently located inside. They also have story times for kids that are fun and enjoyable.
Good customer service and great place to pick up a good book
The aroma of coffee greets you as you enter the door. A welcome, relaxing feel and the unique smell of leather and paper reminiscent of your favorite rainy days spent reading. The seating invites you to grab a book and read. This is the only store that encourages you to use the product before buying without handcuffs and being on Santa’s naughty list. Kids are free to be kids and minds are encouraged to think.
Great selection of books. Helpful staff. Buy Starbucks coffee and read your purchases here. Clean place, can get busy, but overall excellent place to buy books and magazines especially when a lot of bookstores have closed.
School read aloud evening and fundraiser. The staff at Barnes and noble is always friendly and helpful. I absolutely love coming here to buy a coffee and curl up with a book.
A great experience for all members of the family. The kid section is consistently fun and has special events. They have been doing a better job lately of displaying interesting books on the tables.
Clean bright friendly staff.
Visit this location with handicap mom because it appears to be larger than other locations. Customer service was excellent from a younger lady. Wish I got her name! Very pleasant! She went beyond and above helping me to purchase crossword puzzles for mom(whos 90)! Great outting for us! Thank you!
Sizable collection of magazines and books. Ample chairs and couches to welcome customers to relax and grab a book to read. Not crowded on weeknights that make a great time to come.
Nice place you can read they have cafe they wont bug while you just sit there enjoy a book or magazine, have toys puzzle games ....just a nice place while people shop while you enjoy a coffee and a hobby magazine!
If you love books, well go here. Thats what I do... but why do this? Think about it, its just a library that is actually up to date! Show up, read about half a book, leave and then come back and read the rest. Technically all free up to date book but sssshhhhh you didnt hear it from me :P
The educational toys are super cute! Got my nephew a bug one. He loved it. A little over priced.
Great place for books and people who would love to observe reader. The sad part of it, that you cant have a real meal while checking books there, as I personally like to go their to read some books for free.It is also sad they dont have some digital library in the place to buy or try books on Kindle for example. The place is full of books, if you are not a reader you still can go their for coffee and non heavy meals, the sturbuck corner have the a nice stuff, specially in the morning
Great atmosphere. Employees willing to help with no hesitation. Great staff. Very relaxing
It’s nice to be able to find a real book! Even in the digital age, they still have a lot of choices.
It was organized in an unfamiliar way but they had many clearance items.
My favorite place to sit down and get some work done. There’s a good amount of tables and the cafe staff are very nice. Always great drink deals too :)
I looked at the book I wanted online and it was 16.95. We were going that way anyway so I figured I would just pick it up. Got to the store and it was 26.95. Brought it the the attention of the salesman and he refused to honor the buy online, pick up in store price. Went out side, order online. Chose to pick up in store, and received for the online price. Thanks for the hassle. Management, this may be a teachable moment for the employee. Back to Amazon and two day delivery for me.
Great Barnes and Noble location! Friendly staff. They have a great selection. In a nice location, shopping plaza full of plenty of options.
Helpful staff, good selection, decent prices.
It is always fun to browse books - great selection
This trip to barnes and noble was good. We ate in the starbucks cafe and then browsed. No one came up tonus and bothered us. Last time someone told us not to buy what i wanted to buy because you can get goga poses online which really botheres me because im 36 not 110, i knowbi can go online i prefer a book for certain things. But this time it was nice.
Yay Books Books n more books
This place is awesome. As is any other Barnes & Nobel bookstore, it’s just like any other location. I went here with a friend of mine to read books and it was really nice. Everyone’s respectful and will mostly stay out of your way- which is nice for introverts like me who just wanna read books.
It was great got my son a dragon ball Z comic book love this place they have everything and all kinds of books
Service is amazing, organized. While a bit lacking in marine related books, the astronomy section is great. Come here every other day just to lose time in two-three books. The Starbucks inside is grade A, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE falls in love or at least has a crush on the guy in front, for his service. You think Im exaggerating, but I asked other customers about it and they agree.
Just went to Barnes and Nobles CH after reopening. Very clean and organized.
This B&N is smartly nestled in a new walkable shopping center. Bottom Line: They have books, coffee, pastries, and free parking. Its also close to the Cheese Cake Factory & Zinburger
Walked in at 9am to do some studying and they’re still preparing for opening. Meanwhile, i came across a safety hazzard as they were vacuuming by the front end no signs or anything and almost fell because their rug wasn’t placed properly on the floor. One of the woman opening had the nerve to say “watch it” to me. No lady, you need to watch it, you almost caught a case.
I just adore B & N ... I could hang out there allll day, lol ... But thats what I like... Its a fantastic store..
