They are very responsible, when I told them my kitchen was small and I had my own measurements, they still asked to do the measurements to make sure all the information is correct. It didnt delay the their processing the design and quoting, also we had discussion very choices I made. I received my cabinets two weeks after the order was confirmed. Rita is awesome. If you need the special touch, Rita will sit with you, measure every inch of your kitchen, and provide you advice on setting up your kitchen. She will draw a scale sketch (via computer) and let you arrange your cabinets sink, oven, refrigerator, wine rack, dishwasher etc many times until you are happy with the final results. We recommend J&R cabinets, pictures speak for itself. All the measurements are exact and the cabinets fit our space like a glove. The Marble is also cut to perfection and installed very professionally. Rita and her crew will work with your time schedule. We needed the cabinets and marble quick and she was aim to please.

It’s really worth order Cabinet from Ocean Cabinet & Countertop. After They know I wanna change cabinets, they sent a pro team to my house to do measurement. And I received a rendering in very short time. After I made my order, they sent a pro-team of installation to my house, that made me believe that they’re trusted and professional.

I would like to say that few things and people are perfect, I am very happy with the design that ocean team gave me, very happy with the texture of Fabuwood cabinets and its glossy finish. It makes my kitchen look very bright white. However, Fabuwood also has some shortcomings, the doors of the cabinets were damaged due to shipping, but Fabuwood and Ocean team can do the best after-sales service to make up for the loss of waiting for Fabuwood to replace the damaged cabinets. Still waiting for my kitchen to be finished. I am glad that Ocean is a responsible company, besides the initial measurement and design is accurate, I am also satisfied in the post service, even the communication with my installer is good. Highly recommend oceancabinet .

I enjoyed working with the people at Ocean Cabinets . They are friendly and professional .They did a fantastic job on my kitchen . There were some rough patches in the process which is expected in a restoration but they were most accommodating and made every effort to complete the job to my satisfaction. Im a single dad. I did not know anything about kitchen cabinets. Every step of the way they showed me how to save money. I checked their estimate at two other cabinets shops and Home Depot. The best price was Ocean cabinet. They came everyday to see instillation was perfect . Thank You Ocean cabinet

I purchased cabinets and countertop from Oceans Cabinets plus paid them to install. The scratched and damage my brand new stove, microwave, floor, and refrigerator and refuse to pay for their damages. They LIE about prices and dont honor their word or return/refund policy. They measured my Cabinets but ordered smaller Cabinets without my permission so dont bother allowing them to measure for you because they will bait and switch your cabinet size without you knowing then blame their customer for agreeing to THEIR WRONG measurements!Each time her installers arrived they either damaged our floor or appliances. We have footage of them scratching our floors, stove, microwave, and fridge. They even scratched the cabinets we purchased from them. They refuse to reimburse us for the damages. They also did not properly measure our cabinets. Instead of replacing our cabinets with the same size they measured, they made the cabinets smaller and used filler. When we noticed what they did upon install we immediately addressed this and told them to take the cabinets back before installing but the owner refused and continued with install.Now our cabinets are chipped, floor and appliances are damaged, and the owner refuses to pay for any of the damage theyve caused.

I initially gave a five-star review, based on how the kitchen first looked. And, the counters, cabinets, and trim work have all held up. The backsplash still looks great. But the floor...no. Disaster.So, about a month after the installation, we started hearing loud cracks coming from the kitchen. It quickly became apparent that the floor tiles were separating from the floor, and the grout was crumbling in the process.We had people from Ocean over to look at the issue, and initially they suggested we scrape out the grout and re-apply. After I protested mildly, they investigated further, and found that many of the floor tiles had separated.Having done tile myself, I noticed that they hadnt back-buttered any of the tile when they installed it, which is a no-no on largeish-format tile.To their credit, ocean came in and tore up the tiles that could be accessed (the tiles that werent partially or fully under cabinets)- and re-installed the tile, presumably having learned from their mistakes.A few months ago, the grout started cracking again, and we discovered that another 9 (accessible) tiles had separated from the floor. And, all of the tile partially under the cabinets has separated and cant be replaced without a total tear out of the counter s and cabinets.We finally have a non-Ocean tile specialist person in today, who is attempting to remedy the situation, costing us close to $800. We have learned that the original installers used a much too large trowel for the tile, there are huge air gaps under the tiles, cracks along the hardibacker seams due to their not taping the seams, and an area where they tiled right over plywood.This lengthy account is from frustration that Ocean failed to do the job twice, and even the work being done today is ultimately a bandaid fix; the RIGHT fix it to have the counters and lower cabinets removed, and for the whole floor to be replaced.I cant recommend Ocean as a result of this fiasco. They need to educate all of their installers on the correct way to install tile.

Poor customer service and poor selection of cabinets. The fee for the kitchen design is $200 and they pressure you to pay it in cash or pay THEIR Quickbooks fee for using a credit/debit card. No thanks. There are too many other places with better quality cabinets, better customer service, and FREE kitchen design!

I can’t wait until my countertop is installed and I want to express how happy I am. I live in my house for 23 years When choosing kitchen cabinets for my dream kitchen, when I saw Fabuwood on ins I found Fabuwood Cabinetry has all my thoughts and more!There are so many door styles, designs and colors to choose, they even can make any custom color for me.from it was a bit overwhelming. However, Rita and her team who guided me and installed my Fabuwood cabinets were so professional and knowledgeable .Truthfully, any cabinet you choose from Fabuwood you cant choose wrong. I was so pleased with the experience of my kitchen .I also love that they are all soft close which was an essential feature I needed to have .

We worked with Hira & Rita from Ocean Cabinet and Countertop and could not be happier with how our kitchen turned out. As for the design itself they were able to suggest good options for how it should look, keeping in mind that we wanted more counter space along with more storage as well but not making it too congested at the same time. They prioritized function, and kept our opinions in mind when helping us design our kitchen. They even set us up with an amazing contractor who they suggested was not giving us a crazy price and ended up doing a great job. During our remodeling, there were some issues that we came across but Hira was able to get them solved in a very timely manner. Last but not the least FABUWOOD cabinets were a great option that we chose a little more for price but great quality and good after sales I must say!!Id definitely recommend OCEAN CABINET AND COUNTERTOP to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel at a fair price!

Harry and his team recently remodeled an entire apartment for me. They performed quality work at a reasonable price. They stayed with the job from start to finish, which was about 3 weeks. Harry was very attentive to all of the details as well as my concerns and handled things promptly. The team was very reliable, hardworking and skilled. They took pride in their work and wanted to do a good job. I would recommend this company to everyone!

WORST PEOPLE YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH! They delivered damaged kitchen and refused to replace damaged parts or reimburse us for repair. It cost me over $600 and daaays of time to replace and repair their mistake. Cheap Chinese €r@ppy cabinets and ZERO customer service. Not recommended!

Worst kitchen cabinet company ever! We spent almost $3000 for the kitchen, 3 cabinets are scratched, 2 shelves are defective, sides are 0.5 inch off and wont close. Management refused to resolve the issues or replace defective parts. Now they just stop answering my calls. SHAME ON YOU!

Wow!! what great prices, design help, quick installation and quick responses. My kitchen was installed in about 9 days.. practically unheard of. I didnt have any walls removed or lighting fixtures removed. the installers were hard workers and very respectful. My few concerns were immediately addressed and fixed. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends.

The manager came to take my kitchen cabinet measurement and gave me very professional suggestions how to make my kitchen look nice. Just One week after I put my deposit I got my cabinet delivered and installed. I like my kitchen cabinet so much and they really do a very good job. Strongly recommend this professional company. I would not recommend using this company. The owner is disorganized, terrible at communication, and rushes his workers. He had workers do plumbing and electric which had to be redone by a licensed plumber and electrician. When a sloppy backsplash was brought to his attention, he told us our expectations were too high, but did reluctantly agree to compensation for it. The last straw was when we were awaiting a second inspection by the township (because it failed the first time), we got a voicemail from the owner threatening to start charging us interest on our final payment! The job is not complete until it passes inspection! He was also supposed to install a string of led lights on a ledge around the ceiling. We asked about this and got no response. Once they received final payment, they were done with us. If you’re looking for a professional company to hire, look elsewhere.*Response to owners response...None of my concerns had anything to do with Covid-19. What does Covid-19 have to do with demanding payment before the job is complete (and threatening to charge interest) and not actually finishing the job you promised (led lights)?*

This is a full service store. They handled drywall installation, painting, plumbing hook-up along with flooring, cabinet and countertop installation. Very professional and accommodating. Olivia & Harry make a great team.

We had a really good experience. The time from ordering through to completion was pretty quick and they stayed in touch during each phase to let us know the timeline. The installers did a great job and took the time to make everything look great. They were respectful of the home and put down cardboard on the floor and plastic up in a doorway to protect the floor and minimize dust from the work they did to the wall (removing a soffit and patching up the drywall, sanding, tiling backsplash). We were very impressed with the finished product.

Bought a custom design layout of Cabinets. Very friendly staff. Delivered within a week of ordering. Delivery person was very friendly too. Quality for PMCs was very nice and pricing was excellent. I would recommend checking this company if you are looking for above average quality at below average pricing.

Amazing staff and great prices! I originally was hesitant because I found out about them through a mailer coupon but after talking with them I felt very confident in their abilities. We went over the details and the price they came in at was well below the prices I received from other places as well as Home Depot and Lowes.In addition they were extremely quick in installing and taking away the old countertop. We did run into a small problem as the fridge was not installed when they measured and they had to bring out a whole new piece so it would fit. They did this within 24 hours and at no additional costs.Great customer service + great price. Will make sure to use them for all future work.

We searched many cabinet and countertop looking for the best quality cabinets and we decided to go with Oceans...They explained in detail everything that was going to occur in ordering...The installers even had the courtesy to remove their shoes without me asking because we just put a new floors in....They do awesome work

We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Ocean! From Olivia in the showroom, to Harry who oversaw all of the work, to Tom and Jian who did a phenomenal job with the specifics, the process went very smoothly. Olivia was very patient and kind while I made the very difficult choice of which backsplash to choose-they have so many beautiful choices! Harry made great suggestions on how to improve the function of the kitchen while still listening to my vision and keeping my budget in mind. Having had 2 bad experiences with previous contractors, working with Ocean has been a dream! I love what they have done and have already recommended them to many of my friends. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them!

At Ocean Cabinet and Countertop you will find very nice, hardworking, young professionals who will help you design your new kitchen, and guide you through the process. I chose the no-frills 10 x 10 promotional kitchen, with a few upgrades (the countertop and adding crown molding). The final price was so very affordable, and it would easily have been over twice the price with any other company. The kitchen was completed last week, and my expectations were exceeded.Of special note: The cabinet install team (Shawn and Stone) were top notch. My home was built in 1928 and Im guessing this was a challenge, as nothing is ever square. The crown molding was expertly installed. Both were respectful, and were even concerned about scaring the children with their power tools, setting-up in my garage to avoid this (I live next door - and very close to an Elementary School). Also, Shawn left for a few hours to retrieve 2 different cabinets, to replace those that were ordered, saying we want this kitchen to look really nice when were done. These cabinets definitely made a difference in the overall look. (there was a weird corner to negotiate, and the larger cabinets that Shawn left to retrieve needed to be adjusted to fit - and ultimately looked a lot better than what was on the original design).Also of special note: Hira was attentive with phone calls to keep me informed re: scheduling each part of the process, including cabinet delivery, installation, countertop measuring, etc. Thank you, Hira!Final thoughts: When starting with an empty room, one needs to know exactly how everything unfolds - it was a little difficult for me to understand the order of things. ( starting with gutting the room and replacing the floor, ordering appliances, working with the appliance store on delivery, measuring, deliveries, etc.) Im sure Hira would be willing to help you with an outline when starting a kitchen from scratch. Or, maybe I just needed to be more organized! I have already recommended Ocean Cabinet & Countertop to several people. Thank you for a great kitchen!

We ordered the kitchen island, countertop and the backsplash from them, also they did the installation for us. We are very impressed with their on time installation, good workmanship and superior products. We would recommend them to anybody.
