My experience started out fine. It wasnt until I got to signing the documents when things got messy. They refused to refund my refundable deposit placed to reserve the car and they lied about the purchase price I initially agreed on. When I threatened to walk away they said they weren’t too concerned. the way the market is right now they will sell it to someone else above msrp. I do not recommend this location or the salesman Jayson.

Great parts and service department. We gotLights installed for our TRX, no other local dealer could find the parts to order or give us accurate estimate of when they’d be available. Joe in parts was over the top helpful in getting them and giving us updates on order backlog. Rich in service installed them in a few hours. I only wish the parking/drop off area was less chaotic…but it’s probably busy because they are so good!!!

Never had service done at this dealership. I was greeted immediately and walked thru what my Jeep needed. I scheduled for the shuttle and waited in the waiting room. Taken to work by a nice gentleman. I have never had such great contact while my car was being serviced as I did with this dealership! Wow! Anyway, advised Jeep done, same shuttle gentleman picked me up, car picked up and all is well, including a coupon for a car wash. I even had a question driving home and was able to talk to service dept. Excellent communication. I wish the bill was less. Thank you!

I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and expected to be without my car for 3-5 days. I dropped my car off at 730 and received a call mid afternoon saying everything was taken care of. Great service, quick turnaround for as busy as the service department is. No need to go anywhere else.

I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles in the past from other dealerships, but attest this was the very best and smoothest process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jayson Ferrell. Not only was he extremely genuine, but he was also a true professional. I did not walk into Cherry Hill at 4:30pm on a Friday optimistic about leaving with a new vehicle. You see, I spent two months looking for the newly released 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L – in a specific trim and color. Fortunately for me, Jayson was able to show me the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I described. And it just so happened to be the only one available and still wrapped after being delivered just prior to my arrival. While the Jeep was being programed in preparation for my test drive, Jayson and I continued to talk and his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the number that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jayson to get to that number. Also, given the current market and the demand for the specific trim and color I wanted, I couldnt have asked for a better overall experience. Not only did I get to leave Cherry Hill with the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I wanted, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you, Jayson! Service rip off, just stay away.I booked a service appointment for today, 7/20 a week ago. I mentioned that sliding doors of my minivan are not working from inside/outside, but working with remote and the top panel when I made the appointment.I went today to drop off the vehicle. Service adjustor, Devon, gave quote of $235 and when I showed the coupon, it came down to $180.I got a message that they wanted the vehicle overnight or reschedule the appointment. I told them that I would need the oil change at least and I can take care of sliding doors some other time. He said that he would do his best to do the oil change. He didnt promise that he would take of oil change. What is the purpose of appointment if you cant do the bare minimum?After an hour, I got a call that the car is good to go. Devon told me that there was a child lock that prevented the sliding doors not working. He charged $135 for that.I went to pick up the vehicle and requested to provide a discount on the $135 since it turned out to be a simple thing. He said that they worked for an hour to resolve this and airbox left loose issue.The next thing is, they put a sticker with next oil change in 4 months/4000 miles. This is a full synthetic oil and asking for 4months/4000 miles is a clear indication that they just want to rip off the customers.If you are reading this, I hope you use your judgement and make a better decision.This dealership lost my loyalty and all my friends.

Cherry Hill Dodge was well staffed and professional. The dealership was extremely clean and there were complimentary snacks and beverages for customers in the waiting room. However, the service representative immediately offered me complimentary transportation if (not sure how many miles, however) I didnt want to wait there. Also, after my service was completed and I paid tge bill, I was given a complimentary car wash voucher that does not expire. When I drove off, I felt the difference in how much better my vehicle drove. Although I live in Philly and have to drive over the bridge, this will be my new location for service on my jeep.

They told me they’d get me a rental for the time it needed to be fixed and THEY NEVER PAID THE ENTERPRISE RENTAL. They will lie to your face and tell you they will take care of you and know that they aren’t on the hook for the $$. This is NOT a place of good business. Luke V took care of me again today and got me in a 2021 Grand Cherokee Fully loaded. Even though he was so BUSY with other customers (because hes the best) he still made sure I was taken care of and super attentive by listening to me about what I was looking for in the car. Always a pleasure. The first time I went here was to help my son buy his first car. This was back in 2004. We got there late but the sales person said I close when we are done dont feel rushed. Since then I have purchased my last two vehicles there. And have had them serviced on occasions.. They make you feel important and will work with you. They even offer a complimentary car wash after service with a near by carwash. I love just car browsing here as well. Its like visiting family.

I had to go because of a recall and they were super friendly, except 1 person and super quick!! When I first got my Jeep 3 years ago, the dealer service I bought it from actually had to send my vehicle there because it needed a new transmission and I was told Cherry Hill was the only one that could do it. I’m thinking I should just make the 25 minute ride and let them service my vehicle from now on. Rocco was very friendly, professional and actually gave a care to explain the process! I never review anyone. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I have not one positive experience to relay. Every encounter has left me angry I trusted them with such an important purchase. My salesperson clearly only saw me as a sale. I was promised financing to start in December of 2020 only to be called weeks later from financing to state that they couldn’t hold up their side of the agreement. A straightforward tire change took 3 hours with little communication regarding my car’s status. And lastly, I went in for routine maintenance that I was initially told would be free. After the service was rendered, I was charged $130. They are snake oil salesman. I will never step foot in this place again.Communication

I made an appt for the car 4 days prior. I dropped the car off at 9:15 am on Friday. No news given about car until after 1pm. I was told we had to leave car but that amount of time is not acceptable to me the consumer. I have dropped others cars at over dealerships and I was provided info a lot sooner than this. In addition I was told the dealership overbooked 70+ cars for that day. At this point I feel as though I need to find a dealership that is considerate of mytime. In the end we paid for an oil change. I wanted estimates of leasing costs for a specific vehicle. I called and made an appointment. I have been in contact with Acura, Alpha Romeo and other Dodge/Jeep dealerships who gladly assisted me in my request and numbers. First the sales and other person told me that lease prices fluctuate monthly which made no sense and then I said OK I never heard of that and then they were rushing and said unless you pay for price protection. Then I told them I had a corporate preferred price discount with Dodge/Jeep. They said they don’t accept those discounts. They were both condescending, rude and lost a sale. I abruptly got up walked out do not buy a car from here .

If I could give Luke alone a rating, it would be 5 stars. He was nice, easy going, low pressure and accommodating. He was one of the two people that treated me as a person rather than a means to an end. I was ecstatic to be his first sale as a new salesman.For the rest of the dealership, they had a car that I wanted and served as the medium through which to purchase it. It would have been the same price with a much lower stress and pressure experience had I gone through an online vendor like Carmax or otherwise.After having paid for the car, we started to experience a problem with the door lock on the passenger side. The service department was lacking in communication, requiring me to call to check to see if it was done and whether the part for the service had come in rather than being called, pushing back the time dedicated to the issue significantly.Despite having paid, I assume extra, for the *certified* pre owned car, we still needed to spend money to fix it despite the car seemingly having been bought with the problem. Annoying.Now that it’s fixed, the car is great. Thanks Luke.

Difficult to get you car in and out because you have to wait for the lot attendant.Only one service advisor was handling customers so waited close to 10 minutes just to drop my car off.Waiting is just a hallway crowded with people no masks or distancing.When I started car later that day oil change warning came on. Realized they never reset the oil life after oil change.Compared with most other dealers I use (Holman and Burns) this experience was well below average.

Morris and the team at Cherry Hill Jeep made my buying experience PAINLESS. It was so easy and quick- I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. In the past, dealers have always been difficult, the wait has been lengthy and I always left with a headache. Not this time- after maybe a total of 3 hours, my deal was done. We got a better rate than I expected, financed through the bank I wanted and not some random unknown spot. I got the jeep I wanted with all the extras- and Morris made it happen. I drove an hour for this vehicle. Aymen was only interested in selling a vehicle and did not care about what I was looking for nor did he card that I drove an hour for this specific vehicle. He laughed and said I have other olive green vehicles you can look at. Then when I got mad and sad I wanted a specific vehicle he pawned me off on someone else. Worse experience ever. I will never go back there again. Aymen is a terrible salesman and I would not recommend him to anyone. Extremely disappointed

My husband bought a car at this location in March. Initially it was a good experience. However, within a month we noticed flaws in the SUV even though it was stressed that there was a multi point inspection done (which cost a very significant amount of money) at the time of purchase. We just were at the dealership yesterday for an oil change and were told that among other flaws, that all 4 tires needed to be changed and it was our financial responsibility. It wasn’t until we waited over 2.5 hours for the maintenance to be completed, and wait for a manager, that we were told that these flaws were missed on the inspection at time of purchase. After discussing concerns that we had to pay, essentially for a useless inspection, we should not also have to pay for additional services were we told to come back on Monday to discuss the tires when they were in stock. If this issue isn’t resolved at that time, without additional payment from us, then we will no longer be customers of this business.

Cherry Hills service team is amazing! I had an issue with my car, and attempted to have it serviced at another dealership in NJ, not only did they not look at the vehicle, they told me it would take them a few days to diagnose and fix. Cherry Hill towed my car to their dealership, and fixed my issue (a quick fix apparently) and worked to relieve all the stress that I had in a professional and timely manner. I really appreciate this team. They are great!

Greedy. Went in today ready to spend a lot of money on a new Rubicon order. First after being ignored on the lot I walked inside. I was then asked if I had an appointment which was bizarre since I’ve been buying cars a long time and never needed an appointment to speak to a salesperson. I already knew exactly what I wanted and am aware of current incentives and deals other dealers are offering but wanted to shop locally. That was a mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealer and especially do not trust the sales personnel when looking at their inventory over the internet. I found the exact Jeep I wanted and completed all the paperwork necessary for an internet purchase. I was contacted by a sales representative who told me that my vehicle was available and could we proceed. I said absolutely as long as we were talking about the same vehicle ….I then described my chosen vehicle listed in the dealers inventory. The sales man then told me that my desired vehicle was not available. I confronted him with the fact that he had originally told me 3 minutes prior that the vehicle was available. He never responded back. This is the old bait and switch where the sales team tells you anything to get you into the sales room and then tries to sell you a different vehicle. I will be a vocal advocate with my fellow veterans, church congregation and any other group who will listen about NOT conducting any business with Cherry Hill Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram.
