It was a busy day in the parking lot. It was a Saturday so everyone was shopping in the surrounding stores. I walked into the store and was immediately helped without having to ask for someone. He took me over to his desk and looked up my account and told me that I was due for an upgrade for the modem I brought in to exchange. I told him my problem with my TV and internet running slow. He told me this modem should work better and take care of my problem. So far I havent had that problem its only day 2. Will see what happens a few more days and see if it was the modem giving me the problem.
It was great to visit a different Xfinity. I usually only visit the location in Havertown near the Giant supermarket. It was a pleasant experience. I paid our bill, the associates were polite and friendly. I utilized the kiosk experience. I enjoy those!! I will be back!!!
Xfinity/Comcast support services are some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The reps don’t know there own products or services and most of the time you get disconnected or hung up on. You’ll end up spending hours of your time attempting to get support. Beware of horrible support!
The customer service was good there I have a problem with the prices that veteran customers receive for their services its just astronomical and ridiculous they need to be committed to the customers the longtime customers like we have been committed to Xfinity its to the point where I only use their internet now and Im paying 125 a month for that I think thats a little high for just internet but that was the problem why I removed my cable services from them they dont look out for the customers economical issues and they always charge you a month ahead thats bad business. Look out for the customers that helped you become established to where you are now you are no longer a mom-and-pop business so you need to give back give back Xfinity dont be so greedy!!
Great experience, I used to dread going in to shop for a phone. This place made it easy. I was in and out, and everyone was nice.

The best service with pleasant knowledgeable representatives. Was in and out very quickly - picked up new equipment & they answered all of my questions. Once home hooked everything up as they advised & it all works perfectly still 3 weeks later! Glad I upgraded.

Terrible experience. Felt uncomfortable the moment I walked in. As soon as I walked in there were 4-5 Xfinity employees behind me. It almost felt like a pack of hungry wolves. The leader of this pack (I assume is the store manager) told her pack to hound me and basically harass me to sell me something.
Frustrating experience. The workers were ok. But without requesting, Comcast shipped us a replacement modem that I had to be their tech and install, and required me to spend my time and gas to return the old modem or be charged for having 2 modems. The store was understaffed and had about 14 people waiting. I missed attending a friends funeral with the delay.
Returning equipment took forever. Too many workers standing around doing nothing.

Wife and I purchased two 5G cell phones and one case for my phone, salesman accidentally charged two cases asked for card back to delete the overcharge, apparently he did not my bank has informed me about the double charge two cases, apparently he did not remove the second cell phone case, do I let the bank take care of the problem?

I originally came to location for a friendly helper bu the name of Phill. He was an excellent help and made sure you and your family left feeling well accomplished. Phill is now at the King of Prussia location, and I hope that he stays there. This particular location is very rushed and isn’t sincere with your items. I can also say people of color are treated differently than other’s. The store feels empty no people with care, just electronics. I recommend buying from another store if you want to feel welcomed and appreciated for your services.
Give a five 🌟 Xfinity store looks really great inside. Just ran in to make a payment. To anyone decides to run in make a payment. Must have exact change. There is no cashier for change nor is there a change machine. Great Selection of Televisions and other Items to buy.

Long wait time.
In this modern world telecommunications becomes a necessity. Whether its internet, cell phones or television it is nice to know that when changes need to be made or equipment is having issues that you will be taking care of in a fast and professional manner. I was having difficulty with a gateway and I was in and out the door within a few minutes. Their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and for an overall pleasant experience. What can I say? To Xfinity and beyond. Lol

As someone who hates Comcast and is actively cutting and shaving the cord, even I have to admit how professionally and seamlessly well run this place is.Walk in, tell the customer service guy your situation, get a number, wait a few minutes, and voila, youre done. The place is super high tech and extremely clean, too. Five stars.
Absolute worst experience you could possibly imagine. If I was able to, I would make it my life mission to publicly destroy their company name. Their customer service is the furthest thing from customer service. If your a customer just get ready for the BS. Your bills will be all over the place and nobody will be able to explain why or how it is the way it is. They can care less about you as a customer.

High to go in the store with my niece. I didnt like it at 1st because there was a waiting line to be dealt with per person but I realized that it is a very busy store doing a lot of business and so we had to wait. I found them very friendly I found their service very helpful I found them willing to do what was necessary without trying to overcharge you just seemed like a very good well run store with a 1/2 decent business set up
That funny moment when you come in as a group of 3. Two to upgrade their phones an one to inquire about switching to comcast and even tho there are only two others in the store they do not let you in together so one of you has to wait out in the heat. Ya... forget you Comcast you will never get my Business. Verizon all the way! At least they know how to treat their customers.
I thought the service was great. Very knowledgeable on their products and the phones available to us to upgrade to. Saved a lot of money of Sprint plan and service has been fantastic. I cover the entire state of NJ, sections of NY, DE and Maryland. Cell service has been great.

I went to resolve a hardware problem. Comcast had shipped me the wrong cable box. The exchange took 5 minutes. I was in and out. Problem solved.

WOW is all I have to say!!!! Tried updating my account on line and finally gave up.....representative on phone was not helpful at all and was not impressed. He did not listen to me nor understood what I needed and tried to sell me a package that included phone service which I did not want nor need. So on Monday morning, April 22, 2019 I went to Xfinity in Cherry Hill. Both the representative and assistant manager were able to help me 100%. They were AWESOME. Unfortunately I had their names but mistakenly shredded the paperwork where it was written. I will take a trip to this store to get their names so that I can write a letter to honor them. Just want to say thank you for their help in getting me the service that I wanted.

It was a waste of my time. I was told i needed to call comcast for package information. I guess the store is there just to look pretty.
Wow! What a terrible store. Comcast has figured out how to take the same miserable customer service experience we get over the phone and deliver it live and in person. I made a 1PM appointment at the store to upgrade my service. I received an email verification for the appointment. When I arrived at the store there were 12 people listed on the queue roster and I went to the desk to tell them I was there for the appointment. I was told I had no appointment and that I would be added to the queue. I checked my email and I received a cancellation for the appointment from Comcast at the same time I was checking in (12:59pm). The email started out with Your appointment was cancelled. Sorry you couldnt make it... I was livid. I left the store with my old equipment and am now researching what I need to move over to Verizon. Ive been with Comcast for 20 years, I currently spend $250 per month with them and every transaction with them raises my blood pressure. Its always a miserable customer service experience but at least theyre consistent!

I had a chance to return some equipment I had of theirs, purchase a new router and cable box that I set up myself and am enjoying my new home internet and cable package.
I dont normally post reviews, but my experience was so bad that I felt that I had to. I received a letter from Comcast to exchange my old modem for their new one. Went to this store on 4/22/17, the customer service rep was having a hard time completing the exchange. He got the manager and she could not complete it either. They start telling me that I should have a tech come and rewire my house! Then they told me that I should go to Best Buy and purchase my own modem!!!!! This useless process took over an hour and it was nothing but excuses from incompetent employees. Never got my exchange and as they walked me to the door asked me to please give them a high customer service rating! I would give a zero if I could. Went to the Mt. Laurel store, got my exchange and was out in five minutes!
When I asked any question, was told to follow prompts on my phone.

Got there around 9:30 a half hour after they opened. Turned in a cable DVR and remote to disconnect TV. Was given a receipt and told to wait for a customer representative. There was only ONE rep at a kiosk and there are 8 kiosks. One employee taking equipment and another telling everyone they should have made an appointment online.The store is full of electronics that Comcast wants you to buy; their phones, security systems, and bill pay machines of which one was offline and the other “ not working”. etc. After waiting 30 minutes and only having one person deleted from the list, I left.Another amazing customer experience from Comcast. (Sarcastically) 👎🏻

Some of the employees here are well trained and very knowledgeable and absolutely happy to have their jobs and some people are not. Overall this is a great store and when you make an appointment you are in and out!
Usually I don’t give negative feedback. But today I was so much disappointed with a sales consultant she was very rude and very short tempered. My friend asking some question. About his service. She showed very bad attitude. Which any customer will tolerate, I told you don’t need to be rude with us. Then she told my friend to leave the store. It was the first time he went to Comcast store since he is using Comcast three years. Then I asked my friend to come over then we speak to the another male sales man. Seems we went to a wrong person. The guy he helped us very well through the end. I recommend the the manager please don’t put person like her in your store. Which makes your customer very bad experience about your company.
