I always can find something good here if its sauce, seasonings, ice cream, pancake batter, etc.

Who doesnt like this store? Went in to check out the soups & the food section to see whats new. I like to buy a new small bowl or plate for a new season, my dishes etc are ecceltic as I buy what I love or evokes a memory. When I have guests my table starts a fun conversation as to their place settings as they are different from each other, quite fun. The service at these stores is very good as they always have great ideas on cooking or their recipes. Ive visited several locations & it is a treat for me.

We fall in love with this store more and more every time we visit! Had to grab the peppermint bark while it was still available. Mmmm its too delicious! Definitely our favorite store in the mall.

We had an awesome experience at the Cherry Hill Mall Williams-Sonoma while exchanging some items from our registry. Joe and Sandy treated us with incredible hospitality and kindness while we shopped. They helped us choose awesome All-Clad cookware, and demonstrated their nespresso coffee makers for us, serving us delicious cappuccinos. They understood our needs as customers and made us feel welcome and cared for. I left feeling like it is more likely I will shop there in the future based specifically on the experience I had with the staff.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. Went over and above to help me find a rabbit cookie cutter, which is surprisingly hard to find outside of the spring season. Will definitely be back!

Love this store, the staff was helpful and friendly. There were a few good sales. such as the vitamixers...they rarely go on sale. And they were simmering mulling spices...Lovely!

Highest quality products.

If you enjoy cooking and are looking for the best in cookware then Williams Sonoma has to be on your list. I have to say that they have certain things that no one else has so shopping for a cheaper price a lot of times is impossible. Having said that those items are top quality deserving of a good chef. Ive purchased Food Mills, cooking spoons, and even stuffing mix at their stores. Like I said certain things are only available through Williams-Sonoma. If you cook a lot Im sure youre familiar with them if not you need to give them a try either online or at one of their many stores.

Horrible customer service!!! There are so many better William Sonoma’s. Corporate should consider a new GM. Go to Center City. Go to KOP. DONT GO TO CHERRY HILL!

Nice place

After having a bad experience at Pottery Barn I decided to go to Williams Sonoma since it was right next door in Cherry Hill Mall. Once again I a young hispanic woman, so the workers assume I did not have any money which is discrimination . I say this because when i asked about a kitchen Aid mixer an elderly woman with short hair told me right away all the pieces were a la carte pricing . Once she told me the full price of the product she looked at me expecting me to be in shock. Even though I was bothered at this point I just honestly felt bad for this women. No one should be treated this way. Even though I did not like her response I still thanked her for the cx service she provided me. No use for my Pottery Barn credit card. Customer service should be exceptional no matter my age nor ethnicity.

I love Williams Sonoma and I buy almost 95% of my stuff from either the one close to my house or thru online. But this store has some people who doesnt know whats a good customer service is. I bought 3 pieces of Staub and one of them had defect and I did not like it. So, when I tried to return that piece, this girl gave me such a horrible time. Kept telling me the store policy of return is 30 days, even though I came after 2 weeks.I was really baffled because if your store policy of return is 30 days, isnt 2 weeks less than that? Anyway, she ended up calling her manager and he took it without a fuss.Because I live in the city, this location is easier for me to go when I need big, heavy pieces. However, since this experience last month I am hesitant to visit them. I really hope she gets proper training. I love Williams Sonoma, but I wont go to a place with this kind of customer service.

Everything is super expensive, but the staff is friendly and there are always delicious free samples to snack on.
