Noreen of the Cherry Hill Store went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I placed my order, her friendly, patient manner and superior customer service made for an easy and pleasant experience. In addition to hand-typing my message, she helped personalize our note with a cute graphic.I received an e-mail from Edible Arrangements informing me of the delivery and my friend was so pleased with the beautiful and delicious bouquet!I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking to send someone a gift to celebrate a special occasion or just because!

GENDER REVEAL RUINED! Unfortunately I had the worst experience. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries-$70. When I arrived to pick them up, they gave me a box of WHITE chocolate. I showed the manager a picture of what I ordered and she said she cant do anything bc they always do them in white. I had a whole party waiting for me so i did not have time to sit and wait 2 hrs for them to remake them. The manager was loud, interrupted me and politely told me to go away. IT GETS WORSE!! I opened the tray and you could see the color in all the strawberries. My gender reveal was completely ruined. I was so upset. I called back in to get a refund, bc I clearly did not need them to remake anything at this point...they already ruined this magical experience....according to the same manager the owner refused to speak with me and refused to give a refund. My co-workers heard her yelling at me and interrupting me, not listening to anything that I was saying. I dont write many reviews and I always try to be understanding, but this was so unpleasant and just felt awful. My day was ruined.

I order strawberry chocolate early morning for my wife for our anniversary To probably deliver it before I can get back home to give my wife a surprise, the delivery was made pass 6 pm . Ruined everything for me, poor delivery service. got to do a better job than that....

I recently sent an arrangement to say thank you to the Evesham Vet clinics doctors and staff. The staff member stated he couldnt fit everything I wanted to say on their little card thats about the size of a business card. He said if I had a card he would come and pick it up from me prior to delivering my arrangement. I printed out a thank you card, typed everything I needed to say and he indeed pick it up. He wouldnt even except a tip for doing so. What great customer service! Thank you!!

I just ordered 3 bouquets to be delivered. $200 worth of fruit that I could buy for $25. And the woman who took my order hung up on me TWICE. I was asking a question and she just hung up the phone. When I called back to ask again, she said, “oh I thought we were done.” After answering my question she slammed the phone down again. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could get my money back.

I would give a zero if I could. The delivery lady was extremely rude. She rang my door bell and then immediately banged on my door. After I received my package when I took it in to look at it it was completely melted and warm. It was dripping down the side of the vase. When I called then said their delivery van was broken and they are supposed to put the fruit on front of the ac vent in which car. After she came back and picked it up they shorted my refund by $8 and they couldnt figure out how to fix it and said I need to call corporate. By far the worst experience I have had with a purchase like this. My husband tried to surprise me and turned in to a nightmare. $100 for warm fruit and melted chocolate

I received an email that for my birthday I could get a box of 12 chocolate dipped fruits for free. I called yesterday, January 3, 2019, they asked what time I wanted to pick it up and I said 10:00 on January 4. When I got to the store they did not have it made, was told I could pick it up later. Forget it, if they cant have products ready when time was given I will no longer use store.
