If you like commercial anime, take a look. But its no longer a rock n heavy metal store.

Great, helpful staff and cute clothes. Definitely alternative style, lots of anime themed clothes, all kinds of jewelry and it can be a little pricey but they usually have all kinds of sales going on.

Expensive place but your kids if the like anime they will like it

Wow! I love this One. They had Stuff Ive never seen in other store and the stuff I have seen was on Clearance. Then SOMEHOW My $72 Purchase somehow went down to $22 then they let me use my $5 hot cash! I have No idea how. But Im coming back this week & getting more Clothes! 😁

Horrible customer service. I was at the mall with my husband his friend and my baby. His friend bought two shirts, we went into two other stores and he decided he didnt like the shirts he purchased and wanted to return them. The person at the register was giving him a hard time from the start. She said they couldnt return the one shirt because it didnt have a tag. He explained that he bought it only a half an hour prior and that they didnt have tags, so the guy that was at the register took the tag from another shirt to scan. Someone ran in the back to verify with him that he did that. He did everything was fine. The girl at the register started mumbling under her breath and said that the shirts smell like weed and she didnt want to return them. Mind you we were just in there. Me and my husband do not smoke weed and do not associate with people that smoke weed and I had my baby with me. I was highly offended at the accusations the two people were making. I smelled the shirts myself and they did not smell one bit of weed. I was furious because it was an outright lie and Horrible customer service. Will never be going in there again

The clothes and accessories are amazing also the employees were very hospitable.

Hot Topic used to be the emo/Gothic store that now somehow is the anime and geek culture store. Their inventory is neat and small but can be pricey.This store location is small but has enough clothes and little accessories that are nice. Variety is there but mostly shirts are available.Employees were helpful and nice so there was no problems there.

My Teens favorite store. It doesnt take them long before they have just over $600.00 worth of merchandise in 10 to 15 minutes. In other stores they become extremely picky. I recommend if you have older kids or teens a giftcard to Hot Topic is a way to go.

My sons love the products the store carries. Anytime we go, staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel pressured for the upsale. Family favorite for sure

Literally I could live here if I could! It is a great place for shopping and is amazing for any rock, anime, music gear! I love this store I just wish they had more Lil peep stuff instead of just like one shirt.

Had a problem with a online discount for pick up and a very helpful female staff member not only gave me the discount but an extra 10% for my trouble. I wish i knew her name. She was amazing.

They had a poor selection of sizes and variety of any worthwhile t-shirts for my husbands liking. And, even trying to checkout, both my husband and myself had to tell them several times in different ways that we were not interested in their rewards card. Both associates proceeded to make rude comments between themselves and give my husband attitude followed by an offer for their credit card. Very poor customer service.

The store is a Hot Topic, so theres tons of cool stuff obviously, but the (Im assuming) manager was extraordinarily rude, tried to pick a fight with my girlfriend and I, and was gossiping throughout the store instead of working.I get it, Ive worked retail and Ive actually worked in Spencers, so I get the feel of the store and the staff, but the store was kind of a disaster for the manager to be coming out onto the sales floor from the office on her cell, treat her customers and co-workers the way she did, and still somehow avoid sorting the clearance boxes and rack in the front.

I think he said his name was Vinny? he was extremely nice and helped me pick sometime out. best experience at a store I have ever had! He wasnt pushy at all!

The Sales associate Alexis at Cherry Hill mall location was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and knew her store and products! I even signed up for a hot topic credit card because of the way I was treated at that location!!! CHEERS!!!

Its a store, theyve got stuff. I like some of it, I dont like some of it, but the employees are consistently amazing. Theres hardly a time I dont find myself staying a little longer after Ive paid to chit chat.

Although this matter has been settled I still felt the need to share my experience doing Christmas I went in particularly to look at the Funko Pops I saw the bottom shelf had $3 stickers on them I stopped an employee and asked about the sticker she proceeded to tell me that she was already clocked out and leaving for the day but then told me anything with a $3 sticker was $3 and all around clearance Funko pops with clearance stickers were three even if it said five I quickly grabbed for five pops and went directly to the register the cashier was friendly and nice but when she told me my total was over $40 I asked her why that was cuz it was impossible the total should be no more than $17 with tax thats when she told me that two of the Popstar stickered with $3 stickers were not clearance since you would need to get a manager she called over the manager and the manager proceeded to stand there and blame me for the stickers being in the wrong spot said it was impossible that these stickers were on there especially since the pops were just released the day before and that his stuff would never do such a thing Im not going to put his name on blast but he was management I told him that Id only been in the store for a mere six minutes so its impossible for me to do such a thing and that its disgusting that he would imply that I did so and as myself being customer service for over Seventeen years I know thats not something you do to a customer unless you were a hundred percent positive that they did something like that as in used to there and watch them what you didnt because I didnt do it I told him that the sticker is there and he had the honor that price thats when he slowly peel the stickers off and told me no he couldnt do that thats when I asked for his district managers phone number he continued to ramble on how it wasnt his fault stickers were on there and that somebody had to do it and it definitely wasnt him or his staff at that point Id already tapped out and was no longer listening after I left I contacted the district manager who promptly returned my phone call and apologized when that managers behalf because he knew he was wrong that manager should not be in customer service because you do not imply a customer did something unless you know for sure they did especially something like that embarrassing me in front of an entire store full of people I returned the next day and got the two Pops at the price points they should have been but I will never return shop there again they would have to offer me a gift card or some kind of discount to ever get me to step foot in that place again their customer service is horrendous in that location I would rather drive half hour out of my way and be treated like a thief were treated like a piece of trash because they dont know how to keep their store in order still on their staff for not catching somebody doing it who actually did do it or its on their stuff for not catching the sticker being on it when they recovered their stores of the day either way it wasnt my problem nor was it my fault and they shouldnt have treated me like a piece of garbage I will never shop at that location again

I used to go here all the time as a kid. They still have my email saved and I was able to get a coupon for $5 off for my bday. I just went in to look and saw a disney notebook I fell in love with and I couldnt believe I still had my information after all these years. Its a great place to go to buy Disney stuff at not disney prices. The staff was super friendly and helped my fine more notebooks that I had already seen. They have an amazing selection and they have almost every colour hair dye at this location!

Nice and Unique clothes, but the workers are ....atypical. A cashier asked me if I was having a Happy Friday or a Sad Friday. Because I was a little confused about how the question was worded, so I hesitated a bit. The same cashier proceeded to say It wasnt a hard question, I dont know what was so confusing and got snippy with me. There is definetly a weird vibe in that place.

Staff here is my favorite. Its just sad the store went to toys instead of core clothing. Most stuff I can just get on Red Bubble, thinkgeek, or some other alternative. The 10% of the store that is actually dedicated to goth/punk is severely lacking but that is all HTs. Wish theyd go back to their old model
