I had inherited my Great Grandmothers platinum diamond ring, and after wearing it everyday, Gary had to rebuild it twice. This time, he rebuilt it to look identical, but created it in 18k gold, so it would withstand daily wear.I picked it up today and almost cried, when I saw it. It is a work of art.

We went in to get my wife’s ring resized and ended up talking to Josh about an upgrade. We love the design of her ring, so we didn’t want to change it too much, so he recommended adding a halo. In addition, we thought it was going to take about five weeks to get it back, but they completely surprised us and had everything done within a week. I visited the store today for a couple of reasons. First, I have a watch thats running a bit slow. Its new-old-stock, so sat around for eight years before I bought it a few months ago.Josh took a look at it and said not to spend money on a service at this point, and that regular wear may free up any lubrication that has possibly dried up a bit over the years.Josh also swapped out my rubber strap for the metal bracelet, a job that needed a special tool due to the watch having double spring bars.The second reason for my visit was to have some gold jewelry valued. I knew at least some of it was probably fake, and that turned out to be the case. Josh made me an offer for the items that were actually gold, and had a check printed out on the spot.Not only was there no charge for the bracelet swap and sizing, but I walked out with some extra cash :) Cant beat that!

I recently purchased an engagement ring over the holidays and have been exceptionally happy with the overall experience. When you go to Spivak jewelers, your dealing with a family owned and family run business. Your not dealing with a salesman that’s trying to upsell you on every little thing to increase their commission. I was actually talked out of spending more money at the store. They made me a beautiful custom ring in only a few weeks around the holiday season when other stores were telling me that custom rings would take months. Their focus is on delivering high quality customer service and a work product that exceeds expectations. Read their website, read all the good reviews on google, and go in to see for yourself. Took in a repair job. They explained the options (stone size, weight and quality) and let me decide how to proceed with no pressure. Turn around time was one day. I didn’t ask how long, because quite frankly I didn’t care, I just wanted it done and done well. I think the repair looks even somewhat better than the original, it’s a better structural design now. We’re all cleaned up & polished, ready for the next decade. First rate experience.

What a pleasant surprise! My husband stumbled upon this place while looking for a chain for our son for Christmas. It’s your “old school mom and pop” business. They make you feel at home from day one! We went to pick up my son’s chain together and I ended up having my engagement ring and wedding band reset after 15 years. Ironically enough, we ended up sitting right next to another couple who were updating their bands after 15 years! Josh suggested a very modest setting for both rings but when we got the rings back, they didn’t look modest at all! They looked AMAZING! Anyone can earn a 5 star rating when things go 100% right, when things dont is where a business shows their commitment to their customers. Josh and all the staff are courteous, responsive, professional and personable without equal. I had a watch crystal replaced (they have to send that out - not an in house service) unfortunately their vendor appears to have neglected to reinstall the back case gasket. When I discovered the issue I called Josh - who responded to the problem immediately, was profoundly apologetic (for someone elses error) and made the issue 500% correct without hesitation or delay.So if you like that level of service and dedication to professionalism, I wholeheartedly recommend Spivak as your jeweler. Everyone at Spivak was so incredibly helpful. I went in and felt comfortable immediately. They gave me honest input on when to think about getting the white gold on my engagement ring color corrected. After that discussion, I wanted to look at wedding bands to pair with my current wedding band and engagement ring. They worked with me to find one that I loved (I wound up walking out wearing a new band stacked with my existing band and engagement ring). They even offered suggestions for the future on how I can add more bands and stack them together. I even got my rings cleaned! The entire experience was fun, comfortable, and at no point did I feel pressured. I will definitely be coming back for future jewelry needs.

Horrible staff unfriendly not a greeting from anyone. They fixed my boyfriends watch and broke the next day. Do not go find another respectful jeweler.

Gary did a beautiful job rhodium plating my mothers yellow gold ring. Youd never know that it wasnt always a shiny white gold/platinum piece of jewelry. Weve had other jewelry repaired and updated and have always been pleased with the price and results. Spivak is our go to jeweler.

I just stopped by to purchase a watch battery. They treated me very nicely as if I was buying is an expensive piece of jewelry! This store has beautiful jewelry and hopefully someday I will come back to get something really nice! But I do so appreciate the watch battery being installed very quickly and with a smile.

My wife and I went in to get 2 rings resized and 1 looked at. When we arrived everyone was very nice and pleasent. We never had any rings resized before, and they explained what it entailed and explained why the cost was what it was. We got the rings back less than a week later and they’re exactly what we hoped for. They came back sized properly and they look brand new from the cleaning. Overall, you get what you pay for; a high end jeweler. I would definitely recommend going here and spending a few dollars more instead of going somewhere else and having your jewelry improperly handled.

Extremely punctual, professional, and knowledgable. I came here for a more difficult resizing and I am more than happy with my results. Everyone was so friendly and patient with me.
