This place has really good deals. I really enjoy coming here! Even when I dont come with the intention of buying something I always end up purchasing something on sale!

I absolutely LOVE this store! I’ve been searching for a Christmas Tree and they have the best prices around on trees and decorations!! They have great prices on all their items and a vast variety of things to choose from in clothes, food, furniture, bedding, toys, wall hangings, pillows, dishes, etc. You will find just about anything you are looking to get.

It surprised me that it was so much food in the store I thought I was at Walmart. But it was clean and the people were nice

Kind of hard to find help but there is a big selection of furniture.

Ask the woman for help like check stock for an item at furniture then she ask which one and I showed her and with out looking in her inventory she said no out of stock . So we called and asked someone to check stock for the same item and they had it in stock so clearly shes lazy and dont want to go an extra mile for a customer NOT THE FIRST TIME ...WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT A PERSON LIKE THAT WORKING FOR THEM?!.. NO SALES ... BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS HELPFUL EXCEPT THAT ONE WOMAN..

Customer Service is very important!!! We to the yesterday, looking for a chair for my office. I found one & husband carried the chair to the front of the store to pay. A person in the front stated that I have to pay for the chair in the back where I got it from. Now mind you my husband and I walked past a sale associate with chair and he never said anything to us, he was so busy having a general conversation with another associate. When we returned to the back of the store and asked the sale associate can we pay for the chair, he started that we have to buy both chairs, & proceeded to go about his business. Husband & I just stored there for a minute and left the store. That store lost a purchase and a customer & I do not recommend going to this store, especially if you need assistance.🤦🏽

Extremely well. Got doggie treats for a dollar a bag even for the alpo brand. Today was also free soap day for members and 10 percent off bill if you are a veteran every day. The have good deals and after 3 purchases you get a coupon or discount. Sometimes it is 10 dollars off a certain amount. Come and look and see for yourself

Friendly employees. Clean and organized. Only complaint...a lot of items were not priced. I put things back when I dont know what they cost.

Big lots decor is nice, classy and stylish for holidays/special occasions. The staff at this CH location... lazy and awful. Id rather take the drive to another BL location and get better/friendlier service.

Got a lot of stuff from there. Im hooked just like Walmart but better with some nice looking and feeling furniture. I love this store and I will be back again

Big lots in cherry hill seems a bit higher in price this year. Noticed there Xmas trees were $230.00 not sure why theyre so high. You can buy a real tree and save money if your on a budget. I think theyre competing with the store next door called at home but wouldnt your prices be lower????

Havent been back since the remodel...hopefully its nicer??The remodel was definitely needed, but now the store feels empty? Theres a ton of room and just doesnt feel full. Still the same stuff they always had and usually can find a deal here.

U can always find great items to decorate for the holidays and some everyday use products and cleaning supplies and they have a small instore selection of house furniture and bedding great place!🤗

I called a gentleman picked up and as I was still talking he said oh your looking for the furniture department and transferred me in mid conversation I waited for 8-9 minutes no answer so I hung and tried to called back waited while the phone rung for 6 minutes and no answer I’m going to get the sectional for sure but I’m only going to this location because nobody else has it I hope I get treated better in person

By far one of the biggest big lots Ive been to and very clean.

They had what I needed and were reasonably priced.

Great deals, today was 20% off and we had $10 off $40. We spent $32.29 and had bags and bags filled of stuff. The lead, Chase, was our cashier and he was very kind.

Nice enough store some good deals, the only thing is checkout seemed Abit long and customers kept asking me if I work there..

This has become too overpriced for most things.

They often have great prices for many of the same products that one would find in other stores. It seems that the only negative is that some of the products can be found only on an inconsistent basis. You would think that a product (for example chipolte popcorn) that was made especially for their company would be able to be found there more than one time.

Brought a $1400 dollar gazebo with hardware missing an the store manager could careless its all about money..what happen to helping the customer

I love shopping at Big lots the last time I was there no one bothered to tell us that the lines to checkout were not starting from one line as they were previously. There are also too many items without prices on the shelves.

Big Lots is my go to place for bargain sofas and fireplace inserts. They have some of the best deals on last years products but at the end of the day, a couch is couch is a couch. Just dont break a piece and expect to be able to replace it.

Big store lot things couldnt do whole store lot to look at

This particular store has great customer service paired with a variety of items at really nice deals. Like anywhere there are some things you could get cheaper elsewhere but the expansive and diverse choices for food items are especially good: from Korean garlic and chili paste to black salt and Bobs Red Mill items all for extremely low comparable prices!

Lots of variety of quality goods. Items vary from week to week so if you see it purchase item so you will not be disappointed. Newly relocated down a store, nicer, brighter and cleaner. Wish the store would hire some of the previous workers... feel ignored at the register. The cashiers are more interested in co-workers than customers. Ive never felt that way until the new location opened.

Little inventory. Everything was thrown on shelves. I couldnt even shop I had to leave.

Theyve got great clearance items right in the front of the store as soon as you walk in. Its amazing what you can find there. They also have randomly awesome sales throughout the store if you are lucky enough to find them. You just have to be careful with their electronic items, as they can sometimes be of a surprisingly low quality. Other than that, its worth the trip if you live somewhere nearby.

Like it. Good customer service, woman was very nice and helpful with my questions about the price and markdowns. Love 2 of the managers there. Their always so nice to everyone and take time to help customers and their employees. Like shopping here. Just hate I always spend so much lol

Big Lots is one of my fav places for smaller kind of oddball items.

Great Selection, Friendly Staff ... the main downside to this store is the fact that they sometimes allow solicitors - that seem shady. A few times I have been to this location and there was a table set up for donations you can purchase, it was a reasonable cause (although I wont mention it) but they were only able to take credit card payments ... and I dont mean you buy it from Big Lots then donate it to this table, you had to write down your info and they would (I assume) process the payment at the end of the day. I declined.

Got grate items for very little . Try big lots it worth it. 😁

This store close 7 mins before 9pm. I assume its so they can leave at their expected time. This has happened on several occasions I wonder why it only happens at Cherry Hills location. The supervisor reason was the computer was down. Then the cashier brought her item at the same register that was down. Lying to customers is a thing now. How friendly 😢

I gave 5 stars for the selection and prices. Once I got to the checkout, the cashier was so very rude! Its the holiday season so get some Christmas Cheer!

Price discrepancy. CSR was not helpful in getting the mgr. When I got his attention he corrected it with attitude.
