Great staff! Ive visited the store several times and have had a good experience every time. Staff are polite, patient, knowledgeable and efficient - they ensure all customers in the store are catered for. The Pickup process is very quick. Even during peak hours, you wait for a few minutes only.

I had the most egregious experience dealing with this Apple Store. I purchased an I phone at this store on Thursday. It was sold to me uncharged, dead and without my Sim Card from my carrier. I asked for my Sim Card. The salesperson proceeded to tell me that my carrier doesnt set phones up the proper way so I didnt need it. I believe that he just didnt want to be bothered with removing it. Even the way he told me to set it up was not best. The supervisor Gina told me that they tell customers to do it this way because the other way takes to long. Not giving me my Sim card is out of protocol as I have been told by several agents at Apple Care. After spending 4 hours on the phone trying to rectify the improper set up of my phone, Ill be returning my device for a refund. I spoke to Gina, who claims to be a supervisor for the Cherry Hill store. Im not sure if she is because she doesnt have the temperance or skill to supervise her way out of a paper bag. She was rude and knew that she shouldnt say what she was about to say. She started with Not to sound crass, but the reason why youre having the problem that youre having is because you chose a passcode that you cant remember. Beginning with not to sound crass, she knew that it wasnt the right thing to say. That wasnt even the problem she just doesnt know what shes doing. After 4 hours, I finally spoke to a person at Apple Care who fixed my problem. Im not impressed with this Apple Store. Someone from Apple Care told me that I would receive a call from a Store Manager but it never happened.

Having watched the launch of the new imacs in colors I wanted to check them out myself, having heard how bright the backs of the computer are. As I like to say, the Apple store is so close and yet so far since Im not a fan of the Cherry Hill mall. Luckily the Apple store is located right outside the entrance of Macys. Walking in was like going to Wonka land for techies. The colors are amazing as was the performance. The staff allows you to play and are available to answer any questions. It was good to see them in person as they didnt appear as bright in person and a few of the colors were actually hard to distinguish. My best laugh of the day was a couple that walked in and asked if they were touch screen. Seriously, have they not seen the surface commercial? When told no they said thats the end of that. I may not be a fan of iphones with more parts being made by Samsung and so many software glitches, but when it comes to computers who needs touchscreen when they last the longest and provide the best security. If you need service youll still need to schedule an appointment or add your name to a list.

Normally when I go into a Apple store I’m waiting a extremely long time but Angela took care of me with customer service since it was very busy. She made my experience extremely pleasant and I hope you appreciate her! She knows we are humans and not just customers. You should hire more people like her ! This review is all for Harvey at the Cherry Hill store! I came in on a busy Sunday with no appointment but desperate for a new computer. I had lots of old devices, hoping for trade ins. My purchase was complicated complicated with lots of moving parts on my end, and I was quite a needy customer.Harvey was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day, working beyond when they closed. I felt so supported and felt like he really advised me on how to make a wise decision for my business.I want to give him a huge shout out for amazing customer service, support and just working with me to find a solution on a day that I had doubts Id even be able to be seen.I dont recommend going into this store without an appointment for the sake of the employees and yourself as you may not be seen. But I will say, I am so happy to have been helped in such a compassionate way!Give this man a raise!

Im very dissatisfied with the Customer Service at this store. I traded in a phone towards a new phone and was having issues fully accessing my phone. I spoke with Gina who claims to be a supervisor but has a personality that is unprofessional and rude. When I asked for her manager, she refused to provide this information. Dont waste your time going to this store! If you must have an Apple product, dont shop at this store as they are incredibly unhelpful and dont support the advice given by Apple Care. No wonder the stores ratings are less than 4 star. After I spoke to the 8th Customer Service Agent at Apple Care, I finally spoke to someone who knew what they were doing and fixed my phone. Based on the information that she gave me, Gina obviously doesnt know her job. The help that she claimed to offer was disputed by multiple Apple Care agents.

After my niece dropped her iphone and busted the screen, I was originally going to go through my carriers insurance and have them overnight a replacement. Checked and saw It had apple care still active so I stopped by to see if I could drop it off instead. Popped in and was greeted by a pleasant agent, Amanda who had us sign in with a cell phone number and let us wander the mall for a bit. After we got the ping to come back, we met Dan, who helped us significantly faster than expected. He swapped out the broken bits extremely fast and we had a working phone in hand before close. Im normally a huge fan of Android, but that apple customer service is outstanding.

Very very unhelpful, the women who we approached with an appointment to get help was no help and basically walked away when we were speaking to her. Even the apple support man we talked to on the phone said there was no reason for the women to do what she did. Pick any other apple store to go to, not this one.

I don’t think anyone at this store has ever used their own curbside delivery. There is No indication as to where it is. I was parked in the wrong spot so instead of notifying me of this, they just kept cancelling the delivery. Apple needs to do a way better job of guiding people to where the pickup spot is and then communicating with the customer if there is a problem.

Super nice and helpful staff! Patrick helped me decide between models of a product and went above and beyond answering all my questions. He didn’t make me feel rushed and really took the time to help me find what would work best for my needs and usage level. Can’t say enough good things about him or the store/other staff. Terrible customer service. Went to the apple store to get my iphone repaired and was informed by their technician, Shawn, that I will be receiving a new phone at no cost within 3-5 business days, because my current one is not fixable. 3 days pass and I receive an email from Apple stating that there are other issues found with my phone and it will cost me $300 to repair. I call the store, because I was never informed by the technician that the phone may be requoted and that I would have to wait 5-7 business days to get it back. (Whether is repaired or not) On top of this I was informed that there are overnight options and I can get my phone delivered overnight if I need it quicker, and that was also misinformation. Now I have to wait however long for my unrepaired phone to arrive. I called again and asked if there is anything that can be done, since I was given wrong information and I was simply told, Sorry there is not and our apologies for not relaying that information correctly. I just find it absurd that a multi billion dollar company cant do anything and their support desk is called the genius bar but are not providing correct/ clear details.

Apple is run like a cartel now days. This location is no different. No other store has or needs 3 security guards to keep you out. And buying their products is like going to IKEA. Everything separate. Oh you wanted to charge your phone... oh wow dude, a charger is extra. There’s this clever little bit they put on Apple.com where they virtue signal how they’ve reduced packaging to save the world. Well, they did, kinda, the phone box is smaller because there’s nothing in it but a phone, then you need to buy three other boxes. So, it’s way more trash than it used to be. Just like Apple.

My impression is based on the experience that I had when I urgently needed help from the customer service of this store. Basically people whom I talked describing my problem were doing their regular job, the one they supposed to do for us their customers but the way they were doing it did make a difference and that is what counts. The team that was helping me was Misty, Jason and Teana (I apologize if misspelled the name I caught them on the phone). From these people I would like to pick out Misty.That is why. She could be polite as she was, she might offer her help to me when I called, as she did and she would be doing her job perfectly fine if she just agreed to me that my story was long and complicated and it might be better to wait till I catch Jason who was already filled in. But instead of that she insisted me to try her, she was so sincere asking me to share with her my problem promising that she would do her best that I just could not do otherwise and never regretted that. After she successfully finished her job I told her that it is good to deal with a Great company and Apple is most definitely one of the Greatest. Even if you are in trouble, Great Company finds a way to help.  Now I would like to add that only people who work at the company make her Great, not the other way around and looks like people of this Apple store completely fit this task. Thank you Apple store at Cherry Hill, NJ for having such wonderful workers on your staff.

What a joke. You make an appointment just to stand in line. I heard techs might be out today which is fine, but then cancel some people! Send out a voluntary cancel message, I would have cancelled and booked for another day! WHAT. A. JOKE.Also, why do you have a sign facing outwards towards the mall hallway that says ‘Genius Bar reservations’ with blue markers on the ground, and yet that’s not where you’re supposed to stand... the security guard had to repeatedly tell people that that was not the right line... instead of simply turning the the sign around or moving it into the store. A simple fix for a simple problem. *OR* how about you move it over to the where the line is, where you want people to stand?

Went to the store last week for my 1pm appointment. Got there at 12:45pm and stood in line behind 3 people until I was finally helped at 1:30pm. Two people before me had 11am appointments. Very disappointed that I had to wait in line for an extra half hour because two people decided to show up 2 hours late to their appointment yet were still helped before me, and they werent even helped till 1:15. I only took maybe 3 minutes talk to them and didnt even end up using their service in the end. Extremely dissatisfied with the service from a supposable high tech, advanced company that cant even figure out how to schedule appointments correctly to make sure their customers get in at their schedule appointment time.

This experience was absolutely horrible. a friend and i brought our macs the same day and i was told i would have mine back the next day and hers would be shipped and back in a week. a week later they called me and told me it was shipped and in texas to be fixed for a battery issue, free of charge. another week passed and hers is back, while they called me again to tell me they never even opened it until that day to find water inside and i would have to be shipped a box to ship it myself and pay $99 in damage. makes no sense as to why hers was shipped out the same day and mine was not even opened when they told me they knew the issue and it was already being fixed. then, the next person told me it would either be $99 or $299 and i wouldn’t know until i accepted the charges. so, two weeks later, i was still waiting for the box to be shipped to me so i went to pick up my mac to have it in my own hands, and they tell me they could fix it there for me (which could’ve just been done this whole time and saved me a long trip). they told me 3-5 days and a week and a half later i’m still waiting for my mac and the box i don’t even need anymore. it has now been a month and a half without my mac i was told i would have back the next day. i’m a college student and online learning is essential right now, so being without my only learning tool for so long is very frustrating. service makes absolutely no sense. upsetting i put so much money into several apple products and am treated this way in return, especially with apple care.

You let a customer who was traveling come in needing a charger for their laptop leave with the wrong charger. They gave you the exact model and year of the laptop and the sales rep genius was asked if they were sure when you provided a charger that seemed different than the charger left back at home. The charger you sold didnt work (didnt fit) .. looks like you dont have a grip on your product family or customer service.

Went in to get help because my phone was not taking a charge and the associate looked at it and said oh man you have a lot of lint in there but offered nothing to help. I went right to AT&T next and the associate cleaned out the charger area at no cost, took about a minute and was free. And it worked!

The buying experience at Cherry Hill is very good and I would give 5 star for that. But the repair service is the worst. They doesnt know anything!!! I went there because my charger was not correctly fitting in the charging port. The guy told me he can see a bent inside my port and it will cost mr 600$ to repair even if I had warranty. But I went to a different repair shop the guy just looked and using a tool he picked up a small pice of paper and that was it, the problem fixed.. So from my experience never believe apple repair!!

I wanted to return a watch that I had bought 2 months ago, unfortunately the return policy for apple products is about 2 weeks. Went in for service. Technicians did a thorough test and determined unit needed to be replaced. It was replaced with no fuss. Very happy. I expected resistance and attempt to sell me a new unit. Just the opposite. Smart business practice. They kept me as a customer.

I bought a series 5 watch in July. Don’t love the watch and want to return. This store will NOT let me return, or even sell back for store credit. HORRIBLE representation of Apple. Went in with my phone completely cracked and bent my phone provider wanted me to upgrade and pay over 250 went to Apple and got me taken care of within in hour walking out with a brand new phone they were so pleasant and made the whole experience easy. One of the AirPods stopped connecting after 6 months. One of the most expensive wireless headphones on the market should not go bad in 6 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They also won’t connect half the time or only one headphone connects. GARBAGE. Apple isn’t what it used to be and your know once you go to the store they will just blame the user for automatic pairing headphones to stop working. Keyword automatically suppose to pair.

I went to your cherry hill mall curbside for help with a replacement on my device that I have had for less then a year and I was pretty much dismissed by all four male representatives that walked up to my car. I was told that I couldn’t get help With my device as well as making a appointment for them to give me assistance. Not one rep was helping a customer when I arrived they were all on their phones but none wanted to help me with my device. My phone is had stopped working And went completely blacked out on 6/24 after flashing with the Apple logo multiple times. I explained to reps I had drove hours away to get to there curbside location and didn’t have a phone to call the 1800 Apple care # to make a appointment. I was willing to wait fir them to get free time to help me I even asked if they can make a Appointment for me but all I got was a big fat No! Not to mention I payed over 5,000 dollars on Apple products not even a year ago . I am very dissatisfied with the customer experience and will be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint !

I went to the Apple store without a reservation. I thought I would be standing there waiting for a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised. Apple was very organized with everything and I was seen promptly by a gentleman named woskar. Woskar not only answered all of my questions, he was able to fix my phone and connected me with your business team.I was so worried with the whole Covid thing, but he put me at ease and I was in an out in no time. Went here to pickup 3 phones on a business pickup. The associate James was very diligent and required the proper information before releasing the phones. Which is great to see that not just anyone can pickup a device you left.The manager Patrick was awesome and worked with me to assist me in my pickup.The store was packed since the day after Christmas but we were out in around 25 minutes.Kudos to this store!
