Jonathan was great. Thorough breakdown of my swing needs. Also wasnt pushy on the sale... didnt over sell and that spoke volumes. Could have recommended an entire bag overhaul but only made the necessary changes to drive down my handicap

Had an iron fitting with Mark H. today. Im a high handicapper and he made me feel extremely comfortable. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (especially when my swing started going south). It was an outstanding experience. I will definitely be back.

I had my fitting for an entire bag of clubs on June 24, 2021. Jonathan was excellent and spent the time necessary for me to select the best clubs for me. I ordered and paid for my new clubs that very day before I left the facility.Unfortunately, the follow up services have been disappointing. I was told initially that my clubs should be in by the beginning to middle of August. My inquiries as to the status were pretty much ignored. I finally received an email from Jonathan 2 weeks ago advising that all but 3 of my clubs had arrived. When I picked them up, I again inquired as to the status of the remaining clubs.I then waited several more weeks before I emailed Jonathan several times as to the status of the 3 remaining clubs. I also had a question as to the clubs I did receive. I did not receive a reply. When I called yesterday, I was immediately transferred to their central office and told my 3 remaining clubs will not arrive until NOVEMBER.... MAYBE!!!I am extremely disappointed in the service rendered AFTER my purchase. I find it hard to believe that it is going to be 5 months BEFORE I can receive my complete set of clubs. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to at the main number had nothing to offer except to blame COVID!!!I am hopeful that I will hear from someone from the Cherry Hill store soon both as to the status of the clubs AND my questions as to the clubs I did receive.

Place is great I go to Mark H. he really upfront and doesn’t try to over sell or push a product if he doesn’t believe it is correct for me. I will be coming to him for years to come

If you don’t know what “smash factor“ is or what it means to your golf game then you shouldn’t trust yourself to choose your own clubs. The amount of data generated when you hit a golf ball and the amount of technology that goes into engineering a golf club is truly amazing and way more than most people can comprehend. I’m happy I left it up to the professionals at club champion in cherry hill to find the EXACT right set of clubs for me for the investment I was willing to make. There was zero guesswork in the process and I left with the confidence knowing that I bought the best configuration of clubs for me and my game..

Fitting experience 5/5 stars - Jonathan is super relaxed and does a great job of making you feel comfortable throughout the process. I was super happy with the 3 clubs I finally landed on and it will definitely improve my game. Jonathan was also very attentive when answering emails on when my clubs would arrive. Thanks Jonathan!Delivery/Service Experience 1/5 stars - I ordered 3 clubs (2 of which were stock ping items). When leaving CC, the expectation of 2-4 weeks was set in terms of a lead time. 7 weeks later, my clubs finally arrived after some gentle pushing through email. I get that Club Champion’s supply chain is dependent on club manufactures, but frankly after spending $1k, it wasn’t my job to worry about that and it’s responsibility to deliver a great end to end customer experience. I was offered zero to compensate for this lake of service after spending, again, $1k (how about a case of balls at the least?). Definitely does not make me excited to go back.

This was my first club fitting experience and it was phenomenal. Mark made the experience enjoyable, relaxing and informative. He truly was not only looking to find the best clubs that fit my game but also did so while trying to save me as much money as possible. I will only purchase clubs through club champion moving forward. Highly recommend Mark for your fitting needs!

Really enjoyed working with both Mark Hymerling and Jonathan Trauner. I was fitted for a full set, and they recommended a new set of irons and a new driver. My old 3-wood, hybrids, wedges, and putter all worked well for me.

I found this fitting more valuable than one can imagine, it starts with your hands, club shaft and length, then lie, without these three known factors you are at a total lost making a purchase. Jonathan was spot on to my needs with my grip, swing speed and my stature for a shaft, and most important the golf club for my ability in what I was looking for to accommodate my game, NOT to imitate someone else. You need a professional . Your opinion does not count, your golf facts and ability do not lie !!!

Had a great experience with my full bag fitting. Jonathan was very thorough with each group of clubs, right down to the putter and ball fitting. Ended up replacing all of my clubs excluding a couple of wedges. I felt like I got a great deal on the new clubs and a fair trade in on 2 sets of old clubs. My only issue and probably no fault of Club Champion is that I still do not have my new clubs or trade in credit. The order was placed a full 4 weeks ago. Starting to get nervous as the season rapidly approaches.

Im very pleased with the results of my fitting and purchase of new irons. The process was organized, not rushed and without pressure.The result is a properly fitted set of irons that feel great and have improved my game.Its worth the effort to go, and you should get what you pay for - I did.

Very happy with my experience at Club Champion in Philadelphia. The fitting process was very extensive and Jim set me up with the best clubs possible for me. They went above and beyond and managed to get me my clubs with no hiccups.

Jonathan fit me to a driver that improved my accuracy and increased my distance by more than 25 yards. He even gave me tips that will help me be a better player overall. Awesome experience, awesome service. I highly recommend. Ill be back for all of my club decisions.

I completed a fitting with Mark and I couldnt be more pleased. The service was excellent, everything was explained, and the technology is very impressive. I will choose Club Champion to be fitted for all future club purchases!!

Not impressed. I stopped by, (no appointment). I wanted to possibly upgrade my driver and try the PXG irons. Club Champion had no one in the shop except 1 club fitter. Fitter did not want to show me any clubs or ask if I wanted to swing the PXGs even after I told him I was interested. I then explained I received the Heros discount. Nothing. Crickets. So Club Champion has lost a potential customer.
