I can’t say enough about this company. I had all the work for my Lexus done by them. Good prices and they worked with me like no one ever has. I sold my Lexus to them and got a fair price, quick and easy. I sent my son and his family over to them for a car. They got a Toyota Camry that runs beautifully. Story after story confirming their excellence. I recommend them 10000% for sales, purchasing and auto repair.

I went to go look at two cars, a 99 q45t and a 03 Mustang GT. I pulled into the dealership and no one greeted me even though I parked in front of the door(maybe because my car has paint damage?) I walked around to find the q45, and the price was 1000 more than the online ad. The car is only worth 2300kbb, and these crooks have it posted for 5 and 6k. The car also isnt in perfect condition, I didnt even have to drive it to see that. I went down the street to another dealer and he pretty much jumped out of the door to greet me and all cars were their online price. Dont do business with this stealership.

Couple weeks ago, I bought a Hummer H2 from these guys and I was utterly disappointed with my purchase. I am from Southern California so I bought this vehicle remotely through Auto Trader without getting the chance to see it in person. I made sure to call the salesman and ask him to disclose all the imperfections on the car, including scratches or dents. I further asked to facetime him in order to ask how the vehicle is mechanically, including warning lights or messages. The guy intentionally only showed minor imperfections, leaving out major and obvious ones such as a message on the cluster about the break-system problem with the booster. He obviously chose to hide these problems in order to successfully sell the car. After receiving the car, I contacted them and asked for an explanation as to why they did not disclose the information and imperfections that I specifically asked for through the phone. During the conversation, I asked for a refund for the imperfections that they chose not to disclose but they refused to cooperate. The repairs cost me a total of $1,700, one of which I did not anticipate. I want everyone to know that CH auto sales is an untrustworthy dealership, whose employees refuse to cooperate. I suggest that if anyone is considering buying anything from this company, to have someone professionally inspect the vehicle before purchase.

Bought a 2010 TSX from these guys, had no problems with it except minor stuff. made the process very easy and convenient to my needs. Professional honest And friendly people highly recommend if you’re looking to buy a car here
