My teen daughter has been wearing glasses since 2nd grade and weve visited several optometrist over the years. Our very best experience with an optometrist was at this office! The staff is so kind, patient and happy to help us. But most importantly, both office staff and our doctor were great at explaining all procedures, the specific eye health concerns and ALL of our options. There was absolutely no pressure to go with either option. Everything during the exam that was done was explained to us as to the reasons and benefits of all the procedures and what would be helpful in our case. Previous doctors would only state that her eye sight has gotten worse and she needs new prescription. They didnt bother explaining exactly how much worse, is the rate at which her sight is going worse normal? Are there any other eye health issues to take note off? Is there anything else that can reduce the rate of decreased vision? The doctor at this office gave me detailed answers to my questions and more. We felt valued and cared by this place and I would have come here even if my insurance didnt cover my visit because I value good eyesight and a doctor who cares to helps my daughter regain her vision in the best way possible!

The first doctor i was unhappy with when i ask for a change immediately gave me a different doctor named Hannah Mike! She amazing she listened and we finally figured the right pair of contacts for me! Went back and bought my 6 month case! Great front desk always smiles and great! Super great staff! My family had always liked the services here. My visit today went very smoothly. Had my appointment and went in at the right time. The staff are always nice and very helpful. Dr Lynch ezplained to me the results of my eye check up. Vicki took good care of me while I was choosing my eyeglasses frame. Rr hey always have great and wide variety of frames to choose from...and all within your budget. I recommend this place and their services.

I’ve been going to the Rocklin location for 10 years, last week I took my son to the CH location ( Rocklin is always booked) and I was so impressed at the Doctors thoroughness, I decided to go have my exam then and went back yesterday. Both visits I was extremely impressed with the staff. Funny, friendly and kind.Josue was super helpful with finding me the right glasses & explaining my insurance. No sales tactics!!This just might be my new location. Well worth the extra 15 min drive!!

I am over 70 so have years of experience with optometry! Out of all my experiences, EYEcenter outshines them all! From check in to check out the care, concern, knowledge, & resources are beyond my expectation. The selection of frames wowed my eyes. My time has always been instructive with more information to understand my issues. They rate A-1 in my book of optometrists.

Im new to the area and had to find a new optometrist. I decided on giving this location a try and was more than pleased!! Had such a great first impression from the staff and facility. Best optometrist experience I have ever had. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the doctor was very informative and thorough. I was able to better understand what was altering my vision and how to better communicate what areas may be giving me problems when my prescriptions need to be renewed.

Some of the coolest, and friendly people ever! And Dr.Furst is awesome! He’s so great at explaining everything: all of your exam results and the patho-physiology of eyes. I got a really nice pair of glasses, new contacts and an eye exam...and had a fun time doing it!

They were Courteous,Professional & Knowledgeable in All Aspects of Eyecare. They explained to me exactly what they where going to Do & What each piece of equipment did throughout the Examine. Afterwards explained the results & gave me my options for purchasing new glasses 👓.

The Citrus Heights location is a 10/10! From the technician, Patrick, going through the exams with me, to doctor Linda Rappa going over my results and offering suggestions, to Macie helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses, this was the best possible experience I could have had. Everyone was really kind and friendly, and honestly what more could you ask for when going to the optometrist, dentist, etc. Oh and they were very knowledgeable! They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Haha I hadn’t been to the optometrist in who knows how long and I actually look forward to going back(in a year).

I interacted with what felt like half the staff and every single person was wonderful and bubbly. Dr. Fuerst in particular was knowledgeable and showed true love and excitement about his work.

I have been going to this facility for many years. I have always received great care and professionalism from all the staff I have interacted with. The facility has a great vision therapy program on-site that my daughter has used. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and I love being able to have the option to have a retinal screen with the machine, instead of having to have my eyes dilated. Great place, I would definitely recommend it.

I contacted the EYEcenter at 3:45 on Saturday...just before closing. I was seeing flashes and spots suddenly in one eye. They let me come in, keeping staff late, to help me. Great office, professional staff, caring and concerned. So impressed! My diagnosis: Posterior vitreous detachment.

Everything was great with EYECenter. The gentleman who helped with all the pre-exams was very kind, professional, and took time to make sure everything was correct and 👀 no good. I had Dr Thanh Tran. She was very professional. Gave good advice and answered my questions well with my contact lenses. This office does a lot more exams than others. I’ve been to multiple eye centers over the years and no one has done as much as this office does. They really make sure they examine everything and check for everything for great eye health. And they explain that well to the customer/patient. I will definitely be returning and recommend this office to others. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lady who chases me out for my visit seemed irritated that she had to be there and even more so when I decided not to purchase glasses there. I can’t remember her name but her number on my receipt was Employee 278. The only suggestion I’d have is to have the front employees show more care and customer service and kindness. Other than that, my visit was great. :)

They had bad service. I lost half my day of work just to attend the appointment, the workers look like they don’t care. I had an appointment scheduled but two people after me went first. It was my first time going there and I expected better service. I’m not happy with this place.👎 This is the greenback location by the way.

This was my very 1st time visiting this facility and boy was I impressed! The entire staff, from the beautiful receptions sitting at their desk answering calls to the Doctors and their assistants running around taking care of patients. The counter staff, the doctors assistant, the doctor, and the medical associate who helped me with my lens prescription and frames sale were all professional, kind, informative, and thorough. I felt no sales pressure and left with a sense of being well taken care of. I was able to order my first pair of eye glasses for a minor prescription that my insurance fully covered because the frames were low enough in price for it, and they look great! The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable! She answered every question I had and was extremely kind. I didnt want to do my contact fitting due to copays and I just need new glasses. She stated my options for contacts when I come back and gave me a great recommendation for alternatives due to eye pain I was having so when I go back I know what I should get. No need to arrive supper early for paperwork as there wasn’t much. Overall great experience and glad I chose them for my eye care.

The woman that helped me pick glasses after exam was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative with my visit was that the woman that helped me select glasses was wearing a strongly scented perfume that actually gave me a headache during our time together. Your office might consider a fragrance free environment - there are many fragrance allergic customers coming into your offices. Would have rated you 5 stars except for this issue.

Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Making appointments is convenient. They are able to put multiple children on the same day which is very helpful. Doctors are good with small children.

My family and I have been receiving optometric care from Dr. Randy for 30 years. He skillfully diagnosed and treated our oldest daughters eye muscle problem allowing her reading skills to return to grade level. Their offices have and maintain state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Of particular note is the retinal imaging, far superior to dilation and the ability to compare from year to year. Only reason for 4 stars is the billing department needs a better understanding of Medicare 3rd party billing. Got it straightened out but more trouble than it should have been.

Absolutely great place. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors and are greeted by the friendly front staff. Who quickly learn your name if you are like me, and unfortunately have several eye issues. Dr. Randy is the best, he has never given up on me no matter what I throw at him. And if you just need an exam and glasses their optical staff is great at helping you pick out a pair. Theyre honest about what looks good with your coloring and face shape. Not like my husband who says they all look good. I could go on and on about this place, they are absolutely the best!!!

The location I didnt like and front desk staff are lacking, the girl with the bright red hair either didnt know that she was doing or didnt want to help with the contact rebate info. I had a wonderful experience here, Dr.Rappa was very helpful and caring. For someone who has been using glasses since I was 12 years old it is so great to have found the most comfortable eye contact lenses that work for me. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Redid my glasses couple times and still can’t use them cause they are to strong for me. Waiting for my contacts for almost 2 weeks already when they said 2-3 days. They charged my card and never got back to me, trying to reach optician for 2 days already they keep saying they’ll call me back every time.

Doctor was very very helpful in determining my needs. All the staff was very nice and helpful. They were very quick to help me find the glasses that I needed. The doctor stated she would call in the prescription she suggested for my eyes and confirmed the Pharmacy location. I later called the pharmacy and they had no prescriptions ready. I had to call them back and they needed the pharmacy location again. Other than this problem, my visit was excellent. One should ask if medication is covered by copay before they order the prescription.

I came in for my first ever eye check up (routine check up) after 23 years. Everyone was kind, gave off a nice vibe and personality, and also took care of me like I was family. I would recommend this place to anyone out there.

I have gone to this place both a child and as an adult. Theyre very good with both children and adults. I am very picky when it comes to the style/look and also the comfort, theyve always been very patient and not pushy, but also honest when needed if something looks to small/big or doesnt fit right. Selection of both eye and sunglasses seems to be pretty broad and accept most insurances. they have weekend hours also which is great

The staff and doctors are friendly and professional. I had an urgent issue that needed checking promptly. They recognized that I needed attention as soon as possible and took care of my needs. I saw Dr. Earhart for this appointment. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very impressed. I normally see Dr. Randy, and he is excellent, as well. I would highly recommend this eye center.

Wonderful reviews attracted us to this place. First experience was good. Now? Horrible. Poor workmanship, excuses, and broken promises. My sons glasses were made incorrectly. The lenses were sticking out over 1/4 from both sides of the frame. The lady helping us saw NOTHING wrong, even after examining them. I had to expicitly point out the problem. I was told, Well some grinders in the lab are better than others, it depends on who you get. What?!?! I insisted they be remade. She asked, You sure you want to do that? Was she kidding? A week later we got a call that the remade glasses were ready. We went, waited, then were told that the call was a glitch. The glasses wouldnt be here until after Christmas (10+ days later). Watching my young son be disappointed for the second time? Horrible. I asked them to expedite the order. They said they would. One week later, still no glasses and many excuses about the busy lab who isnt answering phones. I was told, We can tell them to hurry, but we dont always know whats happening on their end. Then, promises that the glasses should be available on the first business day after Christmas... All I want for Christmas is my sons glasses SO HE CAN SEE and stop wincing with EYE PAIN.

I came in for a medical appointment for chronic headaches and dizziness. Looking for answers for my symptoms that were decreasing the quality of my life, the optometrist was very condescending, short and rude. She told me she can’t tell me anything without an eye exam, which I am not eligible for another month with my insurance. Because of my questions, she had the nurse take pics of my eyes and told me I was fine. Nothing more. No knowledge or explanation.Some patients are looking for more than “looks fine” and treat me like I’m a waste of their time.

Ive been a patient here since I was very young and would recommend EYEcenter Optometric to anyone and everyone. Not only are the optometrists knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate, but also they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. The same is true for all of the staff at EYEcenter. Great care, great people, great facility, great coffee (seriously...they have a really great coffee machine that I binge drink coffee from).

Impeccable quality service from staff. (Shout out to Czierra!) They dress professionally and provide a vibe of friendliness and comfort as the many modern machines are used to accomodate the experience. They have a decent selection of styles, some fair, some overpriced. Be forewarned, they will give an estimate of how soon the final product will take to make, but do not be surprised if it takes twice as long. Scheduling and reminders do on occasion mismatch, but a quick call in should clarify any miscommunication.

We have been going here for years and it is always a great experience. All the staff is always helpful, professional, and nice. The doctor even gave my 3 year old a quick check up without an appointment when I was there with my other two children. Highly recommended!

Visual training has helped my child. Prior to VT she had a hard time keeping up in class, she was behind in her reading level. She is doing great now, and would recommend VT at this office. Dr. Fuerst and his team are wonderful to work with.

My old Dr. retired so I needed to find a new office. This office is open on Saturdays and right by my house, so I figured Id give them a try. I am so glad that I did. They had room for me, my wife and son all to have appointments right after one another. They are also professional and fun, which I wasnt sure was a possible combination. It hurts me to say, but they are better than my old Dr. and I had been going to him for the past 21 years. Anyone who can make my son sit still and do these eye tests deserves all the praise in the world. My son is 5 and they didnt mind showing him all of the machines before he put his face into them. Dr. Lilley is a great man and I will be making this my new office permanently.

This practice has the most up-to-date ophthalmic testing equipment, with a kind & courteous staff that uses it to test patients. It is just an exemplary and extraordinary practice.I have usually seen Dr. Fuerst, whose father founded the practice. Patients don’t often get a chance to visit a practice with that kind of history & longevity!! They’ve done a great job with my eye testing.I recently experienced a sudden eye problem and was immediately given an appointment with Dr. Rappa. After a thorough exam, she prescribed oral meds & drops & has followed up with 2 subsequent visits where she adjusted meds. It’s kind of a scary condition, but I’m not freaked out because Dr. Rappa & Dr. Fuerst have been working together to carefully monitor me, with follow-up visits & attention to my meds. I could not be more grateful!!
