Outstanding service and prices! This was my first Zero Turn Mower purchase. From the time I walked in the door to the moment my mower was delivered to me, amazing service. Tim gave me expert advice and extremely helpful information. I was looking at a 61 inch mower and after asking Tim if the mower size I was looking at was too much for my yard, he truthfully and honestly answered, I was buying too much lawn mower. He suggested a smaller one which was obviously less money. He was willing to make a smaller sale to make sure I was getting the mower I needed and not overkill. His knowledge was amazing and his genuine care for his customers shine through. I also worked with another gentleman at the shop that helped me take it for a test drive. He explained other details about the mower and was extremely helpful. The gentleman that delivered the mower, Howard, was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. He asked me if I needed for him to show me how the machine operated or if I had any other questions.All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to TNG with mower maintenance and parts.Highly recommend!

The guy would not look for a part for our lawnmower. He wanted us to buy a new one. He got really rude when we told him that we just want to buy a part.He did not sell us a part because he didn’t look at our part.

This is the place my dad goes to when he’s having issues with his mower. The customer service is the best and everyone is really friendly. If a mistake has been made, they quickly fix it without any issues. I can’t say enough about how polite and honest this place is!

Not sure why my review was removed but it is very relevant with how they do business here. They sell broken used mowers to people. Within hours of my purchase, I found out the battery and stator were bad. And within weeks the left hydraulic pump went out. At first the owner wanted to charge me until I left a bad review and said if I took my review down he would replace the stator for free. Unfortunately for him I’m not going to take my review down over the cheapest part wrong with a mower I was told had zero issues. Needless to say I spent 2k on a used mower from TNG and within a month it needs over 1k in repairs, you can buy a new zero turn mower for that.

Have not had any repairs done here, but had to stop by to get a part. Used part was $5. No problems.

We bought an $1,800 zero turn mower and less than 12 hours later it was broke. We replaced a fuse and bought a new battery (recommended by the owner) and still wouldn’t work. Then they told us to bring it in. My husband had to take time off work to drop it off. They called us back and said to fix it, it would be $275 to fix. What kind of company does this? It’s a joke. We used the mower ONE time and now they’re asking us to pay $275 to fix a problem that was CLEARLY a problem when they sold it to us. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

We’ve been buying wood pellets from TNG for years and just bought a new Ferris mower from them. We keep coming back because everyone is always friendly, courteous, ready to help and have a huge selection of yard and outdoor sports items to choose from.

I ran across TNG Power a couple of years ago when looking for a Redmax dealer in the Tulsa Metro area. Since then, I have enjoyed working with Tim and his crew, and have switched nearly all my equipment over to products that he sales. Being a local contractor, I need service fast, and TNG has provided quick repairs when needed. (much faster than other shops I have dealt with in the past) Tim will shoot straight with you, and treat you like a valued customer.
