Great supply house and usually has everything you need at any location .This location has a great group of guys working the counter, they just seem like they never want to be more help then what there paid for . There is no wiggle room on any of the prices, and when they tell you there helping I assure there not trying at there full potential to save you money, or your business . I walked in today and trusted the gentleman of the location to credit my business account for a part dropped off not used at a job..... all day, one phone call to Matt, and still no credit ... why you ask ? To be blunt resentment due to the fact I buy everything in new London for myBusiness account .... this is one of many reasons why. Business is not conducted correctly and you guys can keep the credit you owe me .... more then a few chances to catch my business yet you never try and this is the way we finish

Called them and they said they had the part, drove over and they did not have it so they sold me a bunch of parts to make what they had work. Could have saved time and money if they had known what they had in stock!!!

Based on website, your Saturday hours indicate you close at 3pm....drove from Shagbark Hardware at 2:00 just to find your store CLOSED!! Update your frickin website morons!!
