Very informative phone call! I get the feeling that this company will just not sell you something that isnt right for your vehicle. In my experience, they seem to have a mandate for honesty and excellence. And a great product. This character is what made me choose Stop Tech over other brake systems.

Great group honestly. They were very communicative when i was applying for a job and they would always get back to me when they had any updates. Should have a higher rating.

StopTach sold me DEFECTIVE rebuilt brake calipers. they were pitted on the inside. when they failed, right after the 1 year warranty expired, StopTech REFUSED to replace, refund or do anything. such bad business. but, my trusty auto shop took $10k/month of business from them.

Great company, really good people! They aren’t some reseller, they actually do the R&D for their own brakes and they know their stuff. Deep technical understanding. All the brakes I buy will be StopTech if I have a choice.

Bought one of their rotors and it was pulled off the lathe during machining/ manufacturing, unfinished and then painted, shipped out to me. Clearly a reject, maybe due to tolerance on hub. I was sold a defective rotor via a distributor, box says made in china as well. Called Stop Tech to talk about the issue and they wouldnt do a thing. Clearly a quality control issue, buyer beware.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I purchased a kit on autoanything that comes with 4 slotted street perfornance rotors and posi quiet ceramic pads. Long story short these are a big waste of money, garbage. Front rotors warped 2 weeks after install, squeaks like crazy, mind you ceramic posi quiet pads are supposed to eliminate most of this problem, hence why I purchased this kit. Save your money and do more research these brakes suck, waste of $500. Tried contacting via email for resolution, never responded.

Reached out to stoptech for a simple! question if my stainless steel brake lines for my 07 Acura TSX would fit on a Brembo brake calipers from an 07 Acura TL Type S and a Stoptech representative replied back to me saying yes as an answer. Trusting their word I went to my local shop to have a big brake kit conversion to be done on my TSX then received a call later in the day from the shop saying that the Stoptech stainless steel lines that are installed on the TSX cannot be used on the Brembo calipers which now I will have to spend another visit to install stainless steel brake lines but will have to spend another $100.00 on labor to do the job again which all of this could of been avoided if the Stoptech representative would of done his research better or say they are not sure since Im doing a conversion. That mistake was the last straw for me since their rotors have even warped on me after a few months of use which I have read online that the rotors are cheap China product that Stoptech just does minor touch ups and calls it a premium rotor. I switched to EBC in brake pads/rotors and hands down way!!! better than Stoptech. Goodbye Stoptech

Man, they really have to work on their support. the dude with the plugged noise shouldnt be acting like this company is the only one who sells brake lines...

I called a few minutes ago and whoever I talked to was extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Didnt even know what a friction rating for brake pads was. Thats a definite NO for buying any future products from StopTech.
