This is the first time Ive ordered with Grainger and I dont believe that Ill do it again. I placed an order that I need right away. the reservation was for two days out. I called to let them know that I was in a hurry for this order but I could only get ahold of some customer service person in who knows where. I wanted to call the store that Im picking it up from so that I can ask them to rush this order so if it happens to come into the branch a little early I would really appreciate a little bit of heads up to come on in. The fact that I cant talk to someone there on the floor makes me think that my company should use a company that has a little bit more of a personal touch.

Walk up counter order service with a small retail show room. Attentive service with a wide range of construction products, tools and hardware in the back. Not your typical giant warehouse experience.

I am very dissatisfied with Grainger Stockton down to Grainger Compton. Ordered something from Stockton didnt have in stock was heading to Compton for will call there. Told it would be in Compton on Thursday by noon wasnt there promised it would be by noon Friday wasnt able to get there Friday, Monday morning go by Compton and still isnt there and again promised it would be there my noon and they gave two numbers to call and still not there. Young lady in Stockton told me that if Compton told me it wasnt there then they would be lying because things walk away often. Should take my business and yours somewhere else.
