The have a cornucopia of natural health products at affordable prices. I drove up from SD to stock up on some natural herbs & they had EVERYTHING. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and did not hesitate to help educate/guide me with my selections.The cherry on top for me is that I also get to patronize a local Black owned businesses.

Just stopped in to check it out and I was very impressed. The large selection of vegan and vegetarian options was refreshing. A large well stocked freezer with various Amys products, vegan pizzas, and a cooler with various spreads. They didnt have any food today but Ill be dropping in next week when theyve got hot and cold food available.Definitely worth my time and money

Very friendly and welcoming environment, try the vegan potato salad its amazing they make a few only per week. The sandwiches and burritos are not vegan but great options for those transitioning to a plant based diet. They have many herbs, nuts, vitamins, even carb clusters. They give out free samples! If you are vegan I guarantee youll love this place.
