I dont understand the bad reviews.... this place is great! I started coming here when my child was 1 it was my go to place for all her birthday parties and school parties now shes 18 and I still love this place. Amazing prices and the girls, the owners are so nice and welcoming. Thank you girls I always walk out with a smile.

Bad service, I sincerely do not recommend this place. I’m that type of person who pays in Full Price because I hate making future payments and I definitely know I paid in Full price for the Helium tank. Also I was told that I’ll be getting a $50 back the next day I would returned the tank, but the lady said I “never paid in Full price” and that it was just a “deposit” I did. The lady’s words were “I’m just here to do Business” that is not business Mam that’s called Scam, trying to robb money from clients after paying the whole price!

If you can give a Business zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They STOLE a vacuum cleaner off my property the day of pick up because they were a table short. The table was in my garage the whole time! They allowed a neighbor to sign for this property. Funny thing was the vacuum cleaner wasnt even mine! It was my neighbors. SO they stole my neighbors property. They held the vacuum cleaner hostage until the missing table was returned. And even then, they charged me a $20 late fee. Keep in mind I was home later that day and they could have retrieved their table then. It took 4 days to finally get the vacuum cleaner back. Whoever was there was VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and even ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THEIR PROPERTY. So this justifies you STEALING a $500 vacuum cleaner off my property for at best a $50 table? She wouldnt even show where in the contract it says they can take your property if something is missing. BAD BUSINESS. Whats worse is the signature of this neighbor that signed was scribble scrabble. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I was extorted by this company over an honest mistake. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Best prices in helium balloons .. they’re always have helium and the jumper was clean and the chairs ant tables I got they were ok and the tent 10*20 was white and clean my Christmas party. WAs perfect thanks to them ..the only thing is there were out of heaters .. and I need it one ..

Bad service jumper had holes everywhere and as soon the kids got in minutes after it went down it had a big cut on top and she trying to say we cut how is it possible for little kids to reach the top of the corner of the jumper! Please explain you have experience?

Cheap as chairs brake and all rusty and then they want to charge you for the they are known for laundering money aswell they are only good for there scams 0*

Delivered my chairs and tables on time and the delivery guys were nice and respectful and very helpful. The owner is always nice and helpful. And you cant beat her prices. They also are great with last minute stuff, brought a jumper within 15 minutes of my call. thanks so much

We ordered from this lady and the jumper was so dirty, they did not even give us a discount. The lady that is in charge is not professional and even cursed on the phone. If you need a jumper chairs or anything go anywhere else

RENTER BEWARE. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Marisabels Party Supplies dispatched two teen-aged, unlicensed drivers to my home who backed into my car and damaged it, and then tried to leave before the police arrived to my home to take a report. The deliverers and owner were rude and unprofessional to me and the Sheriffs. The jumper, tables, and chairs were filthy and smelly.

THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION OF NO STARS FOR THIS STORE SMH

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I rented a 20 by 20 canopy, 40 chairs, 10 tables, a Jumper, port-a-toilet and 4 chafing dishes, The canopy was dirty and dingy and full of dust, the light didnt work, the chairs and tables, chafing dishes was all nasty and shameful. I wouldnt have rented it to my worst enemy. I sent everything back for a clean batch. The canopy came back a little better but not much. Thank God for my decoration that hid a lot. I was so disgusted with this supplier I have never seen such poor service before in my life. One of my own chairs were taken by them by mistake I thought but when I went in to ask about my chair Ms. Marisabel was so nasty with me and gave plenty of attitude and told me they never took my chair. I told her how displeased I was with the service and she responded by telling me I cant get something for nothing. And I spent $400 with them to be treated this way NEVER AGAIN!!!

The mexican lady on the phone is rude, unprofessional annoying, big mouth does not let u speak. They brought a nasty dirty filthy gross jumper. They charged $65 and they picked the jumper up at 4 hours earlier than what they said. Usually they let u rent it for 24 hours. I asked for a discount and instead she explained how she has 80 jumpers blah blah not my problem. Discount or no?! She yelled at me and hung up.

I have been going to this place for amnot 10 years but only picking up balloons and finally just last week i used them for a package they offered, 3 tables and chairs, medium pinata, 12 helium balloons and a slide jumper for $190. Great deal or so i thought! The worse service and professionals ever. They showed up 2 hours late, they sent only 1 person to set up everything so it took forever and this was for simply setting up the jumper and laying the table and chairs out on the lawn. So everything goes downhill from here:1) Table and chairs are filthy2) jumper has tons of holes and doesnt not hold air or kids- it was my daughters 10th birthday and now of her friends got to enjoy the jumper... they sent someone out 3 times and then had the nerve to not provide a discount or refund for lack of services3) then out of those 3x they came out, they didnt ever bring the pinataDo yourself a favor, spend the extra money and go w a better company. They ask for 20 deposit at the booking then request full payment at drop off which is where they get you.... they drop off product that doesnt work and youre stuck w their filthy nonfunctional equipment and then they are rude on top of it all.The absolute worse service Ive had anywhere ever. If i could picket their place, i would. Dont spend your money there. It is a waste!Im also placing them on the bbb list for the worse party Supply ever! They need to b out of business. The worst!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the prices. I rented chairs and a tent for a event on a Tuesday. Being they are closed on Tuesdays, I was told the delivery and set up would be the Monday before. Not a problem. I owed a balance. Due to foreseen problems, the event planner was short. Seeing that I was closer to the store, I call and TRIED to explain and ask if I could walk in the remaining balance. Well, Marisabel was extremely rude and would not let me talk as I was explaining, basically yelling being a phone Bully, I have never been talk to like that from someone wanting my business and money. The Planner worked out the rest of the balance. So, tent were set up.Now its Tuesday the day of my vent and the Planners here noise outside. She looks out the window and the tent was being taken down. Per the delivery women, Marisabel call them in on their off day to pickup the tent and chairs. WTH. So, wasnt I told they are closed on Tuesdays and I had to take delivery on Monday. Lol.So, rent at your own discretion. Remember, low cost (cheap) is not always the best way to go. If you want to rent where you get wonderful service, this isnt for you. If your looking for cheap prices, you have the right place.

Badly bad, rente a hot gas and did not carry gas, I also charge 100 for 3 tables and 20 chairs and thats not all with the cylinder of the heating was not gas we had to put ours and not conformed. With that the day qur collected the things the young man did not speak, he just went in as he did nothing to the house, and they took two gas cylinders from ours that was full and that was empty ... I never want to go back to this place ..
