I dont shop at this location too much but I received a gift card from a friend of mine to shop there on Mothers Day. All the shelves were stocked. The aisles were clean and organise. I was able to buy everything I needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I definitely will shop here again when I need to.

Empty shelves all over the store as if they are still recovering from the pandemic.Most of the 5 star review are after someone reviews them terrible ( fake reviews maybe?) I live right by this target and if seeing carts and trash all over the parking lot doesn’t disappoint you then I guarantee that the inside will.

I wish I could give them a 0. One person checking out people and self checkout with a huge line. Hire a real manager and people that actually work. The one woman in one register working really hard (and very nice) and a bunch of others walking around doing nothing. Will no longer be shopping at target. This is not the first time and seems to be common practice here.

I have been a loyal target customer for years. I was looking at an item that was not cheap and they sent me a reminder email for 100 less on the item (i was purchasing for fathers day). When i put it in my cart (within an hour) the sale price was not reflected. I called and they told me it was a third party item, but they would credit me the 100 if I purchased it right now. I did.. 6 days latter no credit. They told me they denied it after telling me they would do it. No manager would speak to me. TARGET has lost all my business and did offer me to give me a return label but I am out the gift I planned.

Target is a great place to shop... The employees are always helpful and the environment is pleasing & enjoyable.The prices are competitive and their store brands are very a high quality.

He asked if he could put me on hold while he went to see if the item was there, when he found the last one he came back to the phone, asked if he should leave it a guest services for me! From an old employee of Target Patrick was paying attention and Im extremely happy. Thank you Patrick for your excellent customer service this morning!!!!!!

Staff absolutely wonderful! Some guy was following me around the store, I was really uncomfortable and noticed he was following me. I asked if he needed anything and he said no but still stayed near me. I found a staff member, and she grabbed a manager, Shantay, who called for assistance to other Target staff. The man bolted when he saw Shantay noticed him. They didnt catch the guy but they combed through the store and stayed on alert in the parking lot. Apparently the guy had also bothered other customers so I wasnt the only one who complained, seems like he was asking people for money. I asked to have someone escort me out and Briam did. He was very nice and helped me put the stuff in my cart in my car. Another staff member who was with Briam also helped, but I didnt catch his name.I want to thank Shantay, Briam, and the 2 other staff members who took my complaint seriously and made me feel safe. Thank you!!!

I have had good experiences here with the target pickup and once had a really nice employee help me search for an item and find it when it wasn’t placed in the right area but tonight had one of the worst experiences I’ve had in terms of order pickup. I went in the afternoon for order pickup and usually they are very fast but today I was waiting for about 20 minutes without anyone dropping off my stuff. My daughter started having a meltdown so I put in the app that I would return at a later time since I couldn’t wait any longer. I came back to the store later and went into the store to get my order pickup after waiting for about 10 minutes, I find out they don’t have my order. The manager said she has no idea what happened since she wasn’t there in the afternoon?? I had to go and get all the items in the store. The reason I do order pickup is to save time and for the convenience and this inconvenienced me triple times over compared to if I just got the items myself. I also felt that the manager didn’t seem to care what an inconvenience it was. I hope this was just a one time thing as they are usually great but really need some quality control.

Great customer experience.Target makes a better shopping experience all around. The layout of the store is great for a smooth flow of foot-traffic. The lighting and design also create a cheery atmosphere and the checkout seems to go more smoothly than most stores. With a wide variety of products, a well designed app and a pretty painless return process, the store is really becoming my default.

Drove 30 minutes here hoping to get a baseball box that said they had in stock. When I’m looking for cards I see a card wall, completely garbage no cards and no baseball box that they said had in stock

I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but that means you guys just stopped operating business appropriately? No ones answered the phone in days. My husband left his wallet at the register and when he drove back and went to the guest service desk they said no one turned it in and when I got in touch with the HR dept because no one else answers the phone the guy said he looked under 3 registers.. like you have 30 registers ...I don’t remember what number I was at, but it was the only store we went to and it’s been days and no one has used our cards yet so...Pandemic or not, Customer service doesn’t just go out the window. Check the cameras or just look under all the registers, because either the person behind us took it or the little girl that rung us up stole it or she put it under the register (that you won’t check cause you’re being lazy).

GREAT Store and always have friendly helpful staff and Customer Service who give you no hectic issues when returning items which is a HUGE PLUS!! GREAT Variety of GOOD Quality Products. You name it, they have it including an entire section which is basically a small Supermarket where they sell Meat, dry foods, prepared foods, frozen, gourmet ETC.. Always have SALES!! Even great clothing and Accesorys for all Ages N Genders. Whatever you can possibly think of, Target has a Department for it with a variety of options. I refer to Target as a HIGHER CLASS WALMART, Def raises the bar in every aspect!!.

Friendly service

An employee went the extra mile to help me find an item not on the shelf. I mentioned to an employee in beauty - Joan - that I came into the store to find an item that wasn’t currently on the shelf. I was pleasantly surprised when she approached me at checkout to tell me that she’d found another employee who was willing to look the item up, to see if they had it in the back. I was content with coming back to the store to check for it another day, but since I shared with her that it was the main reason for my visit to the store, she went above and beyond to make sure they made every effort to find it. Really appreciate her kindness and initiative.

Visited on 7-27-2020. Seven out of eight employees were wearing a mask. only over their mouth.When I approached the cash register area the security guard and two employees were engaged in a maskless conversation. When I asked the cashier to please cover her nose while she took care of me she laughed. I then told her I am wearing mine to protect you. Why cant you do the same? REALLY???? I called their hotline and told them I will not be back until my health can be taken seriously. The store was clean, bright and comfortable. The air conditioning was working fine.

First pick up an order experience at Target was a Home Run. Met by a really nice young guy as I pulled up and gave me exactly what i paid for in perfect order. This grandmother is beyond thrilled that in under an hour I could pick up a toy requested by my visiting grandson!!!

This target is by far is one of the worst on long island. Their stock is very limited in every department. The layout of this store is atrocious as the mens department is very small and very limited for bigger sizes such as XL or XXL. The womans section is literally impossible to find a simple pair of shorts. When my fiance and I tried to find a crew member they were nowhere to be found. Will never return to this target again.

Did not see many employees wearing mask the proper way. They all had their noses uncovered. Dont we breath through our noses? I wore a .mask for their safety but yet she laughed when I mentiones it? Sad. Saw more than seven omployees like this. One was the security guard. Sad. I wont be back there for awhile.

I ordered a gift for my daughter online and the website automatically chose this Target Copiague as a pick up. This location shares parking with home Depot, a huge parking with reserve parking spaces for handicap accessible vehicles. The building is clearly marked as pick-up service and can be clearly seen from vehicle moving in normal traffic. I didnt visit this time for in-store shopping but the pick up is conveniently located by the store entrance. Have a picture id ready as proof or you may experience delay.

Online orders charge .50 for a bag yet no bags are provided.

Store is always clean, I love the update. The in app item locator is also great. It makes finding things in the store so easy, especially if you are like me and don’t want to bother the associates.

Love this store! I came in to the electronics section and everyone was so helpful! I had come in with my wife and we had gotten our phones upgraded from this awesome tech guy. His name was Matt and he legit had the best customer service I’ve seen. You can go to a lot of places where the employees don’t care about the customer and are very impolite but matt was sooo patient, kind, courteous and informative. He helped us save money on our phone plans and we got a gift card at the end as well! Matt truly is a great employee and target should be proud. Would highly recommend him if anyone needs information about getting phones!

The person who brought my bags literally brought them out as soon as I pulled up. Based on that I suggested it to everyone! I was sick and couldn’t get dressed to go out! This made my visit so much easier! Thank you target and the young man who helped me

My review is based solely on one particular worker and nothing else!!There is a young girl worker, with a mask of course, who gives the most nastiest looks I have ever seen come from a worker!When you are an employee and make eye- locking-contact with a costumer, you should always give a friendly smirk!!!! Dont stare them down like you wanna fight them!!!This is the third time seeing this worker and it is the third time she has done this!! It is so bad that I had to stop myself from calling her out and starting Drama at my local Target!It seems that since the masks went up, all courtesy went out the window!!I SEE YOU, WE SEE EACH OTHER!!!!!

I usually have a great experience here however today I placed baby food and 3 bottles of Formula on the counter, the cashier immediately asked if I had WIC. I replied, “I do not.” I said I have coupons for the formula. He then told me that it’s 1 similac coupon per day. I told him that’s not correct, if anything it maybe 1 Coupon per transaction. But I would just go to another line to redeem the others coupons, It’s not a problem. I again told him he was wrong. I have 3 bottles of formula with 3 coupons and I will speak with a manager. He then pressed the button for a manager to come over. Instead a cashier came over, he told her that I had coupons I want to use them all together and she told him that he was incorrect. He then begin to tell her that she was wrong. She repeated to him that again that he was incorrect and to complete the transaction. When the other cashier walked away. He asked for my ID, I gave it to him with no problem in his hand, he placed the ID on the counter while my hand was still out waiting for him to return my ID. When the transaction was over I realized that he asked for ID for a coupon. Which is unheard of. He wasted so much of time that I had to rush out but I will return to speak with a manager.

I have been going to this target for years. I love this store. It is always well stocked and prices are great. I just picked up a 3 bulb standing lamp for $17. You cannot beat that price.

Target is the one stop shop and always has great products. I come to this Target at least once a week. They recently redesigned the store and looks great.

Heres a short list of items this store is consistently out of since the remodel:CheeseYogurtMilkFresh chicken, turkey, and beefEggsRegular issues with this store: The above mentioned items are ALWAYS out of stock, not just on busy Saturdays, but on a quiet Tuesday morning. When you enter the store at opening time, EVERYTHING should be stocked, if the products are in the backstock/cold storage, etc. Which brings up issue #2:On the busiest day of the week, (Saturday), it is impossible to shop the grocery section because it is constantly full of employees stocking product. ALL. DAY. LONG. Insanely counterproductive. And finally,They spent untold thousands of dollars to remodel this store, and added exactly TWO self checkouts. So: there is a constant line waiting to check myself out, and/or employees standing at the staff register not offering to check me out. Im really tired of the customer service and selection, and none of the employees seems to care. Thats it.

Dont buy furniture here, its not usually in good shape and never buy produce here (overpriced and not good quality). Most of the time the staff is pleasant but Ive had a few bad experiences with unpleasant staff here. The kids clothing department also needs more variety. Everything else is good though.

It’s clean, it’s usually well stocked and there are always deals for me to take advantage of for my family and myself. The staff is also always courteous and friendly which I appreciate.

Cleaning supplies are reasonably priced the newly decorated target in copaigue is beautiful I enjoy shopping there for everything. The negative issue is that target shows poland spring water in stock but 3 out 4 times its never in stock 24 bottle case. Today 3/5/ 2019 @ 530. They show 23 cases its non existence

This New layout and new style target is HORRIBLE....I have been shopping here for years and now you cant find anything, the shelves are always lacking, they are more focused on pretty displays like they are macys or something....Learn your role target your a step up from a dollar store NOT a fancy Dept Store....Good prices, straight aisles and products in stock placed in a manner that makes sense is all people want NOT FANCY NEW DISPLAYS AND A LAYOUT THAT RIVALS MOST CORN MAZES....Whoever came up with this NEW TARGET should be FIRED.....When i walk in a store and for years all paper goods were in the same aisles next to one another and now I have to search halfway across the store for paper plates VS Paper towels Its simply STUPID...I have slowly been taking the extra 2 mile drive to Wal Mart....

Dirty crowded store. Went to get a red bull from the fridge and half of them were half full due to them broken and leaking! Gross. Associates just stand around talking and I can’t get down the isles, and clothes all over the floors. I’ll go to a different target next time!

Target in Copiague is the worst place you can visit. The employees never know any information about the items. Several items are in clearance and when you go to cash it turns out that the prices are wrong. In the food section I found a product expired in 2015! All employees are discourteous including the manager. Even after the remodeling, it is a total disaster.

Always find what I need

So disappointed in target in Copiague. Go there all the time this is the 1st time I had so much problems at the register to prove a price that rings up wrong at the register I showed a picture of the price not once but twice and the girls still gave me a hard time at the register she went to get her manager by request even the manager asked me the same thing even went as far as asking me to please show her I did just that still same thing it says$7.99 she saw it for herself so we walk back to register just so she would ring it up the price $7.99. Yes I am disappointed that I had to go through all of that to prove that I wasnt lying about a price .Target needs to do better with the prices ringing up incorrectly to avoid customers getting upset at the register with their people . Not a happy customer.

Under renovations. The floor help doesnt know where things are located. Even though store is being remodeled, the store is not messy.

Extremely rude store operator over the phone. Inquired about a specific comforter set’s stock availability and was left on hold for 10 minutes, after finding no one in the department to transfer me. Store operator could have simply said item was unavailable but rather chose to gove an extremely unhelpful and rude description of the process the item was now in and that just because the website said their store had the item did NOT mean they had they item. The store operator didn’t actually let me get to a conclusion before hanging up on me! Extremely rude and dissatisfied with the service after I was polite and just asked a single question.

I went to go buy a collectible item today as they were put out on the shelves and when I went to ring up at the cash register it said the item was not able to be sold. They checked and they put the items out 3 days before the street date. As a collector this is insanely frustrating hunting for a collectible, finding it, and then being refused to sell to. They did such poor business putting items out on the shelves before release date. This target obviously does not know how to run a store. No one who helped me felt any remorse or sincere. Just said “sorry can’t sell them” when I asked why they were put on the shelves then they said “great question” DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Convenient with an easy to navigate store. prices are decent and I rarely wait on line.

My mother and I were shopping for the holidays tonight. We were ringing our things up in the electronic section. We had bought 2 electronic items as well as 7 other items... clothes and toys for the kids etc... not many items at all. The young man named jowway in the electronic section told us that we could only ring up 5 items at that stand. Meanwhile the store was dead and no one was behind us. My mother asked him if he could ring up 5 items and we would pay for it and then ring up the rest separately. Jowway with an eye roll and scour began to do so. Meanwhile halfway through ringing up our items and after we paid for the first half he begins to tell us that he has no large or medium bags just tiny bags that he had to charge us for. My mother began to get upset. He also rang up something that wasnt ours and had we not checked no one would have known of the mistake. Also my mother had a dust pan she wanted to buy and there wasnt a price sticker on it. Instead of looking it up in the computer, calling someone else in the store, or going to find it himself he Simply told my mother he couldnt sell it to us. He also did not fold any of the clothing items we purchased and we had to bag all of our Christmas shopping ourselves in these Tiny bags we had to pay for because he was too lazy to find a large bag somewhere in the store. I will be calling the manager in regard to his horrible lazy attitude. My mother had a stroke a few nights ago and then proceeded to get treated so poorly by this cashier while trying to get out and do some shopping because she was starting to feel better. I am disgusted. I myself worked in retail when I was younger and even around the holidays I would NEVER treat someone that way

I didnt catch the front lanes managers name but she was very rude when asking for help at the self check out lanes and was giving me dirty looks and made me feel uncomfortable shopping there, she then proceeded to look my way and start talking about me with another cashier. I should also add Im Muslim and wear a scarf so she made me uncomfortable shopping in this Target in Copiague. Definitely a bad shopping experience and very unprofessional on her part. I will be calling corporate to complain about her when I get her name another time.
