I had trouble with my HVAC, not cooling and the coils are getting frozen and they came and checked and found a leak. They added the needed things to check if that is the issue. Post that they called me after 10 days to check how are things. I was very happy thought they were responsible. I told the coils are still getting frozen. They came and did a UV light check and found the source of leak. The guy told me the manager will call to give me a quote to replace the coilThey took time and had to do multiple follow ups and had to call several times... Finally after around 2.5 weeks they came and fixed it. Its working good so far

I recent had issues with my boiler and called a company to fix the unit. After 15 minutes the technician told us we need a new unit and needs his sales manager to come out for the estimate. Instead I called Reelstrong for a second opinion and was pleased with the technicians knowledge of the unit. He fixed a part that cost $200.00 and the unit works perfect. We originally used another company to get our heating oil and after many issues we changed over to reelstrong and have never regretted it. They never let us run out of oil and have done a great job maintaining our heating system. Reel Strong has serviced our Central AC since 2013. Today I called and Cheryl fit us in right away. John came on time, wearing protective mask and wore gloves. After a couple of question and troubleshooting he fixed the problem. I highly refer them to anyone who needs help with their Air conditioning.

We have used Reel Strong for all our heating needs for over five years now. They communicate well, run on time for appointments, and go above and beyond to do things right. When we first moved into our house the heating system had been rather neglected, and they spent well over four hours, and brought in additional guys to help clean up all the build up. We have their yearly care package, and haven’t needed any repairs to our main boiler. We have also had them install some new things (an above ground oil tank), and that process has been smooth and easy.

My water heater started leaking and within 3 hours the tech disposed of the old heater and had it replaced. Great work !

Don’t use this company they do not honor their 24/7 Emergency service. They let customers run out of oil. They do not care about their handicapped customers. If I could I would have given them negative stars.

Had Ray visit 9/2020 to resolve fan relay issues with our AC. On time, wore a mask and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repair was very efficient and Ray did a great job. Reel Strong is as solid company that I have used for over 30 years having switched from a Westfield based supplier. Excellent prices on fuel and quality work on annual heater and A/C tune ups. Would highly recommend them.
