I was there recently and enjoy Dairy Queen.I would suggest putting up some signage up that says order at this window and pick up at the next window. How are customers gonna know not to order in the pick up window like a gentleman and his 2 little daughters were in the pick up line waiting patiently to order ice cream and then some young lady opens the window and screams out this is the pick up window. How was he supposed to know. No Signs. Hopefully next time I’m there this will be fixed so customers can enjoy Dairy Queen ice cream with no issues on ordering.

I really enjoyed the sundae I had. My husband enjoyed his Blizzard. Their soft serve ice cream cones dipped in chocolate are great.

Rip off comapred to other Dairy Queen locations. Smaller servings, doesnt fill cup to top. This is a $6 oreo cupfection?? I have been living in NJ my whole life and this was my first visit here to this location in my life and Ill never be back. Makes me appreciate my local location much more.

My soft ice cream was not soft like usual. Our other ice cream was good. Not sure what the problem was. It was a strange icy texture and didnt taste the same. I had a sugar cone and not only was the paper stuck to the cone, but there was a line that appeared to be glue on the cone from the paper.The person working there could not answer the question of what does the cotton candy flavor that cones dipped in tastes like. She said cotton candy and I said there are different flavors of cotton candy, so she said its sweet. No kidding!!!! Dont they train their staff?

Ice cream, variety,and service are good. Going to be picky here but they should do something about having some better outdoor seating. And can you move the garbage away from the benches?

Had hot dogs and shakes...both were good. No wait at all.. big parking lot can hold many cars!

If you want dairy queen, go to any other location. You will be served faster, even if you take the time to drive to clark or union.

When my family went to Dairy Queen it was a disasters experience. We ordered three blizzards and a chocolate dipped vanilla cone. After we ordered we waited for fifteen minutes for our ice cream to come out. While we were waiting I noticed that the people behind us got their ice cream after the people behind them. Then the people behind us got ice cream. Then the people in front of us got ice cream. Then the people of front of the people in front of us got ice cream. So the people two ahead of us got their ice cream after the people two behind us, and we still hadn’t gotten our ice cream. Finally our ice cream came out. But it was far from what we ordered. The chocolate dipped was in fact not dipped at all. And the cookie dough blizzard had magically changed into a chocolate chip blizzard. And get this. THEY DIDNT TURN THE BLIZZARDS UPSIDE DOWN!!! Why? Because if they did they would’ve spilled. We waited fifteen minutes for our ice cream and as a result it was all melted so they had the decency to be cheapskates and not flip the DAIRY QUEEN BLIZZARDS upside down. So that is why I’m graciously giving them one star. And for the record it would be faster and cheaper to go to the market and buy a tub of ice cream.

Whats not to love about a place that serves ice cream? Yummm.

I visited this location yesterday and I would give a 0 star if possible. The customer service was horrible. I received something entirely different than what I ordered. When I told the employee, I was very rudely told that I would have to get back in the very long line and there was nothing he WOULD do about it.

Its been years since Ive been here. I ordered my fav...reeses cup blizzard. Miss the super chunky peanut butter cup blizzards from back in the day. The pictures and the actual product are not the same. Tiny tiny chunks and chips. Missing my chunks : (

Rude Cashier & Melted Blizzard

DO NOTRECOMMEND !!! I went there after a surgical procedure with a family member we were VERY annoyed and unhappy ! I see others have written about this concern as well ! I was in line for aprox 10 minutes and 4 people came into the line with no face masks and got served ! Also, Dairy Queen does not have any social distancing indicators on the floor . Now that it is an executive order to wear masks INSIDE and OUT, Dairy Queen should have a staff member outside monitoring the line, as well as NOT serve NOR let people with no face masks stay on line and put others at risk! ! NoW my health has put in great danger as well as my family members ! I am going to report this to the state and health inspectors ! If this continues I 100 % think they should get a fine and be closed down ! Who knows what precautions they are taking behind the scenes !!

I travel all the way to Cranford to get a cone from this Dairy Queen. The size of their cones are always impressive and their toppings are always fresh. Plus they serve your blizzard upside down lol

This place always has a line of customers. Sometimes a whole little league or kids soccer team is there getting ice cream.

I love the ice cream here! The lines are very long in the summer but the staff works fast. Closes at 10pm but they serve the whole line first

Best place to get all your craves this place is open all year long and they have a very great costumer they always try to please your request. This is my place to go always even in winter they are the best. I rather drive some extra miles than go to carve 6 min walking distance from my house.

With the long lines they are very fast, and friendly. The ice cream is good. The issue though as I get older I realize its not great ice cream. Got to go to local places that give you the real stuff. When you have a craving this is the spot though.

My favorite icecream spot in Cranford. The kids working here are really nice, and the new menu is great. Lines that stack up after 6pm are a testament.

This place is amazing: large parking lot with available spots, sitting spots, trees, fresh air, friendly staff, delicious banana split and smoothie!!! Highly recommended.

Can barely hear yourself over the deafening buzz of a crowd of pre teens. Maybe this town needs better outdoor area so your young ones arent hanging out at the dairy Queen parking lot next to a dumpster. I also had the worst sandwich Ive paid for at this place

Nice treat on a spring day, a little on the pricey side, but still a winner with the kids.

DQ with outside Windows only. Gets pretty busy but they do a great job for the crowds.

Pumpkin is in season! I couldnt resist a scoop in a cone, iceream isnt only for kids ya-know. Lol Hubby got a mint chocolate chip, daughter got a vanilla chocolate swirl with sprinkles. - it was yumminess all around. We took time out to eat whilst sitting on one of their benches.

Had a bar b que sandwich and blizzard. Both very tasty and service was pleasant.
