I almost forgot this store was right in crestwood... I was about to go all the way to Chicago Ridge ‼️ The customer service is always the best at Bath and Body! This shopping experience was 5 stars🎉

I go here for everything fragrant.....for myself and the house.

Left when a lady who worked here made a comment. A girl asked if I wanted a bag I said no and another worker said look at her acting like she don’t hear nobody.. as soon as she made that comment out loud I just decided to leave. I wanted to shop in peace and browse around first but she made a rude comment so I just left. I rather take my money elsewhere instead of here. Never coming back to this particular one.

They are always very helpful and nice at this location.

Its a shame to lack customer service due to pure laziness. This is bothersome when you have family businesses, over 20 years of experience in sales, and arent a troublesome shopper. My mom has made 2 purchases in the last 14 days - with one of the purchases, she had called a family member to see if there were any coupons, there was, but they told her they cannot do it over the phone and to come back get it adjusted whenever she physically retrieves the coupon. One of the employees had attitude simply relaying that information. Next day she goes back - it is the same group of employees. One of them was just as anti as the night prior, a second employee gave attitude and so on. It is unacceptable to turn to several employees and feel the lack of assistance or the desire to even listen. As stated earlier, my mom made a couple purchases so therefore there were a couple receipts - they state the coupon will be honorable on only one. At that point my mom was asking to just return them all (all items on each receipt), re-ring every item on one invoice and apply the coupon to save a few extra dollars. All this would of taken just a few extra minutes, but it was too much to ask or they insisted they couldnt.............the manager eventually honored this and consoled my mom on the way out. Its just crazy to see employees willingly treat customers like this in front of the manager. There were so many negative expressions and one of them said to my mom Im going to walk away from you.... While getting the price adjusted, my mom asked what would be returning on her card and was blatantly ignored. In a time of such uncertainty and struggle, this is very sad. God bless....

This woman working at a nearby business, had been waiting on me, and smelled like a wonderful garden of fragrant flowers! I had to ask her what is was that she was wearing. Champaign Toast at Bath & Beauty Works, she replied, and off I immediately went to the Crestwood store. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Come smell me!

Sale on! Buy 2 get one free in lotions/body care. Lots of new fragrances but I miss the some of the old ones (ie Lovely Dreamer).

The representative met with a smile a wonderful greeting a store was well-lit everything was put together it always smells so good when you open the door going in I love it the cashier was great professional anything that I wanted to know the representative on the floor was just absolutely wonderful I give a 5 stars are practicing all of the procedures for the covid-19 to keep all the customers safe and in good health it was just an overall wonderful experience I love it plus the store is right in my area

Just left this Crestwood, il b&bw location on candle day 2 2020. The management Asia and all the other staff partners were beyond fantastic. They were cheerful, pleasant, helpful, and most of all patient even with the large candle day crowd. This will be my new location going forward. 6 🌟 ⭐ 💫 🌠 ⭐ 🌟

Recently Remodeled and Much more space. Often there are lines due to the Covid precautions so get there early.

Long line to get in. They only let 13 people in store ams waited 30min to get in. They have about 10 employees working in store not checking people out. Maybe they can put them behind register and let more customers in.

To be honest Im really surprised about the service i received a little while ago. The reviews are talking about the great customer service others get. But today i got 2 workers with nasty attitude only the guy working there was in a good mood. I usually go to the Orland park location but since it was close to me, i decided to go to this location. NEVER AGAIN.

This place was okay but it felt like I was being monitored. My sister and I were there looking for some refreshing candle wax or candles for my elder parents house and we had a hard time deciding. We eventually ended up leaving empty handed because we felt just a bit harrassed by staff.

Cant go wrong with their sales. Scented candles keep their s scent until the end. Staff is always friendly.

The bath and body works Crestwood location has the BEST staff ever! Between Daniela, Laura and Ebony, they are all so wonderful. Very professional, yet very friendly and helpful. Such very sweet, sweet ladies. Such awesome customer service!!! I cannot say enough about this store. Always so clean and organized. Bath and body did a great thing when they hired these 3 ladies!!!! I dont live closest to this location but I drive the distance well because its worth it!!! I highly recommend coming to this location!

I travel further than I need to just to go to this location. The staff are just so nice in here. Good balance between offering help/assistance and not hovering over you. Of course, I love the fact that its in a strip mall and not in a mall.

I had a very great experience in the store the sales lady at the front door was just so full of energy she was willing to help you try to figure out what scent you like better if it was a candle to just let you know everything that was on sale she really was doing her job and I give it to her now the only down part about it was they had two registers open but it was so many people in the store that the lines was long but overall I had a good experience and I think Ill come back to this location
