Kayla is the best. My 89 year old mom and I went in for new phones, less than an hour later we were out the door. By far the best, fastest and easiest Verizon transaction I have ever had. Almost dont want to share this info and keep this location to myself.
As an 80 yr old Freddie Flintstone of technology I was a challenge converting my flip phone to an Apple Mini 12 . Alondra was outstanding very patient & knowledgeable . She was able to get me connected & comfortable with this new device. Highly recommend Alondra & Verizon.

The person I spoke with seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her social time. Then when I told her what I wanted they dont sell that product. She tried to sell me something I didnt want! I left without any satisfaction for any issues I came in with!
This store has better customer service with the two reps compared to the main corporate store further up the street with 6 reps, that was willing and glad to help with my new phone; In whuch I waited 3wks to be delivered to my house. Keep up the good work Crestwood, hopefully Orland can take some pointers from you all.
This place demonstrated the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any field of work. They cannot comprehend how to handle simple issues that other stores had not problem with. One of the reps literally told me to “come see see him face to face” implying he was trying to fight me. Absolutely embarrassing and pathetic. Grade school kids running a shop. We will be taking our business accounts elsewhere.

The stores are woefully understaffed. The stores in Crestwood and Orland Park have a steady stream of customers and no one to serve them.
Terrible customer service, first we were stopped at the entrance and only one person was allowed, there were no customers in inside. I was having problems setting up my tablet in which our representative did not want to touch the tablet after telling him that what Im doing wasnt working, he finally tried to assist and went to put on gloves and after that he still didnt try to handle the tablet. He had to reset the account couple of times to get it to work, not once was I advised that he had to reset it, not once did he offer to take over the tablet to assist. This location is absolutely ridiculous.

This store is very helpful to its customers. I had a somewhat emergency situation and the sales reps, Troy and Marcees helped me resolve it. Most employees will not do that for its customers.....
They lie to you to make a sale, I went to the store to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 12 and the manager there sold us the iPhone 12 under a trade saying that once we receive the iPhone 12 I can bring in my old phone to apply the credit for the phone and when I took the phone to the store the same manager that I spoke to denied saying anything about the trade and attempted to give me a gift card. This place will lie to you and say anything to sell a phone, I’ve been with Verizon for 10 years and this is the first place that I see that specializes in lying to their customers to make a sale.

I came into the Verizon store to add my Apple Watch to my plan.I was able to activate the watch quickly and efficiently.My experience with Miguel was very good. He was friendly and set the device up quickly.The store was very clean and the service was professional.I would recommend Verizon to my friends and family based on this experience.

Very rude and unprofessional service from an associate by the name of Krystal . She was nice in the end, but only after I asked to speak to her manager and possibly because she pulled up my newly opened commercial account in which I had just opened yesterday and purchased over $3k in Verizon products. Maybe I should have returned to the Hyde park store where I was treated as a valued customer.
Best service I have received! I came in at closing. They welcomed me and quickly resolved my issue. Technically, they should have asked me to come back during normal store hours. I am glad that they provided such excellent service.
Nice staff. Beautiful location. Staff very knowledgeable of current deals that may benefit customers. I enjoy when a representative can inform me of specifications and details of phones when making comparisons. They assisted my concerns and suggested ways for me to receive solutions.

Incredible customer service. I just left the store and they helped me save the two voice mails I had from my father who had passed away. I can not express how important this was and how willing they were to offer a solution. Hands down, fantastic staff
Worst customer service I have ever had. Went into store re: data usage. All they could tell me was that I shouldnt use the data usage number on my phone, that I bought there, since it wasnt accurate. I needed to use the My Verizon app. What I figured out while I was on hold with Verizon for over 15 minutes, which they never responded, was I needed to adjust my billing date on my phone, which now agrees with Verizon. When the clerk called Verizon, had me put in my phone number, didnt say anything, just walked away.
Never do a business here. They don’t wanna help you.I bought an Apple AirPods at different location, and I was told that I will be able to return it without any problem within 30 days with business account. But these guys told me that I can’t return it, they are just sitting on their phones.
This is a pretty standard Verizon store. Theyre getting for stars because in the middle of helping me stay a new line and set up a new phone on my account, the representative wandered away and started helping someone else, leaving me there at his desk confused and asking some of the other employees if they could step in to help. Thankfully, a manager stepped up to finish helping me and apologized for his associates thoughtlessness. They solved my issue overall, but not without wasting a bunch of my time because the associate has customer-related attention issues.
ExcellentGot my New I Phone here. Actually that was about 6 months ago, Nevertheless..The guys are on point on just about everything. From types of service contracks are better designed of you, to how much money do you really want to spend?Store is clean, comfortable and overall a good buying experience at this Verizon store.
I went in to see about upgrading from an iPhone 6 to an 8. Before the sales associate checked the stock of the specific phone I wanted, he laid out a screen protector and case in front of me. They didn’t have my desired phone in stock and although I had other questions, it was clear that they were more focused on the people purchasing right then and there. No “anything else I can help you with?” or “Any other questions?” I left with more unanswered questions than anything.
I went to the Crestwood store late on Friday night to get a new phone. Everything went good until. I had some time Monday night and when I was trying to charge my phone on my new wireless charger it wasnt charging right so I took off the case to see if that was the problem and when I did I seen that my phone was cracked on the back. I immediately called the store and told them they sold me a cracked phone. They didnt care and told me it wasnt there fault and when I said I didnt see the phone before he put the case on how do I know it wasnt cracked he could have missed it. I told him I never dropped the phone. He called me a liar that I need to go through the insurance and pay for another phone. I think they should stand behind a long time customer and replace the phone. I am so sorry I went there I was going to change companies I really should have. Now I am stuck with a broken new phone.

They ordered the wrong phones then told me to return it for a swap when it arrived. When I went back they told me the sale ended and Id have to pay full price for the phones. They did everything in their power to charge me as much as possible. I love the service and quality of the network but this location is utter garbage. Got to any other location to purchase you phones and service

Bad customer service ever. They lie to you and say anything just to sell you and make some commission. The salesman told me you are eligible for promotion to buy a phone and get one free. After that they asked me for full price for both. I can’t wait until I’m done the tow years contract and leave this company.I don’t recommend anybody to switch to this company it’s the worst.
Worst customer service and I was trying to get a S-pen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy note 9 and they wanted to charge me over $35.00 for it and I was looking on there website and the S-pen for the note 9 cost $29.99 and they also wanted to charge me over $800.00 for some reason.
I have been in this store twice with small problems. The first problem they refused to look at, because I did not carry the insurance. But the good news was, I was eligible for an upgrade, and they would be glad to sell me a new phone. I went home and YouTube the problem and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The second problem was my wife’s phone had lost it’s contact list and photos. Her phone had insurance on it. We were told that they did not have time to fix it and we should contact the help desk. They did give us the number. We went to Orland Park and they retrieved them in minutes. That was months ago. I am purchasing a phone on line now. I received a text from the Crestwood store asking me to come in and they would be glad to help me get the phone that was left in my cart. I responded that I was in your store twice and was dissatisfied with the service I got. I told her I would be going to the Orland store. She responded back with “Ok thank you! Have a great day.” That response hit me wrong and prompted me to write this review. If you are buying a phone and want that purchasing a car experience this store will do. If you want to deal with people who really care go to Orland Park, just down the street.
This is a bate and switch employee. I was told of a discount if I go. Then she changed her tune once I showed up. Now My cellphone bill is insanely high. I cant wait to leave Verizon!!!

I had a bad experience with an employee so I have to give it only 3 stars. I was on the phone with Verizon for 45 minutes before going to this store, so I had all my information. This employee basically told me I was completely wrong. I had to get a manager to verify all my correct information. This store is brand new and very clean. I am sure the other employees are better the nitwit that I had to deal with.

I visited this Verizon store (Mon 11-16-15), hoping they would help me transfer my contacts from my old flip phone to my newer flip phone, (Yes, Im aware its 2015, not 2005). The associate named Chervonne was able to help me, she was very professional, courteous and fast.Unlike the other Verizon store I visited on Sunday 11-15-15. (Chicago Ridge Mall: 290 Chicago Ridge Mall, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415). He stated to me Im unable to do it since that technology is out of date. Personally I felt he was just being lazy and didnt even ask the manager for help.

I added my husband to my account. When we were getting his phone the employee said if we pay $300 today we can get an ipad mini. We agreed paid the cash and were happy until we realized we were paying monthly for the device on top of the amount we already paid. These are deceptive practices. If I stick with Verizon, which I doubt I will, I will not go to this store again.

Horrible experience . Ive been here before . Had new phone . They stated and got everything working . I was in store an hour after they closed last time. They got everything backed up and did good job. This time new staff. Now u have twenty phones and eight ipads on my account . My bills are two to three grand a month. I came in the girl said my phone wouldnt pick up my numbers or photos because they werent up on the Verizon cloud . I showed her she was wrong and showed her the Verizon cloud on my phone. It was taking time to synch. Then some clown and Im.being nice calling him a clown as he was aggressive and rude. He said I had to leave the store was closed . I said its synching my new phone it may take a few minutes I want to.make sure my contacts backed up. He was rude loud and in my face . Unreal. I asked for his card and the managers of the stores name . .he said it was him his name is Terrell Thomas. His card didnt say store manager it said solutions manager . This man is toxic aggressive and shouldnt be dealing with the public. He later said he had to close the store .are u fing kidding me? I cant even wait until I can use my phone and I have to go. This guy is a classic p.o.s. unreal. Verizon get rid of these idiots

Would tell you one thing then when you question it they change what they said. Didn’t seem interested from the start. Don’t plan to return to this location.

Is not about place.Verison is giving you money for your phone witch you trading as a future credit toward your invoices for next 2 years...if you decide to leave your credit is gone.next think watch if your phone is in data save mode right after you leave store, this may cost you big money if you used data more then your plan was.
