Very neat Starbucks on the inside! Love the cinema effect over the bar and the paintings on the brick wall. Order was quick and correct!
Informed employee when taking order that I had a free coffee. Rather than listening when I gave her my code she said I got it and scanned points. Unfortunately my free coffee expires today so my loss of points and free offerThanks for taking time to listen to the customer.
Great atmosphere, team that work here is fast and nice, great coffee...
Stephanie is an absolute sweetheart. Very warm environment.
They never answer the phone. I’ve been living in the area for 7 years and the 7 years I order Starbucks not once, did they answer their phone. You’d think their dead in that store. Lazy cows
Good place to study/read. Sometimes the music is too loud. But lie with it. Study on or read on.
Starbucks is always a fabulous experience in Crestwood! Even when there seems to be a long line oh, the wind moves fast and the Baristas are very very friendly. The coffee and mocha drinks are top notch. Ive never been disappointed in the quality of coffee I get at this location. Additionally they have a nice variety of Starbucks coffee and mugs and other items inside the store. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends! Much nicer than many local Starbucks locations. However I do wish they were an official Starbucks Roastery so we could get the high-end things at this location.
Starbucks coffee is to strong in my opinion. The do have pastries that are very good! I think Duncan donuts coffee is much better!
I asked for sugarI got more coffee thn sugar...better luck next timeMaybe?!?!?🤷
Love this location. Super convenient and time saver. They are always on time preparing my mobile orders and pay attention to details when I customize my drinks.
Wouldve give only one star but just as I was leaving the review for the place one of the employees Sara was nice enough to care if I have been taken care of.Been standing in front of 5 employees who were yes doing their job partly but the other half were just chatting in the corner.3 of them just passed by without even paying attention at a person standing right at the front spot.I wish management pays more attention to the brand appearance of @starbucksSara rules though. Just now were polite and cared enough.
A red curly hair ended up in my drink and when it was in my mouth it broke in half as I was trying to pull it out. This happened may 2021, during covid. I called the owner nick and he offered me a $4 gift card. I did not pick it up, my drink cost double that and I dont need free things. I need to not have peoples filthy hair in my mouth. I do not recommend this location. The one on 150th is better and always clean
The slowest workers ever. They were not short staffed and would just stand there talking and taking their sweet time.
Extremely slow drive thru. I actually live closer to this location and drive out of my way….that’s how long the lines are. Doesn’t matter what time you go, it’s always the same
Great service night staff
Decent. Drive thru lines are obnoxiously long. Recommend going inside for faster service
Quick and easy prep of the coffee.
Order correct, and good. really nice. not a lot of workers so it was slow but overall good experience!
Good service + quality
I think it would take a shorter time to go to a sit down restaurant, order, receive my food, and eat than it would sitting in this drive thru.
Line moves really slow but service and items are good once you get to window.
Excellent beverages. Fast friendly service.
I love this Starbucks!! They are always so happy and professional! Samir is always so upbeat at the drive thru! And my drinks are always on point here!!!
Good place with good service
Haven’t been here in like two years cause it was not the best Starbucks but just got back from this location and the gentleman w curly hair working drive thru was the best customer service ever!!!! Thanks a lot guys!!! Wahooo
Easy in and out. As long as you go with the flow of Cicero Avenue.
Long wait but thats normal at any starbu KS around d our area. They were out of all cup sizes above grande. Disappointing.
Always good service very fast
The inside is closed, which means the wait is extremely long even if you use the app to place the order.
Im glad I was able to get my drink today. Its been since forever since Ive had a good refresher drink. Thank you Starbucks team.
Possibly the slowest drive in the world. I do love sb but I have to leave extra extra early just to get my order on time
The service quality has demonstrated over the past two years to where I am now starting to avoid this location. Which I started visiting when it was in the strip mall.
Always out of guava or something else. Overall good@
25 minutes in line for a mobile order.... Not worth it. Coffee was fine.
They are very slow and the wait is longer then 5 minutes. Most of the staff is rude and in a rush
This is the only Starbucks around which is constantly sold out of most drinks all the time
Starbucks is also one of my favorites and has the best coffee in town!
Honey/Oak Coffee qualities varies from STARBUCKS to STARBUCKS. This shop brews consistently delicious 😋
Very slow line and awkward person at the window. The drink was great. 10 min later. I was 1 of 2 in line. By the time I left there was a long line behind me 2 of which got put and left
The drive thru server was rude, rushed me to order brashly, could have been done better. Drink was not as described on board and wrap was falling apart like its been handled roughly.
I went in and asked for a drink with hazelnut they said they didn’t have it then I asked for raspberry syrup and again they didn’t have any, they never have anything at this location they’re always “out” and then on top of that lady at the front was so rude and had an attitude, I ended up not getting a drink.
This place is the bomb. Love this place right now.
I never get the drink I want. The manager always looks like homeless person and stuck in the back and she doesn’t support her team ever
Only drive thru is open.
Amazing baristas! My drink is always perfect.... and if not they gladly fix it. Great customer service.
Literally the worst Starbucks ever. We waited 33 minutes in the drive through for two drinks. Normally I would never wait that long but we had time to kill before my sons baseball game. We went the day before too and it was the same. All baristas have attitude and not friendly. However they did give us one of our drinks for free for the wait. Corporate needs to know how bad this place is.
Stop to get a cup of coffee ☕. Drive thru very crowded.
Had what I wanted
Slowest drive-thru service Ive experienced during these pandemic times. Dont understand the length of time it takes to make those specialty coffees but Starbucks can do a better job to position customers wait-times.
The nicest staff, and great location. But theres no complete menu or pricelist . There is a short one, incomplete. And as Barista said, we still have all drinks. I dont go to Starbucks that often. Isnt there a regulation or smth, you have to post your prices. I just wanted to see a list to pick a different drink.
0-stars I have been in this drive thru line for over 20 minutes now and still waiting all I need is a dragonfruit lemonade this is a joke!Simple solution what ever is taking so long to make just don’t offer it any more!!Who Ever is working slow get rid of them!! There are plenty of people looking for a job in 2020!
Very great customers service very helpful teamI asked for the manager name they told meJessica,I talked to her and thank her for the very great management and good service.great team too.
When I want to waste 6 dollars.
Visited here at 6:58, the lines were packed and the staff seemed to be just talking to each other. Finally got to the speaker at 7:00 and asked if I would still be able to receive the Happy Hour discount. The guy on the other side responded that I would, in fact, be able to and I was generally relieved. The problem came when I finally got up to the window [10m later, I was greeted with the bill of 10.95. I ordered 4.40 worth of drinks and I figured that he forgot to add the happy hour discount which I reminded him respectfully. I was responded bluntly that the Happy Hour ended 15 minutes ago and it was 10.95. I got this all figured out and the cashier seemed to *slightly* lay off and give us the discount. This would have been just fine if not I had recieved the wrong order entirely. Thankfully for the guy behind me, I returned the drinks and asked for my order. This whole ordeal took around 20 minutes and thus the reason for the 4* review. The drinks were great, prices a bit steep but I mean its Starbucks.
Dragon drink fabulous 😍
I said “hot coffee with cream and 2 splenda and I got a” warm-cold coffee”I returned from 2 blocks and I entered into the store and I said “hot coffee with cream and 2 splendasOmg she put regular milk in the coffee, was horrible flavor.Every day I buy my coffee in others Starbucks and all the time is fine.
Been coming to this store for almost twenty years, in both of its locations. The last two years the quality has really gone down. The lines are much longer and more often than not the drink is wrong - and not worth getting back in line to correct. Better more accurate drinks from other stores in the area.It is a shame to pay almost six dollars for the wrong drink. In the past you would get maybe one bad drink every six months. Success has really ruined this store.EDIT 04/27/2021Bought my last drink here this morning. The apathy at this store has reached its peak. The last four days in a row the customer experience has been terrible. There was a time when I taught Customer Service for a local airline and we used to hold Starbucks up as an example of the difference between hospitality and customer service. We would tell our students that Dunkin Donuts will give you a hot fast cup of coffee, But at Starbucks youre greeted by name, the people care about what they are doing an although youd pay more, it was worth the experience. Sadly, this is no longer true. Ive been here when there were long lines and times like today when there was no line. The people who work here still cant get orders right, even when you order the same thing everyday. They act like they are half asleep and sound like zombies on the intercom. Courtesy, like simple good mornings, or thank yous are a thing of the past. If it was one employee, it might be an issue with that single employee, but this is everyone who seems to work the drive thru. They keep raising the prices and aggressively market their tip jar but cant be bothered to get a drink right or listen.Perhaps Starbucks should take a lesson from Dunkin Donuts or even McDonalds. Get the order right before you try to talk about your great company. A simple one drink order should not be this complicated, yet, it is beyond the ability of this store to create one. After thirty years as a customer Im done. I can get lousy coffee for 1/3 the cost at Dunkin.
They usually do well as far as quality. But the drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building and super slow. Even the wait time inside isnt worth the walk.
Someone needs to teach this guys that there is a difference between macchiato and latte! 🤯
Came through tonight and Steve was super cool, talking to me about my car and joking around while I waited for my drinks. He seemed like a real cool guy and made my visit real pleasant :)
Quick in and out. Staff was very polite.
Honestly the new staff/ management need to truly reconsider talent and pace. I use to love coming here but they either take too long or they don’t listen to my order, which leads to getting it wrong 9/10 my order is always wrong or done wrong. Super upset I pay enough for coffee for it to have this service
Always worth the wait♡
Great location, friendly staff.
I love the atmosphere in this Starbucks people are very friendly and easy to talk to. They always get my drink right.
Very long lines but good service and items
Horrible experience
The wait is ridiculous....I waited 40 mins. for a drink. Never again 🤪
Customer service was awful. The employees had no order or communication skills amongst themselves. As I was ordering through the drive-thru, I heard the staff member laughing as I was ordering and I kept seeing the camera lighting up in red, but no one came to take my order. The employees kept being rude and unprofessional and still managed to get my order wrong. I spent about $35, so I should’ve received decent customer service. I’m just in town visiting, but rest assured I will not be returning to this location. From the time that I got in the drive-thru to the window, it had been approximately 25 minutes, just to keep waiting another 5-8 minutes before they got my order right. Even then, they still had awful customer service skills and it was overall a disgusting experience.
Starbucks serves miracles in a cup. I went from nodding off at the wheel to dancing back to my truck in 2 sips... no bs ❤
This has to be the worst starbucks location.Ive been sitting by the ordering window for over 5 mins they never have it under control.
The coffee was not good.
Employees are friendly and helpful very knowledgeable and creative; always makes me smile as they are comical, which makes atmosphere upbeat and alive with positivity in the environment.
Great service, management seems like they are on top of everything, staff is polite and friendly. Love going here.
Lunchtime iced coffee here every day during work keeps me going
They move HORRIBLY slow!!!!!!! And the worker I spoke to over the speaker in the drive through was extremely rude. You’re better off going to the one in Oak Forest or Tinley Park instead.
Slowest drive thru i have been thru in my life.
Love the refreshers!
Nice facility service was ok.
The coffee tastes great but they did not fill up the cup. A third of the coffee was missing.
Love Starbucks
Lately there’s been like a 10-20 minute wait in the drive-thru. This has happened on multiple occasions. Also, they’ve been out of certain menu items. Maybe they’re in the process of training a new team. I’m not sure, but since there’s a Starbucks on every corner, just save yourself the time and go to another one. The Oak Forest location is good. (But it’s hard to get to right now because of the construction).
Very nice employees and reasonably quick service. Fairly surprised that this is one of the better Starbucks I have been into across the country. Guess I shouldnt judge it by location. Was very impressed!! Stopped in twice during my stay. Same cashier both evenings and she remembered me & my order from the evening before. Well done!!
They watered down my coffee in the sink...right in front of me.
Although I dont drink coffee often its always nice to be able to go to someplace convenient, close and where you can receive good service. The times Ive been to this location have been great and the best part is there is usually no long lines.
Always greeted with a smile by the employees. No matter how busy this location becomes everyone does their best to get your order fast and right with a warm, friendly smile.
Managers a pretty cool guy. Staff are very personable & accommodating. They always make my French Vanilla Cappuccino with non-fat milk perfectly. This is one of the few locations that ever actually get it right. On top of that, they get it right consistently. Plus, they have the most esthetically pleasing decor Ive seen in a location so far. The ceiling is beautiful & the vintage letterboard sign is a nice touch. Great place! I highly recommend it.
Long waits
So delicious coffee and great people thanks .
Sour espresso, send the barista back to school!
It is energizing, and fun. Employees respect and make patrons feel as if they are were on a vacation break, even if it is just a quick pick-up and back to work. Great place to go to turn the day your way.
