Ultra foods had a great selection of foods. They also have one full aisle filled with a variety of healthy snacks and foods for vegans and those looking for healthier choices. I rated the store with 3 stars because the prices are usually higher for everyday items that can be found at a lower price at other stores. A few of the items for which I shop are not even offered in the store. But, overall, it is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and there is a good selection of foods within the store.

Love the store and great prices! Very polite employees in deli, cashiers and bakery area. However I tend to get in other employees ways while shopping down isles. Took out self check out and only offer full service check out. Not good if in a big hurry with only a couple items.

I have no problem with the store. Selection and prices are decent. Customer service at checkout needs a major makeover. The employees they have sweeping the floors are awesome! Perhaps a switch is necessary.

The sushi bar is great and their prices are okay. I was ecstatic when this location first open. The front desk service is awful. A woman named Laura at the front desk is the reason I will not spend another dime at this location. Nasty low income people working equates to bad food and service. Just go to Whole foods, trader Joes, or Marianos.

I like the Ultra Foods because I am able to get in and get out. It is clean location as well as the staff being professional. Great Ultra Foods to shop.

Produce department always needs more attention and the variety is lacking and you have to check dates on less popular items in the rest of the store but otherwise I enjoy shopping here. I always shop late so its never crowded though I do wish they hadnt taken out the self check out, cant understand that. The ethnic and health foods/gluten free foods selection is pretty good. I can get fish sauce and tamari and spatzle and ready to eat indian food. Some of my staples I can get cheaper at Target but the sale prices at ultra are great! Havent found bottled water cheaper than on sale at ultra.

Nice store. They have competitive prices with Walmart which is across the street

I want to thank the bakery Dept. At Ultra Foods in Crestwood, IL Specially Mr. Elvis.We had a wedding on 10/11/13. The bride had a wedding cake accident on 10/09/13 after 10pm. I called Ultra Foods the next morning 10/10/13 around 7am. I was transfer to the bakery manager Mr. Elvis I explained what happen and I started to cry! very calmly Mr. Elvis ask me how fast can I get to the store? I said 9am! He replied come over I will help you any way I can! He was so kind to me! By 9:20am Mr. Elvis had help me pick the perfect cake, the colors, and the flavors. By 9:25am I was paying for the cake and I was home by 9:40am. The cake was delivered and set up by Mr. Elvis on 10/11/13 2hrs before the wedding!!!! It looked beautiful, the colors match the bride and groom perfectly and it taste just delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you! I will always be grateful.....! Its one of the nicer Ultra foods they even have samples.

This place blows. Ive gotten rotten meat. Fish and expiered produce more than any other store. I cant stand this place. Expensive as hell better of going to berkots or jewel. Worst store in Crestwood

Great prices overall in a very clean and organized store.

Good store, Deli is always understaffed or moving at the speed of molasses. This is becoming a deal breaker for me on a given day cause otherwise I enjoy shopping there.

When they have a sale, its always good.
