We have other bicycle shops near us but chose to go to All American because of its strong reputation online and the recommendation of my sister who bought three bicycles there in the past. We were not disappointed. After having them look up delivery times for a custom bike for my husband, we purchased two bikes that were among their extensive stock. My husband’s needed some customization, but within a couple of hours it was done and we picked them up. Totally happy, well worth the drive, highly recommend.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helped me with a bike fitting. He went above and beyond to explain each step as he made the necessary adjustments until I was comfortable. He was patient and helpful with all my miscellaneous questions and made a loyal customer out of me. I am enjoying my bike much more after his adjustments and advice.

I would give the store 10 stars if I could because of Matt. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time in making sure the bike was a perfect fit for me and gave me helpful advice. Highly recommend the store!

After tons of research and looking everywhere remotely close to me, I found a Trek bike in my size that I was interested in through the Trek site, but it was over an hour away at All American Bicycle Center. I called and Matt said he did in fact have it in stock, but was awaiting a part for it and it’d take 4-6 weeks. As it turned out, I was able to pick it up in just 3 weeks. Can’t recommend this shop and Matt enough! He spent over 2 hours to get me fitted to my bike and add some customizations to it. Matt is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. First ride and 20 miles later I feel great, thanks to a perfect bike fit and sweet new ride!

Simply an amazing bike shop! I needed help with a tire replacement and not only did they have it but they got it changed while I waited. Suggested a couple other things that would make my bike ride better and they did that while I waited too. John is an amazing mechanic and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. I drove 3 hours each way to purchase a new bike where they helped facilitate from the deposit to the test ride to the setup. I like the Trek Verve Low Step bike I got and that the sales person spent a lot of time with me to adjust the bike for me and showed me how to use it. He was very personable and did not pressure me to buy a bike. Again, I appreciated all the help he gave me. He even showed me the proper way to start and stop the bike to reduce my risk of falling.

The customer service by the guy was exceptional and I must say I never experienced such a service in my life. He was super busy with multiple customers but still did not lose his patience and sacrificed his lunch time to serve us. We bought 6 bikes on that day and still need 4 more. We are happy to give more business.

Called Mid April to reserve a bike and the associate said only Matt can do that. He is busy, I will have him call you back. 2 days go by with no call, so I called them back. The associate said he was sorry and they were crazy busy. I was annoyed that only one person could take a simple $100 reservation. Well here it is May and I still waiting for my call. Lol. On July 17th 2020, I purchased a brand new Cervelo Aspero bike from All American Bicycle Center. I worked with Matt over the phone to narrow down my search and then set some time aside to visit the shop. Matt was extremely informative and genuinely was more concerned that I was getting the bike and the fit I wanted, rather than just sell me a bike to make a sale. When you buy a bike from All American Bicycle Center you get full attention to detail when it comes to what bike and size fits you appropriately. The shop was extremely busy on this day as Matt had a line of customers that he was helping. Typically, a shop that is busy will compromise on attention to detail to work with all the customers in store. However, Matt is more concerned with doing the right thing for the customer rather than the business which was evident in the time he took with me to get me appropriately fit. If you are looking for a bicycle, I highly recommend the A+ service at All American Bicycle Center. Everyone was super friendly and informative.

I drove from Pittsburgh, Pa to buy a Trek checkpoint ( thank you internet). What I did not expect is Matt’s expertise. He put my bike and I on a trainer and adjusted all aspects of sitting and riding your bike properly. I have owned two other Trek bikes and no one has done that degree of adjustment. Damascus bike riders, you are very fortunate to have Matt’s expertise.

I recently started working Matt and I am very happy with the work they have done. They got my old mountain bike in top shape and were very upfront about all of the work that was involved. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I asked for two new tubulars to be fitted to some 1970s Campag/Mavic wheels and to check if either old one was usable as an emergency spare. First time I’ve ever asked a bicycle shop to work on any bike, but I’m busy.Collected as arranged but no sign of old tubulars. They may have been dud but at fifty bucks a pop it would have been good to check. So the boss took a good used tub off a wheel in for work and gave me that one. Great service!.

The location provides a good place to test out bikes because they are located next to country roads with little traffic. Their staff is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Matt at All American provided me an excellent fitting to my bicycle. His careful measures of my leg stroke and position led to precise changes in seat and handlebar setup. Incredible selection of high quality bicycles and accessories. Amazing customer service.I havent ridden a bicycle outdoors in years and was a bit nervous about the whole idea. I really just wanted a decent bike to ride some trails and bike paths. Laura listened to me and offered me several models in my price point, never pushing to go for the most expensive, just logically explaining the various options and benefits of each model. Several hours were spent getting my bike set up, including the selecting of accessories and mounting on bike. Mark carefully fit the bike I selected and explained how to safely get on and off, especially when I get comfortable enough to use my cycling shoes. This was the best experience I ever had buying a bicycle! They actually spent more time with me and explained the options better then the last 2 new car dealers I worked with. Oh, and the color is perfect!

Just took my mountain bike in for the spring tuneup. It was thoroughly tuned, on time, for a reasonable fee. It’s great to have confidence in professional experienced bike mechanics when you’re screaming down rocky descents. Proof is in the ride. It’ shifts smoothly and feels solid but nimble. Besides the good selection of bikes, parts and accessories, I appreciate the excellent service staff. John Saunders, in particular, has helped me several times recently. Not only has he serviced my bike, he has provided valuable advice that has enabled me to better know my bikes and better able to perform maintenance on my own.I also have been on both group road and mountain bike rides conducted by the shop.

Service was quick and it was helpful to be able to discuss my questions with the tech.

When the new pedals I ordered for my road bike took too long to arrive, Matt installed brand new temporary pedals on my bike so I could keep riding. Hes also very knowledgeable about bike fits, and has helped rid me if nagging knee pain. Jason at the front desk is very polite and helpful.Lastly, the weekend shop rides are fun and super challenging. Youll get stronger just by riding with this group.
