Terrible company. I called them three weeks ago and just got fuel today. Called them several times and they are nonchalant about deliveries. This company is terrible in every way. They deliver when you dont ask and ignore you when you do. Please dont use them.

Wow! What a company. So happy I switched to Damascus Fuel.1. Talking to the company, helpful and understanding on the first call.--The company I used previously had an answering service so you had to wait for them to call you back.2. Drivers can help prime your boiler--With previous company, my tank went dry a few times. (that happens when it goes over 5 days later than when they said they would deliver) You would then have to call them back (through their answering service) to schedule emergency serivce.Just my experience, but I filled out the form and had delivery the next day.

One of there Drivers carelessly rear ended my truck while I was sitting a red light with a semi carrying home heating oil causing major damage to the rear of my truck and injuring me . First he accused me of sitting at a green light and then tried to say I was not hurt while trying to blame me for the accident. He did not call the police after the accident. I had to call .While I was in back of ambulance he told the officer that I was sitting at a yellow light according to what the officer told me. I was suffering from headache, dizziness and back pain as result of accident. My blood pressure shot up to 200/100 . It normally runs about 124/72. I have confirmed back injury by hospital ER after two cat scans. My work medical clinic also saw me . Damascus Fuel needs to make sure my truck is fixed/ not totaled as well as taking care of all damages and ensure that their drivers operate their vehicles in a safe matter at all times . What happens here reflects on the reputation of Damascus Oil. My work placed me off on sick leave. MY truck is drivable and repairable the insurance may try to total my truck.. I WANT MY TRUCK FIXED!!! as this custom truck means allot to me. Estimate shows $7000 to repair. I made it perfectly clear to the insurance company that my truck will be repaired or replaced with exact duplicate right down to the custom decals and seat covers or I will ask my attorney to start immediate lawsuit against Damascus Fuel to ensure this happens.

Been a Damascus Fuel customer for 8 years, and they are 5 Stars. Had oil for over 20 years and had many problems with the Big Boy Suppliers (price, delivery, service). Never a problem with Dennis or John at Damascus.

Ive been a Damascus Fuel customer for about 10 years and have nothing but high compliments for this company. They just came out to remove a leaking oil tank in my basement and the work was performed exactly as discussed and the area was left clean as a whistle. Two thumbs up for every interaction I have had with this company, especially for Dennis and Jeff.
