Normally not the type to leave reviews, bad ones at that. However in the day and age where I can buy just about anything on Amazon and have it delivered, I decided to try and support this local business instead. I went in looking for replacement rubber grips for my mower and when I walked over to the parts department and said How are you doing? to the gentlemen behind the counter, I was greeted with the response What do you want? I am sorry, but it costs exactly $0 to be nice, respectful and helpful to customers who are trying to spend THEIR money in your store. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day, but nonetheless I do need a new mower next year and this place will not be in the running for my business. A course in customer service would serve both the guys working behind the counter very well.

Customer service was not up to par. I bought a replacement wheel for a mower but it was not the correct one. I purchased it online via the John Deere website and it was shipped to the Gladhill location. I admit, ordering the incorrect product was completely my fault. I tried returning the product in the original box, shipping material and Gladhill receipt, but was denied. The reason given was because it didn’t have a barcode on the wheel??? The order was in their system, I had the receipt, original box and the wheel was never installed. I ate the $40 to avoid any additional interaction.

Real pros. All I needed was a $5 part for a little lawn tractor. When I first called, their system said they needed to order it. But after I hung up, the guy I talked to went and found one and called me back right away. Ill be buying all my parts and accessories from them.

Im not an overly experienced John Deere buyer so I really appreciated the wide open showroom that was super clean. Easy to find products, help available from experienced staff. I never felt judged, as a women, not knowing what I was taking about. They were patient and kind, yet open to my concerns and thoughts. Every product I wanted to see was available with prices clearly marked.

I had an issue with an old tire I had swapped to a new wheel at Gladhill. By the time I got home all the air had leaked out. They went above and beyond what is expected and took care of this to my complete satisfaction. It is a pleasure to do business with people who seem to do things the old fashioned (right) way!

I purchased my first tractor from the Galdhill Brothers Damascus store. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Delaney Gladhill was extremely attentive to my questions.and patiently explained features and capabilities of the two models under consideration. After the purchase, I had questions about the performance of the tractor. Delaney drove to my home and personally checked my tractors performance and explained how to use specific features to improve safety and performance.They have earned a customer for life.

Ive never posted a negative review in my life. But wow, encountered 2 of the rudest, most incompetent sales people at the parts counter. Rude for no reason! Will never do business with people like this and will certainly speak poorly about them for time immemorial.
