Ordered a NEW ball for my daughter, the ball came with scratches and a small hole in it, they refused to replace the ball or refund my money.

I wish I can have my own Bolling ball with hearts on top and a Bolling ball bag with a big pink heart on top

Orders a ball in November and it came in April, period
