For context let me say we are a large, successful local company with nearly $400 Million in sales last year. More than enough money to pay the bills and understand the importance of a contract. We were visited by Konica Minolta sales team through a local distributor Copytronics. We gave them all the info from previous years of use to calculate what was needed going forward as we grow. They drafted the contracts, which could not be more confusing and challenging to understand. After questioning and pressing them, they insisted everything was what we need and discussed. Fast forward 2 1/2 years and Copytronics is out of business and Konica Minolta takes over all the accounts. THEY DID NOT HONOR THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTS OR AGREEMENTS!!! We lost our maintenance support and what used to be free is now a large, mandatory fee regardless of whether the fix the issue or not! More than once were our scanners down for days and they were in NO RUSH to help, but quick to collect the fee! On top of that, the B&W and Color allowances written in to our original contracts were conflicting and KM now claims they are run out!!! So a $350 monthly bill turned into a $750 bill overnight!!!! Our attorneys looked at the contracts and pointed out several fraudulent conflicts - all of which they deny and told us, go ahead and try to sue us but our General Counsel has never lost a case so good luck! To say that the customer service of this company is below par is an understatement. Save yourself the headache and the double $$ bills and stay away from Konica Minolta!

Highly recommend not working with this company. Their contracts have provisions in them that leave you stuck with exorbitant fees when your use agreement expires. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

If you want a company to change the billing and service agreement on you use Konica Minolta Business Solutions...terrible customer service!
