The owner, Gus is a great guy to do business with. He is a genuine guy and the entire staff is amazing.

Sells old gold that is sometimes damaged. Prices are high but will work out a deal if you ask. and Gus is a slick talker.

This store front is a little misleading as it has amazing antiques and artifacts. They had top end watches and fair prices and they had silver bullion bars and other coins of interest available for sale. The staff was very nice.MikeChattanooga, TN

Gold is mixed with copper and changes and when you bring it up the nice old man you thought you have been dealing with and supporting starts to get upset and tell you he doesn’t care what color it changes as long as it say it’s gold and he’s gold comes from America gold company !! Very rude for someone who gets all the business in the area by referral and he is taking advantage!! I have many golds from other store but only the stuff purchased from him has changed !! Don’t support nasty attitude and mixed mineral products because he feels people are uneducated!!!

Gus the owner takes his time to explain in detail the items and his son David goes above and beyond in customer service. Russia another worker there went out of her way when the store was closing to help me fix my watch and then the staff stayed late to show me their BEAUTIFUL Rolex showcase. These guys are angels! I left a very expensive watch - an important family heirloom - here for a repair WELL over a year ago. I somehow managed to forget until now, and had no real expectations of getting it back after all this time. Amazingly, they knew exactly who I was and were so very pleased to be able to bring it out for me - in perfect working order. They didnt even charge me an extra *cent* for the exceptionally long storage. I know they had no obligation to hold it for me, but they are incredibly honorable men and I cant thank them enough.

The young lady was condescending and very rude. Laughed when I told her how much I wanted for my ring (I had no idea how much it was worth so i stated how much I paid and how much i thought I would get which was several hundred dollars in difference). She laughed and said I would only get 20$ for it. As upsetting as that already was, she could of stated it nicer and explained why man made stones are far cheaper than paid. Will definitely be taking future business elsewhere.

Fantastic place to pawn or sell. Theyre really with times and dont buy junk that all modern pawn shops should be today (which theyre not in this area). Top dollar paid with great sale prices as well as fantastic pawn and layaway terms. I recommend this place to anyone in the greater Daytona beach area over any pawn or jewelry store.

I recently had a Tag Heuer watch repaired at Volusia Gold & Diamond. Gus and his team were wonderful as always. My family has been going to his location for over twenty years and I have never been let down, thats why I drive to see him from Jacksonville - a couple of hours north. In addition to my watch (purchased over a decade ago), Ive bought several diamond rings. On one set in particular, the engagement band appraised at $2500 more than what I was charged for the complete set. Of course the business has to make a profit, but I NEVER worry about the quality of the jewelry I buy or the price I paid. I know he and his team treat me far better than anywhere else I would go - especially those chain stores where they are selling the same thing everyone else is selling. Ill continue to do business with Gus as long as I live in the state (and perhaps save my purchases until visiting if I move). Thanks!
