Leaving another review because Im just such a great driver and have made quite a few visits to them the past few years.Getting into an accident, no matter how little the damage or who is at fault is never a good feeling with all of the stress of dealing with the back & fourth with insurance, not having a car, etc. The entire staff at Sansone do their best to make that process as seamless as possible. They have great working relationships with insurance and offer to facilitate as much as possible if you need help.Everyone who works on the car is knowledgeable & well trained, and the admin staff are also incredibly friendly and advisable. They make the process so much less stressful than it needs to be and get your car done as quickly as possible without skipping any steps.This is a family run business that is HONEST and will never give you an over shot estimate to scam you. I called Sansone Auto Body after being recommended by my mechanic, S&T Auto Service. I spoke to Kathy who was so kind and knowledgeable. I got an appointment that day to have my car evaluated. I needed a new bumper from hitting a pole in a parking garage. Completely my fault and no other cars involved. I had an estimate done at another auto body place and they ball parked $1,200 without seeing what was underneath. I was concerned about the potential cost. Tony, who evaluated my car, spoke to me about putting it through my insurance. Kathy then discussed it with me further. I did not realize this was an option since it was an accident I caused. Immediately after discussing with Kathy, they called my insurance and took care of it all. I was set up with a rental car and the process to get that car was seamless. Kathy kept in constant contact about the inspection by my insurance and an estimate of length in time. I went and got my car today and it looked AMAZING! The car looked immaculate on the outside. When I went inside I noticed they brought it for a cleaning and it was immaculate inside as well. I could not recommend them enough! The whole entire process was seamless and I am so happy. This should be your go-to shop for all your auto body needs!!

Takes me a couple times of trying before actually siting done to complete a review, but this is My all time favorite place to go to get work done on my car. This place is not only professional, but has excellent customer service with Kathy up front. Mickey is also greatly skilled, knows his stuff well, and will always make you feel welcome, sometimes it’s the little things that count, and this place has it all, excellent service, would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! All staff was extremely kind and helpful and I am very happy with the service and quality of the work that they provided. I have been doing business with Sansone Auto Body for 35 years, years ago I was involved in an accident which caused major damage on the right front suspension as well as the entire Front assembly.I had the car towed to the Lincoln Dealer where I purchased the car new.I was told by Lincoln that Sansone Auto Body was accredited as a center of Excellence to provide the right skillset to perform all work needed on the car as well as any and all Structural restoration (Per OEM Standards) needed.Once my Lincoln was completely repaired Kathy from Sansone called me and stated the car repairs were completed.The car came out of Sansone Auto Body looking and more importantly driving/handling like it was right out of the showroom.Over the years Mickey, Tony and Kathy have repaired/ restored approximately 57 cars for my family and friends, out of 57 cars there was NOT ONE complaint on the Fit/Form or Finish of the cars.I just recently asked Mickey and Kathy if they could restore my 1970 Plymouth Cuda 440 6pk interior Door Panels.The restoration was completed within 2 weeks. I picked up the 4 door panels on May 19th, 2021, they are BEYOND beautiful and they look straight out of Chrysler assembly line.Lets be HONEST the door Panels are 51 years old, Mickey Performed MAGIC like no one would believe.Sansone Auto Body is a family owned business, where you would actually see all the siblings working together to serve the public in a Fantastic way,.The Quality of work they perform is with the highest i have ever seen in my 61 years on earth.Lastly there are alot of Auto Body Repair businesses in NY, however Sansone Auto Body is Second to NONE.They are truly like family to me

Brought my Hyundai here twice in the last year (oops) and each time they did a great job. Paints match very well and parts a good fit. Pretty quick turnaround time so long as parts are available and insurance cooperates.Workmanship is one thing but service is equally important — they are truly wonderful, kind people who actually care about you and your car. Cathy is always a pleasure to work with. I hope I don’t have to come back to have repairs in the future, but if and when I do, I’ll be happy to go to Sansone.

This companies son, Nick rear-ended my car while on his cell phone. The owners of sansone (Kathy I believe, his step mom) promised this issue would be handled, and have avoided geicos calls and mine at all turns.Shameful considering they fix cars due to collisions.

Best Auto body repair place. As terrible as accidents are the only thing that brings some consolation is that I know Im in good hands with them on the job.. They understand and have patience. They help you deal with the car rentals and help you thru the insurance process while your vehicle is fixed. They do an excellent job. So this is my second review.... in my previous review i told you all i would send my own mother to Sansone. Well i one upped my suggestion and sent my PREGNANT WIFE. She is amazed at what she was given when she picked up her truck... not only did they make the situation stress free, but they went the extra mile to pay attention to every detail on her truck aside from the damaged area. SANSONE ALL THE WAY. So they now have a total of 10 stars from me! Love the whole crew. Dont make the mistake of going else where when the proof is in this review.--------------------------------------------------------------------------Sansone is top notch when it comes to quality, they are beyond perfect with customer service. I have never had an accident, when i did i chose Sansone. I was nervous because i had no clue what to do with the insurance and legal aspects of it. The people at Sansone were practically my lawyers haha!! All i had to do with the insurance company was give my statement and Sansone took care of everything else from scheduling my rental car and dealing with the adjusters. If you were my own mother i wouldnt tell you to go anywhere else but Sansone.
