Mark has done multiple cars and trucks for me and has always done an excellent job. Very good work and reasonable price. From stock replacements to high performance, he has always taken care of my exhaust work.

They installed a flowmaster 70 series muffler on my 2009 Dodge ram 1500 crew cab with dual exhaust. Im very picky about pipes being even and spaced correctly. They did an excellent job and owner is very knowlidgable. Best price and craftsmanship by far. I highly recommend this shop.

Showed up to get a new muffler at 9 AM, an hour after they open and found the front door locked. I could hear people banging around in the garage so I caller to see if maybe they accidentally locked the door. I could hear the phone going off and so could the person inside because as soon as I called it mysteriously got very quiet inside. Go somewhere else if you need exhaust work done. From what I can tell Im not the only one that has had problems with this store

Best Customer Service and Company by far!!! Took my 1992 Ford F150 truck to get muffler looked at and replaced. Since it was late in the evening Mark the Owner took at look at my truck and confirmed that my muffler and tail pipe needed to be replace, but couldnt get to my truck until the next day. Which wasnt a problem since I work in the area. I told Mark that I would drop my truck off the next day, early in the morning and he had no issue with that. I wrote a note on what I wanted and left my keys in the night drop that he has there.I requested to replace my muffler/tailpipe with a Flowmaster and 2 exhaust pipes dumped after my axel. I asked him if he could check my catalytic converters just to make sure they were in good condition. Well they were the original ones on my truck and I had him also replace them.Im very satisfied with all the service he provided and will be a returning customer for now on.

They didnt even allow me to finish my question before hanging up on me. I called to ask how much it would cost to cut out my catalytic converter and muffler. Before I could even finish my sentence, the guy on the phone said has anyone else given you a quote over the phone? I said yes, but Im not finished, he then responded with then go there!. All I wanted to do was replace my catalytic converter and muffler with performance ones.If the employee who answered the phone reads this, just know that your shop really does have one of worst reputations in this area. Great job on contributing to the reputation of your shop, and losing another customer. Despite all of the negative things Ive heard about yall, I still wanted to give you a chance. Next time someone calls to ask for a price, how about you actually listen and not act like you know everything.

I have had work done by these guys in the past and they did great!! This time I just wanted a simple fix done, guy was real rude and kept cutting me off. This place has to be under new management, because my first experience with them was beyond satisfactory! SO DONT GO...CUZ CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRST BEFORE ANYTHING. And on another note if I did not have to give them a star to do this review they would have a big whopping goose egg!!!! On top of that I asked them straight up so you dont want my business and their answer was no. I also noted that several of these reviews like their customer service, and others absolutely hate it. So with that being said it looks like someone is either bipolar or has a very short fuse. Thanks for the fail Deer Park muffler!

Worst shop in town. Will not work with you. Im a customer of 8 1/2 years and was turned down for a small job beacause Mark didnt feel like it. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Would NOT recommend to anyone. LONE STAR MUFFLER is the only way to go now. DO NOT go to deer park muffler, dont waste your time or your dignity!

Worst customer service EVER! Tried to get a price on installing a set of stacks and the guy was a complete jerk.

Called to ask the guy if they could check for an exhaust leak and before I even finished my sentence the jack ass cut me off with no thank you then hung up....And this was the owner...Im honestly shocked at how this place receives any business, save your money for an establishment that withholds their moral and ethical values!
