I’ve used Tahada Construction for a master bath remodel and a powder room remodel. In addition, I had them widen a doorway, replace interior doors and install vinyl flooring.Communication with a contractor is key with any project. Erne is so easy to communicate with and he is so responsive before, during and after the project. He or his partner visited the job site daily and we exchanged numerous text messages as needed during the project. The crew is amazing! They were on time everyday!! They started at exactly 8am each day and always talked about what they were working on for the day. They never left for lunch breaks and always worked hard! They cleaned up everyday and are so respectful of your home. They always made sure my cat stayed inside and watched him closely when they would go in and out. They covered my furniture and made sure the covering was intact everyday before they started work.The quality of the work is unbeatable. They are perfectionists and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the progress. Jason always had a solution for anything that went wrong with the design and always made it look even better than the original plan. As an example, I tiled a wall in the powder room, but because the ceiling wasn’t level, the tile would have gaps at the top where it was not straight. To remedy the situation, Jason custom made a trim to go along the top of the wall at the ceiling. I can’t imagine the wall without that trim now - it looks so “high class.” Also, I wanted a specific style interior door to replace my current ones. The ones I wanted were hard to find in stock and I could not afford custom doors. I searched the internet and kept coming up empty. Jason found a similar door, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. It was close and I was ready to accept them, because I couldn’t find the style I wanted anywhere! The next day, Jason came with the door I had originally picked out. He spent hours searching the internet after working all day and picked them up on his way to my house the next morning. I was so happy and thankful! They look perfect!I did not use a designer for my project, I had a vision and shared my ideas with Erne. He gave me great advice and was genuinely excited to make my ideas a reality. He has a good eye and pays attention to the small details that make it look that much better.I would highly recommend using Tahada Construction for your home improvement projects. They are honest, hardworking, and made my home look awesome! The cost was very reasonable. I had a budget and a long wish list. I was prepared to cut things out if the cost exceeded my budget, but I was able to do it all and stay within my budget.

My wife and I are currently working on a home remodel with Tahada Construction. We are about 3/4 of the way through. The project includes 3 bathrooms, built-in cabinetry, closets, interior and exterior lighting, hvac, painting, etc.The process in any remodel can be challenging, but Erne, Rachel and their crew have made it as easy for us as possible. Erne and his staff are doing a wonderful job in the quality of the work and timeliness of its completion. They have been very flexible and responsive to the numerous curveballs, changes, and additions we have thrown their way.Erne is great at giving guidance and advice while also respecting the personal choices we have for our project. He clearly cares about his customers and his craft.The tradesmen who have been in our home working have been very professional and their efforts show in the quality of their work so far. I have not met all of them, but one of the gents Auggie is doing stellar work!We will certainly update our review as we near and cross the finish line, but so far so good. We have used other contractors for previous home projects, but for various reasons did not seek to use them for this project. We, however, are enjoying the process with Erne and Tahada Construction and would use his services again in a heartbeat!

We are very happy with Tahada Construction. This was a last minute project and Erne was able to accommodate our timeline and finished on schedule. We remodeled a bathroom by removing a bathtub and making a walk in, tiled shower with seating and handrails. His tile guy “Auggie” was meticulous in his work and it came out beautiful! We will not hesitate to call Tahada Construction for our next project.

Erne and his company were recommended to us by our realtor. My mother passed away and we were preparing to list her home for sale. This was a little difficult as all the family lives outside California. With the advice of our realtor, Erne was contracted to make many repairs to get the house ready for sale. They did a great job, did everything quickly as promised and were very fair price wise. We highly recommend them for any household repairs.

Great job on the installation of the quartz countertops! It was extra challenging because I wanted my sink to be flush mounted.Fast turnaround and amazing service!

Erne did a great job with a long overdue kitchen make over and laminate flooring in the kitchen and livingroom.
