My local water supply had been out of 5 gallon water jugs all month. Talked to Rick today and he got me all set up for delivery to my massage business. He was able to do same day delivery! Would highly recommend. Awesome customer service

We received everything we we’re promised. Installation was quick. I enjoy the fact that cleaning my house is a breeze now, and my laundry looks cleaner, especially my whites. Only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner.

Keith Morris just sold me a water conditioner, and he was an excellent salesman. He was not high pressure, and he presented me with several different options that worked for me. As a matter of fact, Keith was recommended to me by another individual who was pleased with his work.

I emailed this location over a week ago and was talking to someone about scheduling an appointment to fix our filters so that we could have drinkable water. I have not heard anything back since Thursday even though I have emailed them three times.Edit: culligan responded very quickly and there had been a misunderstanding about the status of my account. Im happy to change my original review.

Prices are outrageous and they always say that you need a bigger unit than you actually do, then the price is always higher than that of the first quote, just shop around you can definitely get a better unit for a better price than there

Waited all day for salt delivery. Never came, never called. A few years ago one of their service people came to change r.o. filters. All he did was take a pic of filters and leave. Never heard back from Culligan. Called somebody else to replace filters. TERRIBLE service

I have been using Culligan of Dover since 1990 and they have always done a good job for us. Their delivery men are always very nice.

Love my water softener & filter system. Staff here is always good to work with for just a repair or a full system.

I have rented a water softening system from Culligan for the past 9 years. I put my house on the market earlier this week. This morning I noticed water on my basement floor from the water system. I have two home showings this weekend. When I called the tech to come out, he told me Id have to pay a service charge and time and a half for him to fix a RENTED water system. Then he couldnt even tell me when he would come on Monday to fix it for free. Dont go with this company!
