Horrible. Went there at the end of season when everything was 70% off. The store was absolutely dead and we were the only ones in there. I went up to the girl at the register, a blond, and asked if they are still personalizing ornaments. She said that she could, but I dont want to. Seriously? How rude can you be? Wont be going there again.

Many ornaments to choose from but buyer beware. Many of the ornaments are cheaply made, are priced extravagantly for their quality and as soon as you leave the store anything that happens is your fault so no exchanges for cheaply made products. I will never shop there again and I would advise no one else to do so either!

***Warning*** See this beautiful store at Rockaway Mall? I was enjoying shopping there today with my 9 year old. Had several sweet ornaments picked out and had a question for the employees, as we walked near the register area one employee used a very profane word in full tone. I gave her a look and she repeated it to the other employee! I said “that is very unprofessional to use profanity in front of children shopping at your store.” And she LAUGHED! We set all our ornaments down and left the store. We are very disappointed as they were really some perfect gifts, but I was disgusted by her beyond rude behavior. Had she said Im sorry, I didnt realize there was a child here. or anything remorseful, I would have completed my purchase, but she LAUGHED!
