Normal dollar store with variety of goods. Prices are equal to the quality.

The staff are incredibly rude. The old blond woman that works there needs to learn how to properly deal with situations. I accidentally forgot a little bit of money at home and asked her if she could cancel some things to which she responded very immaturely. I apologized and she just shook her head while she called the manager out front. When the manager came out front, she acted as if she was about to cry and told her that she ‘had to go in the back because it was too much to deal with.’ The manager proceeded to cancel some things, I gave her the money and told her to keep the change only for her to rudely tell me ‘Keep it. You’ll probably need it.’Another staff member always flirts with whatever woman walks through the door. He’s flirted with me (I’m 17, he said he was in his late 20’s), he’s flirted with a 13 year old I know and he also flirted with my mum. I would hear him say hello and try to talk to almost every single girl that walked in. He would even hold up some people from shopping just to chat and flirt. He held me up for about 20 minutes before just to talk. It was really annoying and very unprofessional.Overall, the place is very depressing and feels unwelcoming.

Love this place and next to NHSLC. Used to be Hannafords way back. Reminds me of FW Woolworths from the eighties. Huge selection, no garden seeds yet. I favor the Freshleys snacks for a dollar-got 3. Perfect portions and excellent value. Friendly staff-could not find muffin tin liners though. Love going through the store and always something very usefull for the house. Americans love the dollar items (as well as everyone) and so many do not perform-I prefer Rubbermaid for my plastic items-Sterilite, not so much. So careful purchases lead to longlasting items. But as always fun to look and see, and the birdhouse for sale almost had me. Nice job guys and gals.
